The paint on my front walkway had been chipping for years. It was a bad combination of sun, water, and poor paint quality. Ignacio came out and wrote up a detailed estimate, and his crew was able to do the work in a very timely manner. Resurfacing is a multi-​step process that requires a few days in between, and they were able to work around my schedule. All surrounding rocks, shrubs, sprinklers, house and front door were all diligently masked off. (Concrete resurfacing is a messy process!). It would be easy to do a great job on concrete while destroying the rest of a yard in the process, but the guys were very meticulous in making sure this didn’t happen. Concrete now looks brand new. I get complements on it regularly. This is a very easy way to instantly improve curb appeal of your house with a minimal investment.

They removed all the existing kool decking and the stain on the driveway. They applied new kook decking and new stain for the driveway and patio. It went better then expected! I am very happy with the result and it looks better than I imagined. They were on time, communicated exactly what was going to take place next, when they were due to arrive next. It was very well executed. Everyone involved was professional and very conscientious of my property with their prep work. My friend and neighbor down the street will also be using them.

Ignacio Pulido from Expert Concrete Coatings was excellent. His crew was excellent. Took time to explain the entire procedure for repairing and recoating our patio. We contracted for cool coat to be done in 3 sections of patio and recolored water damaged stamped concrete areas of patio.
