Fossil Store

My husband loves watches, and it was time to add to his collection. We had seen some online, but really wanted to check out what they had at the store. Of course we had no clue where the store was located, other than it was P-​148. Okay? Sure. We found a map, and realized that we were fairly close. It is located to the east of Gameworks (closer to LV Blvd), on the first level and in the very center of Town Square West (blue on the map). Directly across from Fossil is the Skechers store. When we walked inside the store, we were surprised at how nice it looked. There was a lot of merchandise, but not overwhelming at all. It was very comfortable. I must not get out to the store very often, because I had no idea that Fossil also sold purses, sunglasses, wallets and bracelets.
My husband and I were looking at the men’s watches for a few minutes, and the man working behind the counter could not be bothered with us. He did greet us as we came through the door, but that was the end of it. The watches were behind locked glass, so I had to approach him to help us. Once my husband chose a watch to purchase, the employee stepped it up and was more helpful.
The process was very nice, as we were able to choose a tin in which to place the watch. The receipt was folded very nicely and placed inside of a small paper holder. Everything was given to us in a very nice shopping bag. Okay, so I was happy about the bag. Please don’t laugh too hard. The presentation was nice, and it made us both feel good about the purchase. Some may not like Fossil watches, as they tend to be a bit persnickety. They have a great look to them, and are affordable.
My favorite part was that the watch was set to the correct time and date, without being asked. Nice touch.

I called the store to put a wallet on hold. When I got there after work I guess it wasn’t really in stock in the color I wanted. Ruth was awesome and called a couple of stores in town trying to find the color I wanted. While she was on the phone Tony showed me the new smart watches, which were really cool! Great customer service, I will be back!

Was actually on a mission to shop for a new watch. Sadly, the older woman with short brown hair made me want to vomit within seconds of entering.
Having seen a few styles online I came in to check them out. Immediately upon entering & courteous Hello’s, this woman begins stalking me. No joke. She was all in my personal space & would not leave me alone. I couldn’t breathe. I answered her first question with, I am just looking. She apparently thought that was an invitation to continue to invade my space & annoy me by telling me how great Fossil was AFTER I told her I was too familiar with the brand & owned several watches. When she asked if I wanted a leather or link watch I had to point blank tell her to leave me alone, at which point she finally got a clue and did…
After allowing me to breathe for a few minutes she yells at me from behind wanting to know if she could show me anything. As I was about to say yes, I quickly decided against it. Had I, it would have turned into something I didn’t want to deal with: high pressure sales by an annoying, fake, woman.
I’d had enough of her & her annoying ways & headed towards the door. When she realized I was leaving she turned away from me & had a nasty look on her face. I exited & said thank you. She never acknowledged my departure, never said you’re welcome. Just rude & annoying which tells me she is more concerned with a sales quota than ensuring the customer has a pleasant experience. Had she been nice & not a twat I would have bought 2 watches right then. Oh well… Fossil may make Michael Kors watches, but I think I’ll give him my money instead.

I came here because of a problem with a piece of jewelry and they replaced it, no questions asked. They have the best warranty policy, just save your receipt! This store is always clean and the employees were very helpful finding me the right gift while i was here. They gave great advice and were extremely helpful. Ruth was the associate who helped me.

I love Fossil for their watches. I love Fossil for their bags. I love Fossil for their wallets. I have even started to love Fossil for items I didn’t know they made.
For a long time, I had no idea that they made clothes. A few times into their actual store and I find that I like their denim and chambray shirts. When they do discounts, the price is not bad. Scavenging through the clearance is a must because there tends to be some hidden gems within the organized racks.
Back to their accessories. The quality of their product is impeccable. I have moved pass their watches, but the design of their bags and wallets are my new obsession. I am normally not hung up on leather goods, but the soft and distressed leather items are gorgeous. I just wait for their 40% off sales because they are not cheap.
The staff are always personable and readily available. There are so many of them and a quick lap has you running into four or five friendly faces.

Came in here on a Saturday night (1÷21÷12). Customer service was great! My husband and I were in there for over a half hour and even though the traffic was slow that night the 2 salesperson on duty that night were very personable!!! They didn’t appear fake nor were they hustling! LOL I made only 2 small purchases but would gladly come back here again! (very different from the Sanrio store we had just left where the super fem & bitchy staff were gossiping about other staff & making their Saturday night plans).
