Went in today to get a haircut after growing it out for 2 years &i was so nervous but NOEL cut my hair JUST how I wanted it, everyone there was super friendly &he gave me tips to take care of my hair, I’d definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Totally in love with my hair thanks to you Cesar Ramirez. I been following Cesar for the last three years. I had never been disappointed with my hair styles and hair colors that he had done for me. My husband, daughter and son are also in love with their haircuts. His new shop is always clean and products and tools always so clean and organized. I really recommend Hair Xperts. Cesar and his partner Noël Mendoza are great hair styles.

Cesar and Noël are excellent hairstylists and colorists. I really like if one is busy I can count on the other to give me great service; they work as a team and that is rare in Las Vegas. They have been working with my hair for over 2 years now and I am always very satisfied when I leave the salon and my hair looks great for 3 days after my cut without doing anything to it – amazing! They really know their business and I recommend Cesar and Noël to all my friends. Did I mention they are fluent in both english and Spanish? Another great advantage to seeing this dynamic duo for all your hair needs!

I have been going to hair xperts for over 7 years now. I have had my haircut from Noël Castrillo and Rick (The original owners, may Rick rest in peace) and now from now from the new business partners here. Noël Castrillo was the main reason I kept coming back over the years. Despite his loss and hardships he has always put a lot detail and effort in all his work. He’s a funny person who does fantastic haircuts and even better coloring for those interested. He always made sure that I left with only the best cut around, and I have not been disappointed yet! With the recent addition of Noël Mendoza and Caeser, the shop has been doing better than ever before! Noël Mendoza has given me some of the best haircuts I have ever gotten. The detail, stylng, and creativity they put into each cut is next to none. I love their sense of humor, their professionalism, and their skills in giving the best haircuts and styles in Vegas. Men or womens haircuts you will not be disappointed in the quality, sevice, and experience they have to offer in this little upbeat shop. If you do plan on getting your first haircut here I would recommend calling or texting an appointment with the shop to make sure you get the best times. They do take appointments or walk-​ins and now they even do eyebrow and facial waxing as well as Bazillian blow outs and more. They are all very versatile and skilled in many styles to suit your needs. Again, you absolutely cannot go wrong with these fine gentlemen and their hoghly refined skills in the art of hairstyling. If you haven’t been here yet come by and you will not regret it!

I have to say that I am very picky when it comes to my hair. Everywhere I had gone before, I would leave there feeling disappointed. I have been going to Cesar and Noël for 4 years now and I have NEVER left there disappointed! They are such a treasure to have in my life. Not only do they give me an AMAZING cut each time but they give some amazing highlights as well. I trust them so much that they did my hair for my wedding 2 years ago! Noël also does an INCREDIBLE job with makeup and eyelashes as well. Now both my sisters go see them along with my two girls and my nieces. My aunt even makes it a priority to see them when she comes to visit from Kansas.
They are not only good with hair but they are two amazing people! You will always have a good time with their fun spirits and GREAT conversation! They are so fun! I PROMISE that you will leave there feeling better than when you came in. They have truly become a part of my family!

I was hesitant at first of the price, but after my hair appointment with cesar, He gave me EXACTLY what I wanted and more.
This place really EXCEEDED my expectations and FEAR of going to a new salon — which is a big deal because it’s been so hard to find someone to get my hair the way I want. From making the appointment to getting to the front desk and meeting my hairstylist, everyone was very WELCOMING, FRIENDLY, and POLITE.
Cesar was very knowledgable, giving me suggestions/​tips as to how he was going to cut my hair as well as making sure I understood the process. I like how he didn’t chat excessively about random things like some tend to do. He was very PROFESSIONAL, making sure I was comfortable and whether I liked the progress of my hair.
I would absolutely come here again, I believe this is my new go-​to salon. I would highly recommend this place if you want for sure quality work that reflects looks that are in today and great customer service.

Both Cesar and Noël do fantastic work! I’m very particular about my hair and change the style quite often. They have always given me a great cut. They’re not only skilled hairstylists but they really listen. By far the best hair stylists I’ve gone to in Vegas!

These boys are the «BEST» they know their color and how to cut hair like no one I ever came across before and I’m always looking for the best. Noël Castrillo, Cesar and Noël Mendoza are just incredible. I highly recommend them!!!

I have been going to Cesar and Noël for my haircuts for over 3 years now. Besides being two of the nicest people I know, they are extremely skilled at what they do. I’m very picky about my hair and have a very difficult time finding someone I trust to always cut it right. Cesar and Noël have never let me down. Hair Xperts is a clean, professional location. After bad hair experienced, got offered to go back and fit it with Noël Isaac (new owner)…This time was the best hair experience, couldn’t ask for more. I got Olaplex hair treatment after ombré to even out the tone, couple steps of toner and final… a hair cut by Noël (owner). My hair feels great, looks awesome with layer Noël hooked me up with and color is as best as it can be, added highlights, looks full with natural movements. I’m very happy with results. Thank you!

The «Original» Noël is the only person I will ever trust with my hair! I’ve known him for roughly three years & he has that magic touch with hair! You can tell he is a person who loves his craft.
I went in yesterday to get my color evened out & a trim. Came out as amazing as always & he definitely is a master at blowouts! I hadn’t gone to him in about two years & my hair came out as great as I remember!
It’s never a dull moment at this salon. He has a fun, spunky personality & he loves to talk. He’s a very intelligent guy with a lot of knowledge & if you’re up for it you’ll have great, long conversations with him. Oh yeah & he keeps it real with you. If you want something that he doesn’t think will look good on you, he won’t lie… He’ll tell you exactly why he doesn’t recommend that certain cut or color & tell you his opinion on what will look good on you. That’s definitely what you want in a hair dresser.
He recently got Cesar & Noël Issac on board at his salon & I can tell that they make a great trio. I can’t wait to see how this salon goes. I will definitely commit to Noël from now on & even have my boyfriend go in for his cuts!

It broke my heart when Cesar and Noël moved to Vegas to chase their dreams (sigh) my hair has never been the same! Making a trip to Vegas soon JUST to get my hair did, see you soon guys!

Cesar is amazing! His salon is so friendly, neat & my favorite place to get my hair done. The first time I met Cesar he cut my hair in an A-​Line & I loved it. I am back today to bleach my hair blonde and he is doing an amazing job!!! Definitely check out his salon and get your hair done today
