I’ve been here multiple times, even bring my kid with me sometimes, every other time I’ve been here excluding today has been awesome, they’ve done an amazing job and I would recommend this place to anyone and give it 5 stars. Today however is a different story, see those beautiful eyebrows in my profile picture? Gone! Gone! They’re gone! If I could give negative stars I would. I walked out looking like someone drew on my eyebrows with a blonde sharpie they’re so thin you can’t even see them. She literally took off half my eyebrow when I specifically told her I had a wax mishap 2 years ago and the girl took half my eyebrows off. She told me how mad she would be and how her eyebrows mean everything to her. It’s taken me over 2 years to get those nice brows in my photo. I’m so angry! And they think that not charging me the $ 18 just makes it okay? Absolutely not! If you’d like to know the name of this terrible ‘waxer’ please let me know and I’ll message you.

The place is very clean and organized. The parking can be a little hectic on busy shopping days. The ability to make appointments online or on the EWC app is awesome. (Although you can’t cancel or modify your appointment without calling the location.)
The aestheticians that I have worked with (about 6 of them) over the past 6 months have been professional and listen to what I wanted. I am very simple– upper lip and sometimes eyebrows. No real way to mess up the mustache, but my eyebrows are precious since they don’t grow as quickly now that I am in my 40s. I get a little worried because the gals that work there have such a varied eyebrow look-​from really thick and dark, to thin and penciled in– I make sure to let them know to only clean up the strays and not to take off a lot of hairs. They have been good at doing what I ask.
I am in and out within 5 mins. They have engaged in small talk which is nice to distract from the discomfort.
My gripe is with the front desk. They are so cold, and uninviting, and just rude. When you are checking in or out and another customer comes in or calls– they will abruptly stop working with you and address the other customer without asking you to «wait one minute» or «can you hold please?» They just stop talking to you even if you are in mid sentence. They are pushy with products sales and the wax packages that it leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
I will continue to come back for my monthly visits, but I won’t expect any warm and fuzzy treatment from the front desk staff.

I’ve been in 3 times now and my husband as well, to have our brows done by Allie. I live all the way over on the Eastside of town, in fact you can not get anymore East then where I live. There are probably 100’s of places I could go between here and Durango to have my waxing done, but I choose to drive the 30 minutes across town to Allie. Not only does she do an exceptional job waxing and shaping my eyebrows, but she also answers any questions I have whilst explaining the process and the technique she uses. I find her professional, helpful, kind, friendly, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable in all she does. Her main concern is your happiness and satisfaction, she will ask me questions on the shape I’d like and then she will double check and triple check to make sure I’m happy with the look of my brows. Allie will forever be the only Aesthetician I’ll go to.
The European Wax Center has a very welcoming vibe and the employees always greet you with a friendly hello! Their emphasis on hygiene is refreshing and you’ll always find the center in immaculate condition.

I see Shasta every three weeks. She is AWESOME and she’s the reason I keep coming back. This location is very clean and the front desk staff is great. They get a clean stick every time they dip, and Shasta always lets me look over my waxing with a mirror and make sure it’s nice and clean before she lets me go. Love this place and I would highly recommend it if you’re looking for a wax!

I’ve been coming to this location for about a year and a half, and have most recently seen Nicole. She’s so thorough and so gentle. She’s also incredibly easy to feel comfortable around, our conversations are always great!
I’d tried waxing at other places, and EWC is what got my hooked on going regularly and just generally taking better care of my skin.

I’ve been going to European Wax Center for over a year now. Every time I’ve strayed I have always regretted it. They really do offer a much less painful waxing experience. I always go with Allie. She’s very attentive to detail and always makes my eyebrows look great. She’s so good that I followed her to this new location despite the over 30 minutes of driving it takes for me to get there!

Allie is AMAZING. Truly amazing! I recently moved and had to visit a new location. I had become very comfortable with my gal back home and was not looking forward to getting acclimated to a new waxer. The first time I came to this location it was ok, but I wasn’t really comfortable with my waxer or the results. I decided not to return, but my old waxer back home talked me into trying it again (to shop around until I found someone I liked)… And I’m so glad I came back. I was instantly comfortable with Allie. She’s very attentive, and her goal was clearly to make me as comfortable as possible. Second times the charm because Allie was truly amazing. I’m so happy with her and her results… thank you so much Allie!!!

Well the girl who specializes here in eyebrow waxing sure doesn’t do eyebrows well. She made me eyebrows enemies not sisters. It’s going to take atleast 3 months for my eyebrows to grow back an be normal looking. And they charge 20 $ for there eyebrow waxing, which is horrible.

