My condo had never been professionally cleaned. Green clean amazed me how they got rid of hard water rings and stains, I could never get out on my own! They also listened to my note saying what I wanted done most, and focussed on working those areas, which I liked. Best part, no chemical smells left behind. I will use them again!

I was very sceptical at first-​have been through many cleaning services. I decided to try Green Clean Maids through a discount special. They exceeded our expectations. The ladies are very nice and professional. If I need something extra or added attention to a specific area of the house, they are more than willing to accommodate. We had a miscommunication on our charges (our fault). Lucy was very quick to respond and resolve the problem. She made a special trip to our home to ensure we were satisfied with the service. We have been using their services for about 6 mos.

I had used this service a few times and even referred a friend. On the last service I was not happy as I had to ask the girls four times to do the patio and they ignored me until I said I was going to call Lucy. Grudgingly they did it. I texted Lucy and she never got back to me. A month later she asked when I would like to reschedule. I told her I would like different girls this time who LISTEN and thought it was rude of her not to respond. She lied about the girls and said she would email my key back to me since I am not happy with the service. I told her I was fine with service, just not her attitude. You cannot email a key to a regular door, btw, unless you have a device which I do not. It was 9am and she said she would bring the key over. I could not leave the house all day because I no longer trust her. By 5pm I had to call a locksmith and have the locks changed. She never brought the key back. Rude, dishonest, not accountable and delusional!

The whole experience has some positives and some negatives.
I called and spoke to Lucy about the Groupon deal they were running for 3 hours cleaning, and during the conversation, she told me that they charge extra for a move-​in cleaning since we were moving into a new apartment. The extra charges were reasonable, so I went ahead and booked an appointment. On the day of the cleaning, I couldn’t be there due to work so my friend opened the door for them and then left. The ladies were very nice.
The following day, I went to the apartment and most of it was cleaned well. We noticed that one of the patio was not cleaned, and also the windows were not cleaned. So I txted Lucy to let her know, and she informed me that the patio door was stuck. Since I was working alot, I took her word for it. 2 days after that, I checked the patio door and it was just fine, not stuck at all. Also, the fireplace was untouched, dusty and full of cinders and not cleaned which was supposed to be included in the «move-​in» service. I txted Lucky again and she said that their policy is all issues has to be notified within 24 hours of service and they will not fix it anytime after that. I txted her back to tell her that I did bring up the patio issue 24 hours after cleaning but that was not fixed and the patio door was not stuck as they had indicated. She ignored me and never responded.
I am disappointed with the response after the service and their unwillingness to fix a small issue.

Great experience! Very professional and love that is a family owned business because you can tell they care.
I own a 4 bedroom home in Summerlin and I called to booked appointment and they scheduled me pretty quick. It was a plus that they use green products and my house was spotless. I use them regularly now. Lucy and her team are excellent!

The first cleaning was good, a manager named Ben came down with two ladies. The ladies cleaned and then Ben made sure the house was cleaned. It was nice. The second time the ladies came without Ben again doing a fair job but not as good as the first time. Then the third time the ladies came out tried to rush through my house in two hours, my house is Thousand square feet there’s no way to ladies can clean my house in two
floors were dirty my kitchen counters were dirty my bathrooms are not clean thoroughly there was stuff on the toilet seats bathtubs you could see weren’t washed out and it was large pieces of dirt everywhere all over the floor I am very disappointed and I wouldn’t recommend your service to anyone.
Before the ladies left my house the third time they asked me to check the house before I could even finished checking the house and already packed up their stuff and started to leave when I told them that the floor was still dirty they didn’t really do anything about it they just wiped off stuff and my foray while I told them there was crap all over my house still and instead of trying to communicate with people that probably barely understand what I’m saying I told him to leave.

They asked questions if they were unsure or wanted my input. Lucia their supervisor came to meet me for the first visit and followed up after to be sure I was satisfied with their service. I called Green Clean Maids to clean my house. They did an excellent job! I have young children and it’s very important to me the fact that they use green products.
Also, my dog sheds like crazy and they removed it from every where.
I will definitely have them come in a weekly basis.

I have had a hard time finding a service that I like, and Green Clean Maids blew me away! When we first called, their staff was very helpful to figure out what services best fit my needs. I was originally interested because they use all green products with no harmful chemicals, but they really did an amazing job and went above and beyond my expectations! I will definitely use them again.
