The girls here are AMA omg and the gelato to die for!!! The roster almond is sooo good

I WOULD HAVE TO SAY I LOVE HIS GELATO PLACE!!! First lets start off with the good service, the staffs are very helpful and friendly. They let you try every favor you want just make sure you just the right one!!! Price are cheap and reasonable. This is more like a GO TO PLACE GELATO FOR ME NEXT TIME!!!

So craving for a Nutella crêpe, ironically they don’t advertise it however they do have it if you ask for it.
I also got some gelato which was very good I should know I use to work in a gelato store.
The customer service is what stands out the most, the two girls were so friendly and enthusiastic it made the whole experience a 5 star.

First time trying this place and had a great experience. The workers were very nice and helpful, most specifically a woman named Mandy. She was very cheerful and patient with me and my friends who practically sampled every flavor there was because we couldn’t decide so easily :) She was very nice and even though I’m from out of town, I’m in Vegas pretty often due to work. I would definitely visit this place again and keep it in mind to refer other people to! Thanks Mandy!

I absolutely loved all of the flavors that I tried. When it was time to order, I got a scoop of the Tiramisu and Panna Cotta, both which were AMAZING. THE Gelato was a bit airy and not as dense as regular Gelato, nevertheless, it still had excellent flavor. The female that works there is the nicest person I’ve ever met and she didn’t lose her patience even though I tried pretty much every flavor. I’ve found my go to dessert joint post Phở massacre

Best gelato EVER!!! It’s all natural with no dyes. I sampled so many, almost all of them, and chose pistachio and tiramisu. My friend had strawberry and he loved it. The service was above standard. So very friendly and all smiles. Don’t pass on the coconut cookie. They also offer crepes and waffles but I haven’t tried them yet. Also coffee and milk teas. Complete sweet place!

food: crêpe with biscotti. the crêpe is thicker than i like, but not bad. the gelato was creamy and not too sweet. the biscotti flavor is there, but not as good as the original cookie itself. ***4/​5
service: i liked the place. there were plenty of games for you to play while you wait for food. service is like any typical ice cream shop. they have a lot of unique flavors and you can try all of them. ***4/​5
value: the portion is great. we had 3 people on one crêpe. there was still some leftover, but we did go after a big meal. ***4/​5

Gelato was super duper good. And what else is great is that you get these giant portions! I asked for 3 scoops and they said 2 would barely fit in my waffle bowl. They were right. At other places, 3 scoops would be easy for a big guy like me to put down. But here, I could barely finish two!
The service was top notch too! Best service I’ve seen at any ice cream or gelato place.
I’ll definitely be back!

Strolling around after eating lunch next door with my dad and we ended up stumbling into this place! What caught his eye was a poster of their Avocado Shake so he INSISTED that we check this place out.
And I got no regretzzzzzZz.
As soon as we walked in, the lovely girl welcomed us to the store and asked us if it was our first time at the Gelato Bar. When we told her yes, she immediately got a handful of sample spoons ready to have us try the different flavors of gelato.
Some notable gelato flavors in my book include the hazelnut, white chocolate, and marshmallow (tasted like smores). They all sound like flavors that would be too sweet or too overwhelming but THEY WEREN’T. They were sweet enough to be flavorful and the texture was just right!
My dad really enjoyed the avocado shake! He said that it tasted like real fruits were used and the boba was also freshly cooked.
Great place to get your gelato fix without having to drive all the way down to Rainbow!

Best gelato, ever. Seriously. So many flavors and you can sample as many as you’d like. The employees are super nice. Usually when you go to a gelato place the size of the scoops are on the small side, so I ordered two scoops a waffle cone. My gosh, the scoops were gigantic! I had one scoop of banana and another of the marshmallow. Delicious! It was almost more than I could finish.
They also have different games like Battleship and Jenga that you can play. We ate our gelato while playing Connect Four. We really enjoyed this place.

Came here after lunch with some friends. The workers there are really friendly and one girl rushed out to great us. Their gelatos are house made with natural ingredients and they are pretty good about giving samples. I am more of a fruit girl so I stick to the fruitier gelatos instead of chocolate or tiramisu. Actually normally I hate tarimisu everything but their tiramisu flavor was lot ball at all. Not too sweet and not too rich. I decided on the strawberry and my friends got pistachio and toasted almond. Strawberry was good, a little tart and a little sweet. The other flavors were good too. I chose strawberry because it didn’t taste that artificial haha. For four dollars a scoop, the portion size is ginormous! Definitely shareable for two people. None of us could finish ours. They also serve their sugar coconut cookie on top.
Waffle cones and bowls are a dollar up charge… I didn’t see any free sugarcones lying around. There’s plenty of flavor options so I’m sure one will satisfy you!

