I concur with the majority of the one star reviews here. The selection of shows leaves a lot to be desired. Their website is not optimized for mobile use and is garish and unprofessional. Yet, there is value in a service like this and I don’t think they’re overpriced; just not nearly as well organized or resourced as their competitors (e.g. Houseseats).
So while the lack of variety in entertainment and rubbish interface contribute to my one star rating, the primary reason I give them the worst score I can is all to do with service. Recently I contacted them via email due to an issue I had with purchasing a gift membership. I expected a reply that included a greeting, an apology/​acceptance of responsibility for the issue, steps taken to resolve the issue and follow up contact details. You know, basic customer service stuff. All lacking. In fact, there was smug, condescending, accusatory rhetoric in its place. Beyond disappointing. Consequently, the gift membership I was going to purchase went to houseseats instead.
So if the lack of shows isn’t enough to turn you off fillaseat, make it the customer service (or distinct lack thereof) that does it for you. Go to houseseats.

+ Fillaseat (FaS) is still perfectly worth it for the big ticket, major events they continue to feature several times a year. The price of membership is eclipsed several times over by one of these big events alone: 600 $, 800 $ per ticket face value.
+ Still enough offerings to easily attend fifty shows (or a show per week) through FaS alone; however, I have decreased to thirty per year average in the past couple of annual membership periods.

Let me be clear: I am a FaS member and will remain so until they go out of business or they boot me off, whichever comes first. It is still a solid source for tickets to show for locals at a dirt cheap cost when taking into account how much tickets retail for and how many one can acquire (four per day for three hundred and sixty five days [sixty six during leap years]).
Some people expect Coachella weekend one passes to be up available on FaS at all times to be reserved at anyone’s leisure. Get real. Pro Tip: become friends with the Kardashians/​Jenners/​Wests or Danny-​fucking-​DeVito if that is what you expect.
Pro Tip: comedy is good for the soul. Try to laugh a lil’ sometimes.

Do not waste your money! I purchased a one year subscription almost a year ago and have yet to see a show. I work locally in entertainment & enjoy seeing other shows offered in this great city. However, the selection is so pathetic it is not worth my time going to see any of them. What a complete waste of money. I’d love a refund, because I feel completely ripped off. I have been a member of HOUS​ESEATS​.COM for years & they offer a much better selection at a very decent price.

I got my membership on Groupon for a year. We’ve already seen 3 shows and none have been comedy yet. I use website and mobile both. We saw Beatles Tribute, Superstars on Stage and Spirit of the King. This is a great way to save money on tickets and see some great shows. I check every day. One annual membership fee, 2 tickets and entrance to a lot of entertainment. This is a great way to enjoy Las Vegas as a Local!

I love fillaseat but having difficulty with mobile app cannot get cities to download so I cant use mobile app. check with phone carrier and apple problem on fillaseat side. fillaseat advised to use website but why have a mobile app if we cant use it. also i dont carry my pc around with me. renew my membership and now can’t login on website have contact them many times no response.

I gave it a 5 stars. Had the membership for over 4 months and saw about 20 shows so far. Don’t expect to pay $ 89/​year so you can see top shows like Celine Dion or Cirque du soleil. Among 20 shows I’ve seen so far, I would say half of them is mediocre. But the other half including sport, comedy, music events is pretty awesome. I am not an easy to please kind of audience but even if you can just see one or two shows you really like, your money is well spent already. I don’t recommend buying membership for kids though.

Do not waste your money or time. Bought the 4 ticket deal almost a year ago and have yet to find any show worth going to and the ones that are half interesting are always SOLD OUT! Totally not worth it unless you want to see a show that is not worthy of being a Vegas highlight.

The Real Skinny —- I don’t think it’s fair to blame FillASeat for the quality of the shows or seats offered. Part of the blame rests with the Casinos. They have gotten so greedy for money now they even shaft the locals who gamble their paychecks and savings in them. They do not want to give up any seats even though they have quite many left that go empty. A recent «B» show downtown, Sheena Easton had a few tickets which were gone in a few nano seconds online but there were empty seats in the theatre so what gives here. This past week Tracy Lawrence had a bunch of open seats also, so what’s the deal with these hotels. They want to charge for any and everything now. Forget the freebies. Las Vegas is about gouging patrons today. Long gone are the bargains, it’s see if the public will pay whatever we can get away with charging anymore. The rest of the offerings are mainly shows that need people anyway or the performers would be having little or no audience to play to. Honestly how many magic, comic. or burlesque shows do you need to see before you say forget it ugh. FillASeat may even be getting grants (free money) if they are listed as a non profit organization. The Erotic Heritage Museum on Dean Martin drive is one such organization classified as tax exempt. But then so is the NFL thanks to then Commissioner Pete Roselle getting it reinserted as a 501 © (6) in 1966. I’m not too sure how much effort is put into securing seats for locals since the casinos don’t want to be bothered with solicitations that don’t generate any revenue for them. So 90 bucks may not be a big deal to you but how many memberships are sold… Can you get a true accounting, in this town I doubt it. House Seats are the same way also 90.00 for a standard membership. Loyalty??? This is not in fashion anymore. Heck, Celine’s complete band was recently immediately dismissed without notice. Her main music director had been with her for almost 28yrs. the violinist 12 yrs, and they get a notice their services are no longer required. I doubt if she even had the courtesy to phone and thank them for their support over the years. What a world we live in today. Think about the big picture here. We might just be played for suckers in this game packaged as a «Bargain». I am most likely not getting what I am paying for under the disguise of a great deal and don’t plan to renew my membership.. Considering what I have received as free shows in the past. The good times are gone in this town for sure. The younger generation could not comprehend or imagine how it used to be here.

