This place had to be the worst car rental place I’ve ever been to. The employees are liars and don’t get me started on the cars. The cars were scratched, dented, smelled like weed, and the tires we’re bald. I don’t understand how an establishment can be ran like that. And on top of that, they wanted to charge $ 600. GTFOH with that. Do not waste your time coming here. STAY AWAY!!!

Had to rent a car and decided to give them a second chance. Oh no! Got screwed over again and they gave me a car that broke down twice. Zero customer service or concern for their customers. Please do not rent from this place… Do yourself a favor and save some money.

i luv these guys!!! they have rescued me so many times!!! Never a prob!!! always use my own insurance. always get my full deposit back!!! always quickly in and quickly out with all of my responsibilities explained to me!!! it’s sad to see these other bad reviews because it makes me think contracts either weren’t understood, read or simply put, if one doesn’t follow the rules given, it tends to cost u more money, because i’ve NEVER been overcharged or needlessly charged for anything here!!! so to my friends at GLOBAL AUTO… my kudos and regards for being there for me, stress free, every time i have needed u!!!

These people are shysters… negotiate lowest price you can because while i was there four different people were refused their deposits back and i didnt get mine because i called an hour before car was due back we were late because tire went flat and spare was flat too. The little ugly donut looking thing was soft and the guy said it was supposed to be!!! Anyhow they came and towed it a few hours later and called it a repo… they also didnt want their key back!!! Strange… You wont like anything about these people.

This is brudal. They didnt even give me a proof of insurance and i was told i will be using my own insurance. But later when i came in to bring the car back in. I got charged with $ 20 a day insurance fee which i didnt even get a proof of. I dont believe that they even insured this car. Do not go here. I just lost my $ 290 deposit and cant even see the proof of insurance.
