I was dreading going to Las Vegas until a friend suggested I rent a scooter. I have severe knee problems (need a knee replacement) which prevents me from standing very long or walking very far. How do you go to Las Vegas and not be able to walk around? My husband, Kent, got busy researching scooters and found the Get Around Mobility’s ad. our reservation. He called again the morning we were to pick it up to make sure we could find his office and answer any questions. We were a little late picking it up that morning and Joe followed up to make sure we weren’t lost. We were!!! Joe is the friendliest and most likable person. He and my husband were talking and joking around like they had known each other forever. He explained everything, helped my husband put the rack on our car and showed me how everything worked. We rented the scooter for two days and at end of the first day, Joe called to make sure everything was ok. He also communicated with us before we returned the scooter. He was out on a delivery so he contacted us to let us know he might be a little late. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

What an amazing experience! My dad was in town for my wedding and needed assistance. The scooter was delivered to the hotel earlier than planned so it was there when we arrived. The scooter worked perfectly — and my dad is almost 300 lbs.
Joe was wonderful. Very responsive and provided a reasonable delivery fee for an off strip hotel.

It’s bad enough getting a foot injury but the ordeal lasts for weeks and weeks. The only good thing about it was Joe and his scooters. I went to his shop and he treated me like royalty, giving me choices and patiently educating me what was going to be important operating the scooter. He followed up offering me options for payments and when I wasn’t exactly sure when I’d return it he said «No problem. Just let me know.» I just could get the formal medical release and when the appointment with the doc was delayed, he kept the charge at the same rate as a week before, so I didn’t waste one dime. The equipment worked well, no problems technically or contract wise. He is so laid back and casual, exactly the kind of guy you’d like to have a beer and watch the game with. Thanks, Joe, you’re the best.

I’d called them to arrange for 2 scooter rentals for my mother and her friend several weeks in advance. We are all handicapped, so getting around is a challenge, but we do it. I wasn’t sure they would have the 4 wheel scooters the ladies requested, but they did. My entire reservation was completed in about 10 minutes time.
The scooters were at the hotel, as arranged. Ladies were very happy with them. The manuals were there if needed. The transport was no problem, and the ladies were very happy with their rides. Scooters were new, clean, and in great shape.
I’ve rented scooters all over the US, and I really like the way they do business. Friendly, efficient, good equipment. Excellent service. They’re going to be my go to place for scooter rental from now on.

My Uncle torned a muscle while hiking in the Valley of Fire late in the afternoon on a Saturday.
After checking his injury at a hospital we called Get Around on a Sunday at 2:30 PM to rent a wheelchair and we could come and pick it up at 3 PM no questions asked, Joe left his home and came to help us out right away.
Also returning it on a Sunday was not a problem, our flight back home was really early on a Monday so Joe came over to the office from his home so we could drop it off late in the evening.
Thanks guys for helping us out and the more than fair price.

I’ve rented from Get Around twice in the last 6 weeks. Both times on very short notice. Joe was immediately responsive. «No problem, we’ll take care of you». No problem people are my favorite!
The scooters were waiting for me when I arrived, I received calls to make sure that all was okay, and thanks on the back end.
I don’t think it get’s better than this. (Incidentally, Get Around also had the best prices.)

Couldn’t have been easier… called to confirm reservation instead of me having to call them. Customer service is a lost art these days, what a refreshing change.
Delivered scooter to hotel, picked up from valet and tore up the strip. Base scooter but battery lasts all day. Only drawback is everybody will want to ride it… faster than you can jog, only way to make it down the strip.
Dropped scooter back off with valet, no sweat. We’ll definitely be renting from get around again!