I almost don’t remember coming here 10 months ago. There are no photos from me… just a tip. This teaches me to write my review right away! Hahaha!
Lucky for me, this time, Kenzie agreed to be my Partner in Crime for dessert — yayyyy! (My family was all pooped out from shopping and gambling until the sun started to rise.) She reminded me to take photos by her example! We picked Gelato Bar in Las Vegas Chinatown because it closes at 1am.
Parking was easy and free. We found a spot right in front of the shop! Service was so helpful and friendly! Interior was clean, bright, and spacious!
We sampled so many flavors. .amaretto, Tiramisu, pineapple, mango, and Grapefruit Iced Tea. I almost picked Toasted almond, but I thought Green Apple would be healthier. It had pulp and little bits of apple in the $ 4 scoop. Yum!
I’m going back for that Toasted almond.. mmm! I know that everything is made fresh there so no worries! Going be ono! Let’s go!

Awesome gelato shop in my favorite part of town!
It was my first time here and came here with my favorite person. This lady working here was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient. She was even more awesome for letting me try just about every gelato they had on display, along with answering billions of questions I asked with a smile. All gelatos are made with natural ingredients and no artificial flavoring. They also offer lactose-​free options. They have about 20 different gelatos on display so you are bound to find the one you like!
My favorites that I tried were Marshmallow, Salted Caramel, Chocolate Hazelnut and White Chocolate. They each had a really bold flavor and you can definitely taste the ingredients in each one. I went with a scoop of Chocolate Hazelnut, which I believe is hazelnut gelato with chocolate sauce drizzled on top. It was reasonably priced at around $ 4.
I also decided to get a Mocha Cookie Frappucino. They offer small (16oz), medium (24oz), and large (32oz). Mocha Cookie Frappucino is basically a blended drink with few shots of espesso, with chocolate sauce and oreo cookies blended. Again, it was bold flavor but stronger on the coffee side that I tasted little of oreo cookies or chocolate. I did like it because it wasn’t as sweet as I expected it to be. I also got to try my friend’s Chocolate Chip Frappucino with no coffee and it tasted like chocolate slush with chocolate chip blended, similar to double chocolaty frappucino that you can get at Starbucks.
The reason why I am giving 4 stars is because gelatos they had wasn’t as good as Gelatology. Although flavors were rich and bold, it didn’t have that smooth/​creamy texture offered at Gelatology. Aside from that, their service and drinks deserves 5 stars! I will be back again.

5 stars for the Cheesecake Tarty goodness! Lol. I kept coming back once I had a small spoon of it after trying everything else they had.
Which, btw, they have the best customer service! There’s a girl there, who I wish I got the name, that was ALWAYS smiling, collective and patient. Not once had I ever seen her get annoyed by a customer. Not even an eye twitch. She’s good! On the next visit she remembered me. And I swear it wasn’t like that next day. More like 2 weeks. Impressive. Haha.
I’m going to be honest though, my very very first time was quite sometime ago and I had a really bad experience. I had ordered a crêpe and it was never made. Everyone in my group had gotten there’s and they didn’t bother to tell me that they were making the batter to make mine. I was patient and was only informed cus I asked them what happened when everyone was half finished with theirs. I couldn’t wait any longer and asked them to refund my card and that I was leaving. Everyone had already finished their crepes at that point.
But hey, I gave them a shot months and months and months after that incident and I was greeted and had a great experience. Recently, there has been another girl I’ve been seeing. She asked about my tattoos and from then on, she remembered me the next visits. Lol. Yay! She also has great customer service!
Anyway! Simple…
It’s home made creamy gelato. Try the cheesecake, and the biscotti!
Also, don’t forget your coconut cookie!
Only bad note: There is bad reception inside. For some reason, once I’m inside my bars go down and cant receive any connectivity. Which, at the end, should be a good thing. Talk to someone you’re with and put your phone down! I just couldn’t check in on here. lol. But check in before or after your visit..

Wow! This place is great! Amy was our server and she was so helpful and enthusiastic about the gelato. She offered samples of her favorite flavor like biscotti, salted caramel, roasted almond, and others. The portion sizes are very generous too! I got one scoop and it was huge! It cost about $ 5 but it was definitely very good. We ended up going with biscotti and that was a fabulous choice. They carry many flavors of macaroons as well. This place satisfied my sweet tooth!

Amazing service is definitely what I can say about this place. The two girls working were very helpful especially since it’s my first time here.
I was blown away by the set up of this restaurant. I loved the variety of flavors they have here. The girls were super friendly and super patient with my friends and I. We felt like we tried the whole section of flavors. We were all waaaay too excited. She informed me that the owner makes the gelato and there’s no other third parties and that’s pretty freaking awesome. She also informed me that they have some flavors exclusive for different days like cheesecake gelato and biscotti gelato.
After trying most of the gelato in store, I decided on the banana and roasted almond gelato. OMGGGGG, so good and so flavorful. Can’t believe I’ve never been to this place and you know that the best thing is? They’re open til 1AM. :D PLUS they have board games to just hangout with friends and to just chill.
This will be my go to spot whenever I’m in Chinatown. Thank you for the lovely service and the good gelato! Will seriously be back.