I booked an appointment with Yakira for a Brazilian, arm pits, eyebrows, and lower arms and it was truly a great experience. I was scared to death because I wasn’t sure of my pain tolerance and I’m a little conservative, but she made me feel very comfortable and explained everything thoroughly. I am going back in 4 weeks to see her for another Brazilian because I loved the results! Ask for her, you won’t regret it!

Stopped in to have my eyebrows cleaned up. I was told that Kiley would be helping me. All I have to say is she is GREAT, very professional and very warm and personable. I was really impressed at how painless it was and how quickly I was in and out of there.

I’ve been here three times and each time the staff has been very professional and has done a decent job waxing my eyebrows. They’re typically able to get me in for waxing within thirty to sixty minutes of calling for an appointment. I will say that they are a bit pricey and can be pushy when it comes to upselling services or trying to get you to buy one of their waxing packages, and that can definitely be annoying. All in all though, I’d recommend this place.

Clean, prompt and painless
This is the best experience I’ve ever had with waxing. This place is clean and sanitary. The waxing was quick and almost painless (it is still waxing, so there’s bound to be some discomfort). Christine is awesome! They also offer unlimited passes and prepaid discounts. You can mix & match too, get an unlimited pass for one body area and prepaid for another. They also sell an ingrown hair serum that actually works. I’m prone to ingrown hairs and when I use the serum, I don’t get any. I can’t say enough good things about European Wax Center.

I know it sounds crazy because waxing hurts, but I have NEVER had a more pleasant waxing experience than I have here. The receptionist are always so nice. Lorna is seriously amazing. She talks you thru everything she’s doing and is really personable.

Got my first Bazillian and Underarms since I’ve had my girls and boy was it over due! Their location is clean, neat, and professionally staffed. Their staff call to reconfirm your appointments and upon entry are very knowledgeable and polite. The reception staff helped with my intake and even offered a great package deal for a few more services. Even at check out they advised of current promotional discounts that I qualified for.
My wait was seconds to none before Shasta came to get me. She was delicate to my needs and very understanding. She held great conversation while providing my services and made sure I was okay throughout the process. Her professionalism was 100! I joked about what she may endure as staff yet she kept it very professional and never commented about past clients. It made me feel great that I wouldn’t become staff talk later. She was quick with her services but never made me feel rushed. She later explained a few of their products but never was pushy in making me purchase.
I was referred to another business by a friend but so glad I went with Unilocal reviews and kept my original place. I’ve already booked my next session with Shasta! She’s awesome!

I’ve been going to EWC for almost a year now, but today was my first time at this location. The receptionists were super sweet and very welcoming. Erica was my esthetician and she waxed my full leg. She, like me, is of mixed heritage and I appreciate the fact she understands the «hairy girl struggle.» She is very knowledgeable and she cares about the services she provides. She constantly checked in with me to make sure I was okay throughout the session. We have quite a bit in common and the conversation was pleasant and helped take my mind off of the minor pain that accompanies any wax service. Others have commented about EWC pushing their products and services, but I did not get that feeling here. I enjoy using their products and stocked up on my body wash during this visit. Erica is super awesome and I’ll definitely be coming back in the future!

Another awesome job by my absolute favorite wax artist… YELENA! My brows have tested many waxers, and most have failed, but Yelena knows exactly how to give me the BEST shape… I always thought having a nice arch in my eyebrows was hopeless until I found Yelena. You know she is top notch when you try to book an appointment before she leaves to go on vacation and she is already almost all booked! If you are looking for a friendly and talented wax artist… go to European Wax Center and ask for YELENA!

I’ve been growing out my eyebrows since I had a «waxing» experience gone wrong. When I say ‘wrong’… I mean over waxed in certain spots. I like my eyebrows a bit thicker and clean. They got to the point where they were rather bushy and I needed them done in a snap. I went into my usual threading spot and the line was bananas and I didn’t have time to wait with all my errands to run. I needed another option and spotted this salon when I was running an errand in the plaza. They were able to get in me in without delay — «Yes, sign me up for an eyebrow wax.»
What was the best part? They gave me the eyebrow wax on the house! Say wha-​what?! If you’re a Las Vegas local (show ID) your first service is complimentary (Women: eyebrows, underarm or bikini — Men: eyebrows, nose or ears). My wax was exactly how you want a wax to be — clean, quick and nearly painless (this isn’t my first rodeo with waxing — pain is relative). The salon was very clean and stylish. I will definitely be returning if I opt for waxing vs. threading.
