FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

This location is one of the worst FedEx offices I’ve ever been to. They are extremely slow at the counter as if there is no sense of urgency. They are very unknowledgeable in the office space and give attitude every time you ask for something. I show up to scan and email 38 pages of the contract and they tell me that I have to scan each individual page one by one using their personal computer area. You would think that in this day and age they would be using updated scanner/printer’s that have an email function. The kid behind the counter told me that he can scan it for me and email it to me but I would have to purchase a $ 12 Flash drive if I wanted to take it with me. On top of that, it was going to cost me $.38 per page to scan!
Stay clear of this Fedex if you can!

Went in today at 12:30 to send a payment that needed to arrive the next day. The woman who assisted me, although was the «Assistant Manager» lacked any courtesy and customer service. I don’t normally send letters through FedEx so naturally I was bit lost.
This assistant manager was so condescending, if I didn’t need to get my letter sent sooner I would have just walked away and gone to my USPS.
First I asked her how much it would cost to send over night. She asked, «Name?» So I gave my first name. She looked at me like I was some sort of idiot who couldn’t give her full name, mind you, she just asked, «Name», Not even a polite «Full name please?»
Then she asked about how much the contents of my package cost. So I replied with the amount the check was made out for. In a condescending fashion, she said, «The bank will reissue you a new check. What is the amount of the paper it’s printed on?» WTH? So if they lost my check, they will pay AT MOST $ 100 for a $ 7,700 cashier’s check? Is that how it works?
Whatever. I gave her the rest of the information she asked for. And you know, I feel bad that I responded with rudeness, it was just one of those days where I’m not willing to take the higher road and be kind to her.
Anyway, a man behind me asked for something, and she rudely replied she’ll help once she’s done helping me.
This location was just bad bad bad. I should’ve just went to USPS the first time around, at least I’ll get better treatment there than this place.
The whole time she worked she looked like she had a stick up her wazoo. Not even a smile. Nothing.
The only time I received even a hint of customer service was when she handed me the receipt and invited me to take a survey. She had the audacity to say, «At the bottom is a quick survey, you can tell them about how well I’m doing»
Seriously?
Future customers, BEWARE…

I went to this FedEx to send off a package, something I thought would be simple and the employees could easily help me with. I needed a box for what I was sending so I asked the employee how much it cost and they informed me they were having a special and it would be cheaper to just let them package it up for me. She said it would be 7 dollars for all the packaging so I decided to let them go ahead and do it. When ringing me up, the employee that was helping me was less than helpful and in a very bad mood! I honestly was scared to ask her the questions I needed to ask. She ended up charging me twice for packaging and didn’t thank me once for my business! Rude! I also ended up finding out that the bubble wrap they used cost extra so having them pack it for me ended up costing 14 dollars! I also asked where the tracking number was and the employee responded by saying it was on my receipt and I only have one receipt so to look at it. Such a terrible experience! Employees like that shouldn’t be working at FedEx, they should be working at a place where they don’t need to interact with anyone. Going here put me in a bad mood when it could have been a simple and pleasant experience.

Possibly the worst customer service experience I’ve had in many years. I went in to ship a dress I had sold on eBay with my prepaid label. On the website it stated that packaging was included with the expensive shipping choice I had made. At this location I was told that was not the case and that I would have to pay 10 dollars for a box and some tape. I decided to run over to Home Depot and purchase a box and some tape myself. I put the box together and taped on my shipping label and went back to drop it off. Upon seeing the box the manager punched my box and told me that it wasn’t strong enough because the tape separated from the box of it (this was a brand new cardboard box from Home Depot!). I told her I could reinforce the seal with some more tape but the box is plenty sturdy as the only content in the box was a dress. She proceeded to tell me she would not ship my already paid box unless they could stuff the box with paper and charge me 5 more dollars for it. This place is ridiculous. I wish I could say this was a one time experience though it wasn’t. This location has routinely tried to play this game to charge me more for regular shipments I make. FedEx has now lost me as a customer for darn sure.

Workers are okay. they scan the boxes, double checked my packages to make sure the labels are right or that they are not for usps or ups. They scan it or let me drop the packages on the right and scans them then prints me up a receipt for the packages scanned. I would still keep going there for the convenience and the service is satisfactory.

Employees at this location do not seem to be trained on even simple procedures. On March 21 I stopped by to send a Fed Ex letter. Servicing the person ahead of me in line was taking a very long time. Turns out, they couldn’t get the shipping label to print out. After the two Fed Ex employees were babbling back and forth trying to figure out the problem I turned around and left. The last thing I heard was one saying to the other «maybe the labels are in the printer backwards». Boy, that’s a confidence builder. Do you remember the tag line…“absolutely, positively overnight”? It’ll never happen if they can’t even get a label on a package.
An isolated incident? Hardly. About two months earlier I had been sent a prepaid Fed Ex label to ship something. I displayed the email announcing same that was on my phone. I was assured by the sender that any Fed Ex location would be able to pull up the info, produce a label and the package would be on its way. Wrong. After three employees spent about 5 minutes retrieving the prepaid label, this wandering brain trust managed to produce the label.

I wish I could give negative stars to this location. I interacted with one of the staff and the store manager, but both of them gave me wrong information and treated me like s***. I tried to explain my situation but the store manager kept interrupting me whenever I opened my mouth and didn’t give me any chance to say a word and told me to leave the store. I understand that a mistake can happen but I’m fine if the store manager whoever could follow-​up handle the mistake in a proper way. However, everything the store manager and her staff did was wrong. They were not only unprofessional but also insulting and offensive. I’d rather travel more distance for decent service. I would never, ever use this store.

This review is not about any. FedEx store here in LasVegas but I can’t find out how to post one for cross country service. I ordered some cologne from FragranceNet on Dec.11,2014. It has gone from New York to all over the US and I still do not have it as of Dec. 27,2014!!! I tracked this order and it not suppose to get here until the 30^th! This was only one small package and it has taken this long. Beware when you order something over the internet. Ask how they send it. I won’t be using FedEx in the future.

They gave me a quote on the phone that was more than 50% less than when we showed up to send it. MANAGER Lisa was less than helpfull.

Will only be scheduling pick ups if it means coming to this location. The older lady working there is so rude and not helpful at all.

I would rather walk my parcel to its destination than visit this location ever again. The woman I dealt with (Mary Jo) was horribly rude. She gave me the ultimatum of paying for an extra service that was NOT necessary or taking my box to USPS, which was already closed. If I didn’t have to get the box out that day, I would have kindly told her to shove her packing material up her external orifice responsible for defecation.
