Without getting too personal… I went to see Dr Alexander for something that had been driving me crazy for about 2 years.
Here’s everything that was awesome:
1.) The staff. Ashley is basically the sweetest person on the planet. Jamie went out of her way to get me on the calendar and squeeze me in. Anita helped explain my financial options and never rushed me. Lindsay made me feel very comfortable.
2.) Dr Alexander. When I went in for the first consultation, he made me feel at home, and he took the time to listen to me. He never rushed me and made me feel that he really understood what I needed/​wanted.
3.) The whole experience. From my first phone call to the follow up appointments, everyone was extremely thorough and very kind and encouraging.
4.) His work. Let’s just say I’m impressed with his work.
I would recommend him to anyone looking to make any kind of change, reduction, augmentation, tightening, etc.

As a MULTI millionaire I can pretty much go to whomever I please however, this guy is the best when it comes to making you look like a million bucks! Too bad my sister who wears rags in all her pictures because she married a big, fat, LAZY, BROKE, smelly LOSER can only afford botox or I’d suggest this place to her. He’s top notch!

Amazing Dr. and staff. When I decided to get my boobs done I did so much research and a few of my friends recommended Dr. Alexander. I did my own research on him and saw all the great reviews and a lot of his work, I was very impressed. From my very first appt until now him and his staff have been incredible and very patient. I got my breast aug done yesterday, surgery went amazing, recovery is def not as bad as I thought it was going to be and I had my post op early today and saw my breasts for the first time and I was already in love. Very little bruising and swelling. I can’t wait until I’m fully healed Bc they already look so amazing. He truly is not just one of the best doctors here in Vegas, he is THE best!

Dr. Alexander is a complete and total perfectionist! From my initial consulation to my surgery and post op appointments, Dr. Alexander and his staff have been nothing short of amazing! He is such a kind and patient doctor, that also is a complete professional. All of his staff members are so caring and never once did I feel I was annoying them with my thousands of questions. I especially liked Jami. She let me try on the different implants over and over again. I even came back for a second consultation just to be sure. Dr. Alexander gave me exactly what I asked for. I wanted to have the look of a push up bra, without having to wear one. I know he specializes in natural looking breasts… But I wanted more on the «fake» side. And that’s exactly what I got! The surgery went perfectly and even though I went with a large implant size (700cc), my post op pain was very little. I would not hesitate to go back to him and get more work done in the future (if I wanted). FYI, his before and after gallery is underwelming and that was the only hesistation I had prior to surgery. Don’t hesistate in choosing him. After going on other consultations, I believe he is the best in the Las Vegas area.

Spectacular. That’s a perfect word for Dr. Alexander. Superior work. He is truly gifted and an awesome person. Excellent qualifications/​education/​background. He’s mellow, friendly and thorough. Explains every single detail from the beginning to the very end of your recovery. Answers all your questions and really spends quality time with you. Staff is friendly, professional, a great team. Prices I found very reasonable. You don’t look for discounts when looking for a plastic surgeon. It’s a fact. Great location, easy to get to. Very clean office, decorated lovely, nice exam rooms. Easy parking. He does his surgeries out of Seven Hills Surgery Center in Henderson. I can’t speak highly enough about the staff at Seven Hills. Excellent facility and staff — from check in to check out.

I can’t say enough great things about my whole experience with Dr. Alexander and his team. He was recommended to me by a friend who had breast augmentation and I would confidently recommend him to anyone looking for cosmetic surgery. He is genuine, gentle, thorough. He remembers your name, your preferences, details, sizes, etc. I said to myself, he’s gotta have all that written down somewhere, but the fact is, he’s just a professional. From the second you meet him, you get a great vibe, and that follows through to the end of your encounters. He evaluates you and recommends a window of sizes that he thinks would be appropriate for your body type. There is a rhyme and reason to his recommendations and I got exactly what I asked for.
I was really nervous on surgery day. Several people in the surgery facility (who aren’t affiliated with doc, and didn’t have to say anything at all) felt the need to share with me what a great doctor he was and tell me that I was in great hands. Great experience in the surgery facility. Staff was competent, and Dr Alexander was extremely warm, gentle, and reassuring.
I had my surgery on a Thursday, post-​op appt on a Friday, and then they were closed on the weekend which concerned me. But when i had concerns over the weekend, I spoke with Dr Alexander’s answering service. The Dr called me back immediately and had me come to his office on a Saturday, where him and his wife met me to discuss my issues. Everything turned out to be completely normal. But doc being so available and showing up without question was incredibly reassuring. His wife is very involved so it feels like a family run business. His whole office staff is sweet as pie. It is clear that they prioritize great customer service. No one was ever bothered by my many phone calls or concerns.
I am 8 weeks post-​op from breast augmentation and they look FANTASTIC. Super natural. They feel real, they look real, my scars are faded and minimal. I love this doctor and his staff and I would do it all over again. Worth every penny.

I am 4 weeks out from a full face lift at age 60. I know, it is supposed to take 6 weeks to even 6 months before you see the full results… but I look great! Dr A has the best bedside manner of any doctor I have ever been to. He personally calls the night before, and follows up multiple times afterwards. His staff is always quickly responsive to questions or other concerns. Even my husband, who was against this procedure, has been won over. Dr A always remembers my husbands name and interests and spends time talking about guy stuff with him. My husband told me I looked «stunning» the other night. He liked how I looked before but admits I look so much younger and rested now. He is happy because I look like me, only better. Dr A is really experienced and knows his stuff. He’s old school in that he doesn’t use fillers or other more temporary measures (except botox for the forehead)… he is strictly a surgeon. What a great 60^th birthday present for myself!

Dr. Alexander and his staff are nothing short of PERFECT! I recommend all people who want cosmetic surgery to go to him. He listens to what you want. He gives you and explains to you one on one his advice. He also explains to you the different ways the procedure may be done and gives you tells you which best suits you the best. The wait time, and if you have any concerns they call you right away. I put all my trust into Dr. Alexander and his staff.

I can’t believe there is only one review for this amazing doctor. I haven’t had surgery yet (I am scheduled for Nov 26) but Dr. Alexander and his patient coordinator, Ashley, are simply AWESOME.
Unlike the other PSs I went to for consultations, Dr. Alexander and his team really care about what it is that YOU want. They won’t just force their suggestions down your throat without hearing you out. It is also worth mentioning that I found Dr. Alexander through a coworker of mine whose results look fantastic, I would have never thought she had plastic surgery done if she hadn’t told me.
Dr. Alexander made me feel incredibly comfortable and I have great expectations for my results! Will update post-​op.

Had surgery yesterday morning for breast aug. I normally hate going to the doctor but dr alexander and his staff couldn’t have been more comforting or professional. They made me and my husband feel informed and comfortable about all decisions we made. Went waaayyyyy above and beyond at all steps in my process.
Dr alexander, his nurse Lynn, and Ashely are who I worked with most and they were all amazing. Dr alexander called me himself the day before surgery to make sure everything was in order and I had no questions. The anesthesiologist from Surgical Center at Tenaya also called me to make sure everything was good.
Overall, an amazing experience, I couldn’t have asked for any better.
