Found that going early in the morning is a better chance of avoiding a long wait time. Dislike the checking in online. The app itself has very bad reviews. Staff provides fast service and they are also friendly. Service with a smile.

been going to GC ever since I moved to Las Vegas. Bunny was my first hair stylist, then she had a career change, so she referred me to Elaine and I’ve been going to Elaine ever since. I even followed her to this location when she transferred. I won’t go anywhere else. I’ve also referred many friends to Elaine. choose Elaine, there will be a wait time because she is always booked, but you won’t regret it!!!

I visited this shop, first i have no good experience, after awhile gave another try and got worst cut, and that would be my last visit here!

My husband comes there for long time. He made an online booking about half an hour ago, we arrived there, we were pretty huring today … A guy camed, seemed that he knew one of the woman working there, the woman asked if he did online booking and he said no. Then, she did something on the computer and the man was next asked to come and be served for cutting hair .we left, cause we already waited sbout 7 – 10 mints and we don’t have time to stay longer for other people who are taken in front without reservation. That’s very disrespectful and he will never go back there …

Worst haircut I’ve ever received. Told her to trim the top and the side a 1, low fade. She decided to disregard my request and gave me a high fade, then butchered one side of my head. Had to go back to get it fixed and she cut the top super short and still left a bunch of long hairs and left my hair uneven. Been wearing a hat everywhere Tim my hair grows back a bit to fix it. I didn’t want to go bald or really short.
Will never return here even if they gave me free hair cuts.
I gave myself better hair cuts in the military.

They will kick you out even if you checked in online. I checked in at 4:25pm and they said (the app) about a sixty minute wait. So I came in at 5:15 pm and they said sorry we closed at 5pm (even their sign and Unilocal said 7p). The lady inside was very rude, saying «we closed». Go to Sports Clips near Walmart or Fantastic Sams down the street at Smiths (near Windmill) instead. I will never go to another GreatClips again and I will tell all my clients, friends, and family members to avoid all GreatClips as well.

Let me start by saying the trip here started as a battle between my son and I. I wanted his hair cut, he didn’t want to cut it. He’s been wanting to grow out the top of his hair to get some look I wasn’t clear of. We went and Sarah got to him right away. We talked and she pulled up a picture, showed it to my son and amazingly that was the hair do he was trying to get. She cleaned him up, taught him how to do his hair and with the biggest smile my son said «he really liked his hair». I REALLY liked his hair. He looked even more handsome than ever! Now that I know the hairstyle he’s been trying to get, thanks to Sarah!
My son said he will go back now for a haircut as long as she does it. Haha. Deal!!!

My son usually goes to the S. Durango location but we came to this location for the first time since they were open on Easter Sunday and will NEVER come back! My son checked in online as he usually does and gets called within a few minutes (the only positive from this visit) More and more people start to come in (some check-​ins and some walk-​ins). There were 3 stylists working and the one lady (don’t remember her name but she was the older one and was caucasian, the other 2 ladies were asian and hispanic) closest to front counter was rude when customers checking in would ask for an approximate wait time. She would say «we’re doing the best we can» in a rude tone when all the customer wants to know is if he has time to walk to albertsons. I understand you’re feeling overwhelmed because the salon went from 2 customers to about 5 – 6 waiting but that doesn’t mean you have to be rude. Anyway, my son finishes his haircut and I go to pay and she seemed to rush me. As soon as the receipt printed she threw it on the counter then also threw the pen on the counter. As I started to sign she was impatiently waiting for my copy of the receipt to print out. Then I asked if they had gift cards and right away she says no once again in a rude tone. I shouldn’t have left her a tip! We definitely won’t be coming back here!

I come here a couple times when i need a quick fade. Sometimes i cant make it downtown to where my usual barber short is. But it still does the job. Especially dor the price. I mean… You dont get the usual barber talk. But you still get what you want for the most part.

Just received the worst hair cut of my life. Jaime (if that’s his real name — male store manager w/​blonde hair) proceeded to tell me «We are done here, get up and leave» after cutting off a chunk of my hair he wasn’t supposed to. He offered to not charge me — which I wasn’t going to obviously pay for regardless, but this review is in response to his poor attitude and his failure to try and retain a long time customer.
I’ve had great past experiences with Great Clips at the Blue Diamond location and I hate going to new salons. It’s safe to say, I will NEVER be back.

