Did a great job replacing the heel tips on my boots and he also repaired damage caused to the material on the heel from wear and tear. Def will come back for any future shoe repair needs.

This is one of the most amazing shoe repair stores in town. I have a horse show this weekend, and needed my dress boots extended. Gary not only demonstrated awesome professionalism and incredible craftsmanship but did so on a very short time frame. I couldn’t be more pleased. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! My boots are beautiful and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you!

Customer service wasn’t the best when I initially came in (I waited for quite awhile before anyone came to help me, then he didn’t seem super nice or friendly). However, things were much better when I came to pick up my boots.
For my heel taps to be replaced, the chips on the heel repaired, and a shine, it was $ 20. I have no idea if that is a fair price or not, but my boots are like new, so I feel relatively good about that.
They are convenient to me, so I will probably return.

Both, the customer service AND repair work at Green Valley Shoe Repair are phenomenal! I brought in 2 pairs of pretty expensive men’s dress shoes (Ermenegildo Zegna and Gucci). They were damaged from extensive wear and tear, so I was little skeptical on satisfied I would be with the finished repairs. Garry exceeded my expectations! My shoes looked great! I work in luxury retail and I definitely will refer all of my customers to him for repairs!

Fixed my red bottoms right on up! And they were ready the day after I dropped them off! Unheard of!

Gary is hands down the best cobbler in Vegas! My gf who owns over 200 pairs of designer shoes recommended this place to fix my shoes! I went out for a night of partying and of course the confetti got stuck to my brand new nude tom ford pumps and the next day I woke up to them being stained! So I ran over as soon as possible while it was still a new stain and showed Gary what happened. No joke, we didn’t have high hopes for the stain to come out bc it’s so hard to get confetti dye out bc it goes under the patent leather. I just went to pick them up and I’m not kidding he got everything out! I was blown away! Thank you so much Gary for saving my expensive new shoes, you’re the best!

I LOVE this place!!! They do AMAZING work & for a fair price! They even fixed a heel that had been snapped right off a pair of Christian Louboutins & the shoes look like new! I couldn’t be happier :) I would trust any of my shoes in their hands!

I was looking for a good shoe repair for a long time and here it is! I picked up my shoes today and they looked like brand new! They supposed to repair heels but they also did cleaning of the shoes! What a great service. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you.

Amazing customer service. I had 2 pairs of beautiful Christian Louboutins broken in half and they completely fixed them, they look brand new! I’m so pleased with the outcome, and they charged a really reasonable price. So thankful they salvaged my $ 5500 pair of crystal Louboutin’s. You can mess with me, but not with my shoes thank you so much Gary!

Called ahead for a specific shoe item & was told they had it. We get there and same gentleman tells us the don’t have it. WTF?

Did not tell me that what I wanted done to my shoes was not possible until I picked them up. They still charged me! I wanted the back width stretched out not the length! Bad customer service

BRING YOUR SHOES HERE!!! They fixed up my favorite pair of boots and helped me replace my boat shoe laces. My boots were a wreck when I brought them in. The rubber on the heel had fallen off and the base was all scratched up. After I picked them up from the shop, they looked as GOOD AS NEW. This guy’s handiwork is AMAZING. I’ll definitely be back with any other shoe problems. AMAZING customer service. Thank you so much!!!

The owner is adorable and has the best customer service skills. He promises to deliver only the top notch service and gives you the price up front. He is expensive! But uses only high quality material. And you cannot resist his charm!

Best customer service ever! I brought in my pair of Birkenstocks that my pitbull managed to get ahold of. Thankfully, he only ate one of the straps and it was a simple repair. I was told they would be finished Wednesday, and I dropped them off on a Monday afternoon. They were ready on time.
I was as bit concerned that the replacement leather was too stuff and wouldn’t be comfortable. It was digging into my foot a bit and wasn’t as pliable as the original leather. The owner was very very helpful, and sanded the leather down right then. It was perfect! I will def use this shop for any other repairs I may need.

I could not be happier with this business. Gary the owner is so nice and straight forward, it just makes doing business easy and rewarding. He has worked on three different sets of shoes and all are upholding the word he did with absolutely no indication of wearing down. I think my shoes will last forever!!! I went in today in a panic. Shoe emergency for sure! He was able to fix my shoes today and they look great! As long as I am in Vegas, I will def. be a customer here.

The owner seems to be in a hurry but is still very thorough with his work.

Wow. I had my fiancé’s wingtips fixed here and they did an incredible job. They request a 50% down payment when you originally drop off the shoes. This is completely understandable considering the amount of work that goes into fixing these pricey shoes. The total price came to about $ 50.00. Great deal considering the original cost of the shoes.
Not only did my fiances wingtips look incredible, but they were also cleaned and stretched to perfection. My boy was blown away at the attention to detail and quite impressed with the finished product. We will be back!
If you have a pricey pair of shoes that needs some fixing, I highly recommend this place!

First things first: Gary, the owner (?), is great. He comes off a little direct, and it reminds me of cobblers on the east coast — straightforward and BLUNT. I love it! He has the skills to back his mouth up too. That’s what matters.
Anyways, I brought in a leather designer bag that needed its zipper reinforced and a handle re-​sewn… long story, don’t ask: P I was apprehensive because I wasn’t familiar with this store’s bag work (I only brought in shoes in the past), but I figured if I didn’t get my bag fixed, I couldn’t use it at all. So in, I went.
I picked up my bag four days later and it came out looking like new! GREAT stitch work on the handle, and the zipper is secure and moves effortlessly. Honestly, it was better than I expected. These people are legit. If I ever accidentally run over another expensive bag, I’ll be sure to take it to them. Thanks, Gary!

I am a designer handbag and shoe junkie and from time to time I need to have my goodies repaired. I never trust some local shops with my «babies» but now that I have found Green Valley Shoe Repair, I know my items are in good hands!
I’ve had many items repaired, restored, resoled or stretched. My Balenciaga handbag had a broken zipper and they fixed it to like-​new condition! I bought a Jimmy Choo vintage tote at a resale shop and Gary and his crew made it look brand new! I have also used them to stretch too-​tight shoes (under $ 8 per pair to gently stretch them out), repair hardware on sandals and pumps, and most recently to replace the worn out soles on a pair of men’s Ferragamo dress shoes ($ 50 and they look fantastic and now will last for many more years)!
As others have said, Gary is the best! He is super friendly and does a GREAT job! I love this place, you can trust them with your goods. You don’t have to worry about anybody having «sticky fingers» and you’ll get great craftsmanship and most important, no worries about your things getting stolen. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this business.
