I have glass tile in one room. I talked to the secretary in the phone and she told me that they are not sure if they can do it. So I asked to talk to the guy who would actually clean the tile to confirm. He never called and the secretary canceled my appointment completely. I had other rooms that were scheduled to be cleaned. They could still could have done those. Would not use them ever.

Best carpet cleaners I have ever come across couldn’t beat their deal anywhere in Las Vegas and these guys are awesome. They cleaned my carpets and mattresses and did an amazing job. The carpets never left better and we have pets they got all the stan’s out and the carpets smelled so fresh and clean. They were very professional and arrived on time for the appointment.

2 hours late after 3 phone calls promising me they were on the way. They quoted one price on the phone, changed their mind once they arrived. Overall they did a fair job. Save your time, money and patience and try another company.

They did an amazing job on my carpets. Robert, the owner, was very nice and efficient. He worked hard on the pet stains that we had and left my carpets feeling and smelling clean. Unlike the grainy feeling I’ve had left after other cleanings from previous companies. I will definitely be calling them in the future.

We called to get a quote, nobody offered to come out and give a real quote. The price was fine and we made an appointment.
Workers arrived 1 ½ hours late.
Workers left small objects sitting on the floor and cleaned around the objects, even tho we offered to help move furniture.
At the end, the agreed upon price was not enough. They asked for 50% more than the quote.
On their website, they promise a 10% senior discount which was never offered to us.
I will never call them again because of the gouging at the end. The carpet is clean enough, but quoting a price and then changing the price after the work is done is unethical. We do not support unethical companies.