Out of no where suddenly after 3 people walked in (because of their superior online check in system) I’m suddenly the 8^th one. First I was supposed to wait 20 min max and now I’m here for an hour and I still have a bunch of people ahead of me
Would you come here???
I guess only if you have nothing to do and love to waste time

At least that’s worth the wait
And not ever any yelling customers

I haven’t gone to great clips in a while because I’m trying to grow out my hair. I haven’t had any complaints whatsoever with the stylists that have done my hair. I was really pleased and my hair is growing out beautifully. I would definitely go again if I need my annual haircut. I would recommend the manager for the ladies. He does a really great job! :D

I only ask for Elaine when I come here and she doesn’t disappoint. She listens to exactly what kind of haircut I want and delivers every time.

Great employees with a short wait and they always give you the attention you deserve. A++. I will ask for Lupe next time!

I was on vacation in Las Vegas visiting a friend. He suggested I get my hair cut here. When I walked in, I wasn’t expecting much. Seems like the place is convenient for male haircuts, not so much women’s haircuts. I didn’t have an appointment, but I figured 2pm on a Monday, it should not be too busy.
I walked in and they immediately sat me down in a chair. Sharon cut my hair and I am amazed at what a great haircut she gave me. I’ve paid well over $ 50 here in LA to have my haircut with such precision! She is very well trained. I told her exactly how I wanted my hair to look and she did it, down to the perfect length for my bangs.
Ladies, if you are in need of a great cut, go see Sharon! It’s a steal at $ 13!!!

Eghh… you need a haircut and aren’t too picky this is the place for you. I’ve been to better and I’ve been to much worse so I guess its all how you want to view it.
It drives me absolutely nuts they ask for my full name and phone number every time I walk in. They don’t need to know anything about me besides the fact I like my hair short usually a #1 on the sides and a square hairline in the back.
Never fails every time its always your name please, your phone number. They shouldn’t need those details so I just give them the lead singer of the band/​group who was on the radio that was playing when I can in.
I have a cow lick no arguments here. In six trips I’ve only had one person easily cut my hair and work around it without making me look like a Mr. Clean reject.
Today I was with a new lady who cut the sides too short and completely missed a few (5) long hairs on the top of my head and needed me to point them out.
I will be back in a few months but may just have to go somewhere else as I hear some local shops have beer on tap. The idea of getting buzzed while catching a buzz intrigues me a little.

First off, I am usually patient with when it come to customers service because everything isn’t perfect.
With that being said, we called and ask if there was a wait or a lot of people there, and the lady said no. We get in our car and it took us literally 5 min to get there. When we get into the shop, there was at least 9 people ahead of us! Not just 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 but at least 9!
So then one of the ladies asked us if this was our first time and we said yes. She said to check in and write our first name. We still were on the monitor list so we got up and ask if they could check us in and they said they did. Long story short, couple of people went ahead of us and they needed all of the information down to the address, for a simple hair cut. We waited a good 35 mins before they even called us up.
The haircut is decent but the service is terrible. They are disrespectful and not good at taking care of their customers at all. I recommend going to somewhere else if you can.

We all know that sometimes people get busy and are unable to provide good customer service, which is always reasonable. Unfortunately, this establishment had several opportunities to provide us with DESCENT customer service and has failed every chance they were given.
They provided us with inaccurate estimation of time. They were not able to check us in on three accounts. They took a couple of people ahead of us even though we were waiting there first. Overall, l they left a very distasteful taste in my mouth.
I highly suggest to find a different hair salon shop. This place was TERRIBLE!

Used to love taking my son here to get his haircut. But even checking in early online on my iphone app, I found myself waiting for a while at their register to be waited on. I was ignored by the 3 people who saw me. So we sat down since I thought we already did the online check in. Then 2 other customers walked in and they were greeted immediately. I had to let the lady know at the register that I have been waiting and the customer let me talk to her. So my son was up next. Just very poor service. Will not come here again. It’s too bad the guy who always cut my son’s hair doesn’t work there anymore. He was an A++. Always fantastic!
