I am giving this Law Firm 1 star because they are a poor excuse for a Law Firm. I signed up with Eric Palacios & Associates and the whole time was coached on what to do and what to say to the medical doctors that they referred me to go to in order to rack up the bills. During this time of 9 months, I never met Eric or his associates, every conversation was on the phone. In addition, I felt that they handled my accident case very poorly and even hurt it because of the many mistakes they made in preparing my case to the insurance company. In the end, Eric Palacios dropped me and my case and now I am left with over $ 10,000 in medical bills. All I can say is that I have filed a complaint with the State Bar and they are under investigation for breaking a few ethics & laws. I sincerely hope if you are looking for a Attorney to handle your accident case to run away and not walk away from this Law Firm because they will treat you as they have treated me and the others that have given bad reviews. You have been warned!

Nada de profesionalismo, desde la manera en la que hablan los empleados, su mayor target es el mercado hispano pero los empleados de la oficina no saben hablar español correctamente (hablan más spanglish o como pochos), aparte hay una falta de conocimiento muy grande en cuanto a inmigración, papeleos relacionados con inmigración y los derechos de los DREAMERS, yo tuve que corregir al abogado una ocasión y al asistente múltiples veces, siento que su objetivo es la gente hispana más ignorante que hay para sacar la mayor ventaja posible…, yo recomendaría buscar más opciones cuando necesiten ayuda legal, este despacho tiene buena mercadotecnia pero nada más.

In 2014 I took my bankruptcy case to their office of Eric Palacios were all of my questions were answered. They took me through each step of the process, my calls and visits to their office were always open. They had a great attitude and professionalism. Were the case closed toward the end of 2014, everything ran smoothly, excellent and successful. I definitely recommend Eric Palacios and his associates to others.

This is a poor excuse for a law firm. I had my first accident in October of 2013 didn’t know what to do so of coarse I was dumb and gave this place my case! It is now March 2015 and I have yet to receive my settlement offer which by the way was ridiculous. My offer is not why I am writing this review because money never had anything to do with it, I want to actually help people out. When you are in an accident you want someone to help you out and be your voice for these insurance companies and this company does not do this at all. Never answering your phone calls and never calling back even if you leave millions of messages I feel like is super normal in all big firms. I feel like when I call no one knows where my file is so they bullshit there way through the phone call and tell me the exact same thing they told me last time I called which is weeks ago at a time. Just please don’t use these services this company is terrible and you are better off going to a less recognized firm where people will actually care.

I had two traffic tickets on separate incidents even though I wasn’t at fault and went to Eric Palacios & Associates, Ltd for help. His manager told me what the fees were upfront and what they covered. Eric Palacios did exactly what he said he would do, and I had a great result each time. I’d recommend him to everyone I know and plan to keep using my lawyer for any legal cases that I may need help with.

Anything lower of rating i would but one is the lowest. I got in an accident and called. His whole commerical is over not being told to go through this person or another he deals with it right? «No hables con maria habla con eric palacios». Came to find out that was a lie and pretty much just wasted my time ! Called in talked to one lady missed her name and then spoke to Frank and he said he would come to discuss the situation, next day got a call from Lucia and was told something else. That we were going to be picked up by someone to go see Frank. Then called to check what was going to happen and guess what? I was told we weren’t even on the list to be seen ! Clearly everyone is on a different page and they need to get organized. I understand you advertise we’d speak to you but of coarse your busy and are only one person i get that but i would expect to get information from the people working there correctly and get something done instead of wasting peoples time. Will defiantly warn people NOT to go to eric palacios. His commerical is true you dont speak to maria, but you sure will speak to frank and lucia.

This law firm doesn’t even deserve a star. The lawyers didn’t show for court 2 times. The first time nobody knew where she was (Adriana White). The judge called her on her cellphone because nobody could find her. The 2nd time she sent somebody else. The lawyer had asked if I wanted to change my last name and they didn’t put it on the divorce decree even thought the judge brought it up. They do a horrible job at everything. The only time they will call is to ask for payment. The other reviews are right. They never return your phone calls. You are better off going to a paralegal to fill out your papers and representing yourself than not being able to represent your self in court cuz you hired them. Now it’s gonna cost me more money and time to change my name, just because they didnt do their job right.
