In the words of my husband «the best cut he’s had in years». Coming from the East Coast (NY) its so hard to find a good Barber in Las Vegas. Alejandro has the right idea when it comes to service and maintaining repeat business plus referrals (True New Jersian)! 5 star services and at a great price point. $ 35 for a cut add a few bucks more and for $ 40 for a cut and wash not too shabby to get what you want in my opinion. Throw in the executive shave for complete pampering. This was an early Fathers Day gift for my husband and he enjoyed every minute. Ray took good care of him and before even starting he asked my husband what he wanted. As simple as that sounds you would be surprised how many barbers fail to ask, they just assume or they may ask but fail to deliver. From start to finish we were comfortable. The ambiance of the shop has that masculine feel but not super over the top. Dark woods and cool music surrounded but some product was a nice touch, they even offer pedicures and tayloring for added service. Nice job Alejandro! The place is clean and in a great location. I cannot say enough about this place except for make sure to check it out. As a former small business owner I urge you to support this place. We need more local places like this. My husband cannot wait to come back. Lastly Fino is offering for first time customers to try their services out a $ 25 coupon for $ 40 worth of services through Unilocal. I haven’t been to a barbershop in Vegas in over a year for a few reasons: I hate the long waits (even with appointments) the akward/​uncomfortable conversations and lastly I’ve been fortunate enough to have a barber whose also a friend come over to my place to cut my hair, doesn’t get much better than that. However, unfortunately he’s been busy with his actual job, that finding time in both of our schedules to cut has been hectic and my hair has been getting out of control! This predicament led me to Unilocal.today. Feeling a little uneasy about it, I booked an appointment and bought the Unilocal deal for another barbershop (I won’t mention) and right afterwards I came across the reviews and website for FINO. After some research and reading all the reviews, I cancelled the other appointment and had to check this place out for myself. It was a little farther but definitely well worth the drive. Online booking even for same day was easy. I came a little early because I was unsure of how long it would take, and I was offered a beverage upon checking in. My barber was Juan and right off the bat he was real easy going, welcoming and actually grateful that I stopped by– if that’s not true hospitality/​customer service, then I don’t know what is! During the cut he was real easy to converse with and before I knew it, my cut was finished and it looked how I described it to him. Alejandro at the front desk was also really down to earth and I mentioned how this place is exactly how a real gentleman’s barbershop should be like; I would not hesitate to pay a few extra bucks or drive the extra miles to come back again. I’ve always disliked barbershops because of how uncomfortable most of them can be or even the long waits can be but in my opinion this shop puts all of those other guys out of their league… hands down! (And I have been to PLENTY of shops in California and in Vegas).
Even if it is just a one time visit to pamper yourself, or an ongoing thing, I would definitely recommend coming here; whether you’re a local or just visiting, these guys (and gals) definitely have it figured out!

First of all, when I went in for my appointment they were 20 minutes behind schedule. Stuff happens, I’m not an unreasonable person. They apologized profusely, were very polite, and soon enough my appointment began.
About halfway into my haircut I was already impressed with the quality work he was doing, listening to what I wanted, very quick, and very thorough. At was at that point I was already very confident I was going to give a 5 star review.
At the end I was very impressed with the work he did (my hair is very bulky and curly, it’s difficult for most people to cut it as it lays pretty funky) and was already planning in my mind the review I was going to give — I saw it fitting seeing as I found this place via checking out Unilocal.As I go to pay for my haircut, the manager (or whoever was at the desk) told me once again he was sorry for the wait (I wasn’t really that concerned about the wait anyway), however he told me the haircut was free of charge!
My only regret is I wont be able to give them more business seeing as I don’t live here, but I highly recommend Fino’s for Men!

My boyfriend started coming here a few months ago and now it’s the only place he’ll go for a haircut. The shop itself is nice and inviting with a lot of comfortable chairs in the waiting area for me. He sees David and loves his cut every time. David does a great job making sure his hair is exactly as he wants it every time. And the owner (I think his name is Alejandro) is incredibly nice and always wants to make sure people are taken care of! Would definitely recommend Fino to any guys in need of a cut and David specifically as the barber of choice.

Hands down THE best Barber in town! Alejandro makes sure your taken care of and quick response on everything the establishment is by far the best in Vegas! Would easily pau double what they charge! If your looking for a stylists Cat is amazing she walked me through step by step to really explain what she was doing and what I need to do with my hair even down to the shampoos and conditioners!

After my first visit, not satisfied at all. Very disappointed in the cut… Very nice barber but hate to say it, not a good cut.
I’ll give them another shot, I’ll change my review if it’s a lot better the second time.

He was very skeptical about anyone touching his beard. He would fight me and tell me no one could do it… I finally had enough and said, «I’m going to look for a professional.» And I found a few… some VERY expensive! Why! Why can’t I just get this man the proper beard cut/​care he deserves at a reasonable price! So I found FINO! I called and they called me back to set up an appointment. Dude on phone was so helpful, I wasn’t sure to book with a stylist or barber (I went with a barber, RAY) he explained it to me!
When we arrived we were welcomed and offered drinks (water, ice cold beer). Whoa. That right there made my king feel less nervous.
When Ray took him back, he went ahead and showed me how short he was going to go on the beard and style, making sure I, would be happy with it. Lol! Me! I felt like a part of the experience!
He came out SO happy with it. And me? My cheeks hurt from smiling so much! He looks so handsome!
Now he’s planning on grooming with FINO once a month! Keep him dapper!