I’m giving this place 5 stars not only because of the food but the customer service was so good. Right when I walked in I was greeted with a «hello» and a smile! Amy was working the counter and she helped me along the way of trying different ice creams and what not. She was very friendly, so sweet and knew what she was doing! It was my first time there and she made me feel like I’ve been going there for years! That’s the type of customer service I like! Amy needs to be recognized for her service bc workers like her are what make me want to come back!

Really good gelato! They are super friendly and very knowledgeable here. They have board games and free Wi-​Fi. If you’re having a party you can purchase a party size, just order a day before, of their gelato or sorbetto. They care alcohol infused gelato 21+ to try and order. The rum one is delicious.

This is a cool place to just hang out eating gelato. This is some of the best gelato I’ve had in town. Staff is very friendly and makes you feel at home. Wouldn’t mind coming here more often.

I came here for dessert after dinner at Chada Street. Totally off subject.. .BOTH Chada locations are delicious!
The three stars are for the service! The girl that was helping me decide was the nicest and the bubbliest person that I have ever met. She was helpful without being overly pushy. You could just tell that she loved her job. It was very good to see. =) She let me try almost all the gelati and the sorbetti flavors that she had available before I had to make my decision. I’m sorry that I did not catch her name. (⁵⁄₅ for service)
Ambiance.. .it was your normal store. It was not overly cute nor was it very stuffy.. .it was just not that memorable. But they did have some board games laying around if you wanted to play with them. (2.5÷5)
The flavors were not that mind blowing. They were decent but you could tell that some of the gelato/​sorbetti were made from a mix. Which is not that surprising if you think about it seeing as how I doubt that they have a trained pastry chef making the mixes for them. They were decent.. .but not that mind blowing. (2.5÷5)
If I was craving gelato and they happened to be right around the corner.. .I probably would return but would I drive all the way to Spring Moutain for them.. .probably not.

Upon entering the establishment, there is a flurry of colors from the walls to the register.
Service: Excellent!
Upon asking for what flavor was the most popular, I was informed that the said flavor was not available at the time. I thought, not a big deal, I’ll just take a look at the others flavors to see what else they have. (I should not have been surprised that the most popular flavor was gone, now that I think about it).
I asked to get a single scoop of the Green Tea gelato. The server insisted that I try a sample for my first taste, which I thought was a good call. It tasted great!
Food: Up to par, NSA
One scoop of gelato comes with a single biscuit on top, which is slightly sweet and delectable. The green tea gelato tasted just like green tea but in gelato form.
Overall: Success!
I will totally come back here for some gelato.

A must go to place if you love gelato!!! Gelato of course is amazing, service is exceptional!!! My gf and I was greeted with a hello and a smile when we entered!!! The lady helping us was more then helpful in explaining the flavors and letting us sample many flavors. Best part they are open till 1am, gonna be our new go to spot after work!!!

This gelato bar is delicious. I ordered a smoothie which you can mix with two flavor. I got, taro and avocado, it sounds strange but it is well blended. Has many variety of desserts. Workers here are very nice, good customer service. Cool place to chill at, they have board games!

Nom nom, gelato bar’s sorbet and gelato make my stomach happy.
Their gelato and sorbets are made all in house and they’re open til 1am! Score. I typically go for sorbets but their gelato (custard and marshmallow) is pretty darn good. They rotate their flavors so don’t expect the same flavors. If you’re looking for a store favorite, get the biscotti gelato. Those that like the tart kick in the mouth, get the grapefruit or lemon.
The customer service here is 2 thumbs up. Don’t be shy to ask for a sample. They’ll give you one (or many) with a smile.
Oh yea, their scoops are huge… You can share 2 scoops with another person. 1 flavor per scoop. I don’t think their the cracker/​cookie they give on the side really adds any benefit to the ice cream though. Maybe if they swapped it out for a wafer instead.

We love this place! We love to hang out here to eat some awesome gelato and play uno for hours! Lol I did try the crêpe with Nutella, strawberry, bananas, and hazelnut gelato recently and it was great! Whenever we come here it’s usually girls working and they’re super nice and friendly! They always encourage you to try new flavors and give suggestions. My all time favorite here is the hazelnut ice cream and second to that is the salted caramel! Those two flavors are a must try! They’re sooo good! They also have desserts, my husband likes the cheesecake. They have all sorts of table games so it’s a really fun place to have dessert with friends: D

We had dinner at a place a few doors down that didn’t have dessert so, we ended up here. $ 4 for a scoop of gelato. The scoop is huge though. Probably the equivalent of 2 scoops in most gelatarias. They have sorbet, gelato, boba milk tea, coffee, macarons and some other baked treats. The shop was bright and have booths so you can sit down and enjoy your sweets.
They have flavors like strawberry, green apple, watermelon, biscotti, Oreos, coffee, pistachio, hazelnut, Amaretto… but no chocolate. The girl working there said they make their own gelato everyday. I wish they were more creative with the flavors then. The quality is comparable to the places on The Strip.
