Exclusive Vip Limos

I used this company for an airport pickup recently on a business trip to Vegas and I have to say I was impressed with their professionalism. When we arrived to the baggage terminal, our chauffeur was waiting with a name tag greeting and assisted us with our luggage to the vehicle.
We were picked up in a fairly new black Cadillac Escalade SUV, which we all were pleasantly surprised by. On our way to the hotel, we requested that the driver make a couple stops, including In-​N-​Out burger which took at least 20 minutes. Overall very impressed with this service.

This is a scam! My best man set this up for my bachelor party. They get your money up front then do not deliver any of the things they promised. The driver will pick you up then have no clue where he is taking you. Then when you finally get to the night club, that they promised your name would be on the list, go figure it wasn’t. Oh and dont forget about the free bottle of vodka we were supposed to get, the driver had no idea about this either and as an apology gave us a bottle of champagne. We should have known something was up when the driver asked for Steve and there was nobody in the party by that name. I know a lot of this sounds like it was the drivers fault but I think it was really Buddy’s fault he was the one suppose to set all of this up. So if you call them and he answers hang up right away. You have been warned!

Absolutely horrible and unprofessional business. They deserve a minus star. It was to be a highlight for our wedding yesterday. 18 guests from all over the United States flew in to share the occasion with us. Exclusive VIP called two days prior and confirmed the reservation of an 18-​passenger limo for two hours. Our wedding was scheduled for 3:30, a few miles from the Las Vegas Paris. Pick up time was 2:45. Ample time for the short drive. 18 friends and family stood around until 3:00 waiting. I finally called VIP. The manager said they didn’t know what happened and would call me back right away. He never called back. 3:15, group really sweating now. Called back VIP and was told it was in route. 3:30 I called them again, this time it went to a full voice mail box. By 3:45, we all got into taxi cabs. VIP never showed and wouldn’t answer the phone the rest of the day. I can’t say enough about how horrible they treated us. DO NOT USE. Don’t let a limo service coordinator «viplimoslv​.com» stick you with this limo service.

I was just in Vegas for a wedding and we ran into this limo and driver after club hoping and he gave us a fair rate and we were off. The Excursion LOONNGG limo was tight. Clean nice music and the driver «D»
was so professional. The next night we were needing a ride and called him again and BAM he was there.
So I would say USE this company and ask for «D» to drive you (he was a cutie also).

I reserved the Party Bus for my wedding in the Valley of Fire, since it was about an hour drive, I thought it’d be a fun way to get to the site. Unfortunately the limo was probably the low point of the entire day. First they tried the bait and switch on me. I was quoted one price about a month before the event. I never got a call about the reservation, so I called a few days prior to make sure everything was ok. They denied that they had ever quoted the original price and said it’d cost $ 300 more. I had to go back and forth finally forwarding the original email back to them to get the promised price. I should have changed companies right there, but it was last minute and I didn’t want to deal with it.
The day of the ceremony I received a call that the vehicle I reserved (party bus) was not available. I understand there were maintenance problems on the bus, but I was not informed of this until literally minutes before pickup. I made the reservation for 24 people since I planned on leaving the ceremony with just my wife in a separate limo. Because the F-​650 was smaller, we had to change that plan and take additional people back with us. The truck barely held the 18 people that rode in it and there is no way it could hold the advertised 24. Maybe they used the cast from «Little People, Big World» to get that number, but definitely not normal-​sized people. Also the air conditioning was barely working, making the hour-​long drive miserable. Temperatures in the back were about 85 – 90 degrees and several people were getting motion-​sickness from the hot-​stuffy conditions. It actually felt better outside in the 110-​degree heat of the Valley of Fire than in the limo.
Vehicle problems aside the driver was over 30 minutes late. We were working on a fairly tight schedule and a half-​hour delay was a pretty big deal. This put everyone else off schedule and the minister had to leave immediately after the ceremony. Also, despite mentioning several times in the weeks prior that the plan was to drive to the Seven Sisters in Valley of Fire, the driver had no idea. He asked where we were going upon pickup. When I told him the Seven Sisters in the Valley of Fire, he asked if I had an address for it. I told him no and he said he’d figure it out. I figured this meant he’d call dispatch or a friend and ask how to get there, but he actually opened the divider and turned around to ask some of the guests once we were in the park. We are obviously not from Vegas. We don’t know the where things are locally. We trust the driver to know this stuff and I was very apprehensive when he had no clue. Luckily there were signs, so we found the place.
Last and least, I was not given the package I was promised. The original quote offered the «Red Carpet Wedding Package» with a bottle of Vodka and red-​carpet included. What we ended up getting was a bottle of cheap champagne and a about a dozen bottles of water and Miller-​Lite, for which the driver asked me to pay extra. If I had exact change I would have given it to him, just so that I wouldn’t give the impression of being satisfied with his actions. As it was I gave an even $ 800 over the quoted $ 720 (supposedly gratuity included) just to avoid dealing with the situation minutes after getting married.
I contacted the company a few days after the fact to let them respond to my complaints. They never called me back. If you’re looking for this kind of limo, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