I just joined and am so disappointed. I haven’t seen any shows that look like they are worth the subscription rate. If I can find one good show during this subscription year I will be happy, otherwise, I’d recommend saving your money.

Update: The company responded the issue by refunding my membership. I am satisfied with the outcome.
Initial post: I signed up for a membership via a Living Social deal. Seems like a great deal, but the truth is that I can’t find any shows of interest that aren’t immediately sold out. The company does not notify members when new shows are added (and per my emails with them requesting this, notes no plans to do so), so the few shows that are of high quality are sold out before I have a chance to claim a ticket. Furthermore, my account was canceled after I asked for a refund (which their website policy states are not granted) without my asking them to do so. I have asked them to reinstate my account — if I can’t get my money back I might as well try to get some value from the outlay. hopefully, they will take action and reinstate. My advice: Save your money!

(Here is another review for Vegas) If you are expecting tickets to major productions such as O, KA, LaReve or any other show of this magnitude, then Fillaseat isn’t for you. I have been a member for almost 3 years now & couldn’t be happier with what they have to offer. I have seen comedians, hypnotists, impressionists, concerts, sporting events, etc… I have seen probably 50+ shows & have had only one problem when showing up where they did not have my reservations for whatever reason. But the venue worked it out & we were able to attend the event anyway. Here are a few names that I have seen thanks to Fillaseat: Gordie Brown, Andrew Dice Clay, Vince Neil, Quiet Riot, Warrant, Night Ranger, The Village People (Yep, that’s right!), Chris Young, Trace Adkins, Jonathan Clark, Anthony Cools, Marc Savard, Crazy Girls…& I know I am forgetting a bunch… but you get the picture. If you live in Vegas, it is worth checking out… especially when you have family & friends that come visit!

I wish I paid for this at a Groupon or Living Social price because this service was a waste of my money. The first day, I thought, «Oh cool! They actually have shows.» And then the second day, «Oh cool, they still have the shows that I wanted to see on here.» But then after a few days of saying that, you quickly realize that it’s the same damn shows again and again.
The one «cool» thing that they put on here that I got to go to was the football game from UNLV (in which they sorely lost by a landslide), and I’m thinking, if they were excited to give these kinds of tickets away, there was no chance I would get better tickets around the strip.
From their site, you get those cheap tickets that you can get a discount if you found the right coupon for them online. Half of the year into my membership, I decided to not login anymore thinking about how much I really don’t want to get disappointed anymore. After paying full price for this, I saw this on either Groupon or Living Social for a very cheap price, and I thought… «I know why.»
I also didn’t like how the site was unwelcomingly dark. Why is the whole site black with really unappealing webdesign bought in at the inception of the internet? There’s like cheap web designers out there that will quickly revamp this whole look to make it more appealing to others. Oh, but wait… There service again, wasn’t even all that great. It’s almost like… You tricked your boyfriend into getting with you, and he saw your whole package, and then he quickly wanted to breakup.
I’m a member of House Seats which has shows just like what Fillaseat offers with better webdesign, and new shows offered every week. While those new shows quickly run out, at least you had the opportunity to freaking see them!
I’m not going to give this place a one because I give them props for I guess, trying. Also, the combined total for the two shows, and one game that I saw exceeded the price that I paid for for Fillaseat, so I guess it was like I got my money back.

It’s a good deal if you just want to see a comedy show from time to time. They need to fill up on better events to keep customers in Dallas. When there was a decent play or show, it filled up quickly!
My experience was good though. You go online, hope for something interesting, sign up and go! Free with a friend!

Signed up for fill a seat off of a Groupon, had no idea what I was getting into. Great tickets so far, no headliners but went to comedy, cover bands, and a downtown show. Would definitely reccomend as worth the cost.

Thank goodness someone told the truth about Fillaseat. All they have posted on the site for Las Vegas is comedy shows. I don’t think they are even trying to get good shows, sporting events, and or concerts to attend. I’m kind of irritated and feel like I wasted my money. What a disappointment.
Heard other competitors is the better deal if you are shopping around. Unless you like tons of local comedians, Fillaseat may not be for you.

This review is strictly for the Las Vegas
network. It’s a great company with a lot of new shows and exciting venues to check out. It’s not that pricey and after a couple of shows you find that your membership is well worth it.
If you’re new to a city and want to check out some great shows and new venues this is a good investment.
