Good Morning Cleaners

This Chinese lady is ALL about getting an extra buck from you. When I took my suit there she wanted me to pay $ 8.50 «in advance», well, of course I declined. Then, when I went back to pick up the suit she wanted to charge me 50 cents extra for using my ATM card. I asked her, where is it posted that there’s an extra FEE if you use your ATM card? She could not answer that question. So, I just don’t like to deal with businesses where I feel like I am being cheated. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place to a friend.

We send our lab coats to get dry cleaned, usually once a month. A person comes to pick up our coats, and usually within 2 days, we get our coats back cleaned. No problems at all~

The high rise complex I live in uses Good Morning as one of their cleaners. I sent off a few t-​shirts and a pair of shorts. All of them came back and were still wrinkled. It looked like they shook out my clothes and put them back on hangers. I called and spoke with the manager and told him I wanted my money back because I was not happy with their work and he insisted that I give him another chance complimentary. About a week later my clothes come back and the work was satisfactory but I still would not use them again.
Four weeks later, I get a message from the front desk saying I owe Good Morning Cleaners money. I call back the manager to get the situation figured out and he acts as though I am bothering him and did not remember what he told me weeks ago. He yells at me to give him my credit card number and ends up hanging up on me. He is extremely unprofessional and rude and to make things worse his English is horrible.