This place is excellent. Very good at what they do and very professional. It was exactly the kind of place I was looking for.

I found Fino on Unilocal and they did not disappoint. I came in and needed some help and Ray hooked it up. Immediately booked an appointment for cleanup in a week. Don’t hesitate to hit these guy’s up! Everyone was friendly and accommodating.

Went in for my first ever straight razor cut and beard trim. To say the least, I won’t be back… nose got sliced, hair half as high up as I would like and left with hair all over me and paying 25 $ more then I was told… master barber my foot! And the «free» Unilocal checkin mug has pits all over it, zero stars should be possible choice

Can’t be anymore happier with FINOS !! Alejandro is a great guy and extremely welcoming! Was extremely happy for the fact wen I walked in he knew my name !! N asked if I wanted anything to drink ! A+ … Now to my barber DANNY !!! he worked with me on what I wanted he actually took the time to hear me out and I let him do what he thought was good for me. Danny is extremely talented !! I FINALLY found my place to go !! There’s no other place like FINOS ! And trust me I have looked around a lot and this place is amazing ! I would recommend this place to anybody !

Unilocalers — If you are skeptical about cost based on reading the other reviews, just keep in mind that a shampoo, cut, and quality style by a stylist who knows what he is doing is worth its weight in gold in this town. I’ll pay $ 40 every few weeks no questions asked for a shampoo, signature cut, and exactly the style I was shooting for.
I can guarantee you wouldn’t get this kind of service and friendly staff with the quality anywhere else in town.

I moved to Vegas a year ago and have tried three different places, each one several times for my haircut and beard trim. FINO is definitely several cuts above the rest. So I’ve been going to FINO exclusively for a few months now and I’ll keep going back indefinitely.
FINO has a high end feel but at the same time isn’t stuffy. Service is great, customers are put first. The owner, Alejandro, is usually at the front desk when I arrive and is always hospitable, so is everyone else on staff that I’ve interacted with. I always book my appointments with Danny Aleman master barber, the man has skills. Always a perfect fade. He listens closely to what I want and the results have been exactly what I asked for every time. He’s also a pleasant person to chat with in general.
I haven’t taken advantage of other services offered at FINO, hand & foot detailing or tailoring, but I probably will in the future.

I’ve been coming to this place since February and I finally have the time to write a review.
First things first. The overall look of the place is nothing I’ve ever seen before. When I walk in, I’m promptly greeted by the receptionist asking if I’d like something to drink. While I’m waiting for my appointment, the waiting area has a variety of updated magazines, TVs to watch, and a selection of hair and grooming products to check out. The vibe they put out really makes you feel relaxed.
I’ve read multiple reviews prior to my first visit and I decided to give Cat a try. And boy, she did not disappoint! From the get-​go, she was very friendly and understanding about how I wanted my hair to look. Normally, when I’m at a typical Barber shop. My back is towards the mirror and I wouldn’t know what I looked like till the very end. With her, she showed me what she was going to do and painted a picture of the outcome. Cat took her time to make sure I was satisfied with my hair. Ever since I’ve been going to Cat, I’ve had different phases of hairstyles. From the «manbun» (which my girlfriend hated), to the undercut/​slick back look, and now the notorious combover! Between the hairstyles were the awkward growing out phase. She gave me reassurance and asked me to trust her and I’m glad I did. Every time I walk out the door I am a satisfied customer. I gain a sort of confidence only a fresh cut can accomplish.
If you’re out there looking for a new hair stylist/​barber. Look no further. Fino for Men is where it’s at!!! 5+ stars

What a great place full of great people. I was in need of someone with some more experience with hair and took advantage of the promotion they were running through Unilocal.
I have been coming back ever since and love the environment there.

Such an amazing haircut, great service, and they made me feel like a million bucks! I’ve never had a legit haircut like this, and they were helpful with giving me a new look that will help me appear both professional and attractive to my wife. A perfect balance of modernity and classy.

Excellent customer service from the moment we walked in the door to the service itself! Alejandro warmly greeted my boyfriend and I upon walking in the door. He asked if he could get us anything to drink and let us know Danny would be right out. My boyfriend got a Heineken and I got a coffee. nice way to start out! The coffee was yummy by the way.

When I initially called, no one had answered, but Alejandro (the owner), actually called me back to see what I needed. I get off work around 530/​6pm, and he did his best to work around my schedule.
I got my hair cut by Roxy my first time. I moved to Vegas about 6 months ago and I’ve been having a hard time finding a barber, but I think I’ve found one. She really takes her time to work with you and see what you want, and continues to talk to you along the way so you know what shes thinking, why she’s doing it, and by the end of my cut, I was thoroughly impressed and happy with my hair cut. She is personable and easy to talk to as well. I definitely recommend her if anyone needs a haircut!
As a new customer, you can buy a 25 $ voucher for 40 $ on Unilocal,and you definitely should because that is a STEAL. Coming from Los Angeles, I used to get haircuts for 6 dollars, and I grew up never thinking I’d never pay anything more than 20 for a haircut (after tip). However, Seeing the quality of these haircuts, I think that the price is worth the cut.