Let me start by saying how easy and patient was the service with Get Around Mobility. I first made a reservation online (which was as simple as it gets) for an unexpected trip. I made the reservation one night before arriving. The next morning the person who needed the scooter told me he wasn’t going so I had to call Joe at 9am to let him know I needed a refund. He immediately helped me out without any hesitation or questions. He made this really easy and the money was refunded within minutes.
Next thing I know, the person who had cancelled on me told me he was, after all, going to the trip. So I called Joe back when we arrived in Las Vegas. He helped me out to get another reservation for a scooter, even though I had cancelled already. That day was pouring rain but that didn’t stop him from providing the best service.
In the evening I received the scooter by the front desk. We reserved the Pride Victory 10. The scooter itself was super easy to use. It was small enough to get through the casino’s lanes. We were even able to fit it into the hotel room to charge it. The basket was very convenient as well. The battery lasted the whole night and it still had a lot of charge. It had a setting to change speed which was very nice to use.
If you are considering to get a scooter to use in Las Vegas don’t over think it — call Joe right now and reserve. He makes it very accessible to get a scooter. Prices are amazing and you get exactly what you need. Thanks Joe for the awesome service.

Joe was great. He delivered the scooter to another hotel because we had walked so far and my mother couldn’t walk back. He was efficient and stayed in touch with us by phone throughout the delivery. It was a great help to our whole family during our stay. When we left we checked it at the bell desk and called them to let them know to pick up. Use this company for affordable friendly service if your loved one needs mobility. They are the best!

Joe was amazing and the price was good went from down town to the mgm and still had battery! Messed up my knees here and didn’t want to mess up the trip called joe and was so surprised! Thanks again get around mobility we will use you again !

For the first time I got to experience the Strip and see a variety of casinos and restaurants. Joe made sure the scooter was at the hotel when I arrived and worked perfectly. Made the Vegas experience the best in 40 yeard.

Bill was great!!! But unfortunately our scooter didn’t work :(he came out to help us once and it worked for about 10 minutes then stopped again. I didn’t get to take my aunt anywhere I wanted to take her for mother’s day. :(in fact I had to leave her at one casino while I walked alone to get the car from another casino to pick her up. I tried to call to see if Bill knew what the problem was and he said to try charging it… we tried but it didn’t work and I felt bad calling bill yet again after he had been so nice. We’re pretty sure the scooter had a short because it was fully charged. I recommend this place for their customer service, just because I had a bad scooter doesn’t mean you will too!

On a recent trip to Las Vegas, my wife needed a scooter. Joe worked with us to ensure we got the right type for our needs (easily transported in a car).
The scooter worked great. The battery charge lasted longer than we anticipated. Assembly and disassembly for transport was simple. (The type we had disassembled into four pieces, although we never needed to remove the rear axle.)
The price was very resonable, and included delivery and pick up of the scooter at our hotel.
We think this scooter made our trip much more enjoyable, all thanks to the quality of the machine and the people.

Get Around Mobility provided us with an excellent scooter that enhanced our short visit to Las Vegas immensely. It was waiting for us at the hotel, charged and ready to go. The batteries lasted much longer than I expected allowing us to go up and down the strip for two days with no battery issues. I love renting scooters from Get Around Mobility!!! Ever since I had my hip replacement, I find it very difficult to walk around or stand on my feet for more than an hour or so. Their scooters are hands down the best in Vegas. Unlike some companies which I’ve used in the past, that rent old and outdated scooters, the shocks and suspension systems are perfect for someone of my size. The added cargo basket on front makes carrying my belongings from casino to casino fun and easy. I could go on and on about the quality and service of Joe and his staff at Get Around Mobility, but I will let there service record speak for itself. If I lived closer any to Las Vegas, I might never use my feet again!!! I would recommend them to anyone in need of assistance for getting around in Vegas. Thanks again Joe!

I broke my foot and needed to rent a knee walker so I decided to try «Get Around Mobility». When I called the man said he wasn’t at the store but made his way over quickly to help me. When we got there they had exactly what I was looking for. now 4 weeks later I called to extend my rental and they were able to handle everything over the phone so I didn’t even have to go back to the store. I was very happy with the service and would definitely rent from them again!

I can’t begin to sing enough praises on their flexibility! I broke my ankle and they delivered my knee walker right to me!!! Huge relief and ever so thankful for their empathy. Customer service was fast & friendly… Not that I want to ever be injured again, but if I am, no doubt about it – I will use this company again!!!
