Wonderful professional and customer service. He did a great job cleaning our windows. Then it rained. I contacted Kevin to let him know we did get rain at our house and a few windows needed to be redone. I was impressed how quickly he got us on his schedule. Once again, excellent service and very courteous.

I just hired G&S Window Cleaners today for my residential home. Kevin (owner) and his crew are top-​notch, friendly, efficient and professional.
They cleaned over 60-​windows (front/​back) as well as every screen in about 3-​hours. It even started raining halfway in to the job, but Kevin was prompt in reminding me of their «rain» guarantee.
Kevin was very personable and I was happy to have met him, and would most assuredly recommend his services to anyone and everyone looking for a brighter home through clean windows.

There are several major points to cover here. We’ve been struggling to find a window cleaner that we were happy with. I’m happy to report that we’ve found him in G & S Window Cleaning
1. Communications. Kevin is responsive — we heard back from him very promptly. Discussed what we needed and made an appointment for an interview. — Which he confirmed by text message.
2. Prompt and on time. Showed up promptly for the estimate. Gave us several quotes for Full clean, Inside only, Outside only, mirrors, etc. We accepted his quote and set up a date.
3. Kevin arrived on time with a helper. They worked, taking special care to clean not just the glass but also vacuum and clean the tracks (a slight additional charge which he quoted to us in advance.) Did all mirrors and shower doors.
4. Wore Booties without us asking, were clean and neat in both their personal appearance and with their truck and all equipment.
5. Pointed out problems — a cracked window, an insulated window where the seal was failing, and a window where the glass had been burned by a welder putting in a wrought iron railing. We’ll have those replaced.
6. When cleaning inside, he closed all the shades, so that when they cleaedg outside they were not peeking into occupied rooms. I thought that was a nice touch and appreciate the privacy.
7. A big job, but he finished in the alloted time and texted me his invoice.
8. An HONEST MAN! When I paid him I gave him a tip, but also overpaid him by mistake. He took the money and we chatted for a few minutes. When he got home, he discovered my mistake, called me and offered to drive back with the extra money. We worked out a credit for next time, but his honesty really means a lot to me.
We will definitely use him again. This guy is a winner. And his assistant is, s too!

They arrived on time, did a wonderful job and even rolled up a hose my kids left out in the back yard. Everything was explained in detail before the work began with a thorough estimate provided. Will use them again.

I can’t express just how professional this company is! It’s actually kind of hard to find window cleaners that are reputable and don’t creep you out at the thought of them coming into your home. Kevin however, is the man! Not only did he clean our windows and screens SPOTLESS, he even pointed out some damage to our screens and repaired them on the spot. He obviously takes pride in his business and they EARN every cent they charge. You can’t really ask for more than that. I recommend this company to ANYONE requiring their services. A++

Great quality work and awesome value. I had 40 windows in my 2 story home. Lots of hard to reach windows. I tried cleaning the windows myself, so I know how much work really goes into window cleaning. It is amazing what a difference this makes in my home. Kevin is professional all the way! I HATE when people wear their shoes into my house. I was so glad he used booties and I didn’t even have to ask. My job took 2 days, Kevin wouldn’t take my check until the second day when he completed the job and I was satisfied with the work. Very honest, hardworking guy. My windows look amazing and I feel the charge was more than reasonable for the work required. Can’t go wrong with this one!!! And remember for for every one good review, there are probably about 10 other people who were happy and just didn’t take the time to write a review.

I had G&S clean the very filthy windows on my house a few weeks ago. The service was excellent and prices were very fair. The two guys that did the work were clean-​cut and friendly. The windows look great — for now. I’ll need G&S again in a month or two I’m sure. Highly recommend!
