I am a property manager. I have close to 300 homes and still growing. I specialize in Single family homes, long term rentals. I work closely with licensed, bonded vendors to make sure any maintenance issues are taken care of in a timely manner. I advertise your rental on the MLS and all related rental websites. I do periodic inspections of the properties if owner desires. Move in and move out inspections at no charge. Application process to include employment and background checks. Lease prep and signing. Collection of rents, 5 day pay or quits and eviction services. When you owners are ready to sell I will list your property at a discount.

I have been in the real estate business in Las Vegas, NV for 15 years. I have an interior design background and owned by own design business here for 12 years before getting back in the real estate business. I have been licensed in California and Arizona. I now call Vegas home and I have been here since 1989. I was a listing agent for several years and when the market took a dump I began focusing on the property management and rental market. I enjoy gardening, boating, and my family.
