These people have the worst mannerism and were so rude over the phone, I didn’t even bother coming here. My ex-​boyfriend bought a voucher from them and gave it to me. I decided to use the free oil change since my car was way over due. They were so short over the phone and told me to schedule an appointment another day. I called again and was told you they didn’t take appointments and it was on a first come, first serve basis. Make up your minds, people have lives and don’t have time to be give inaccurate information. You should also practice on your customer service skills. No one is going to trust their car with a shop who speaks in a douchebaggery tone. I took my car elsewhere and GLADLY paid for better customer service.

I would not recommend servicing your car here! They tried to charge me for service that was never performed!
Today, I went in for an oil change (brought my own oil and filter) and a radiator flush. As I sat in the waiting room, I was able to see my car being serviced. Here is what went wrong:
— The mechanic almost installed their own filter, if I had not spotted them and reminded them of my own filter and oil.
— They did not rotate my tires, they said they would with an oil change.
— Biggest problem, I saw that the mechanic only topped off my radiator, he did NOT drain nor flush my old coolant out. I had to argue with the manager about this. Even though I saw it with my own eyes. I wonder how many people they have scammed.
