I’ve been coming here for years, almost every employee knows my order just by hearing me say hello at the speaker box or seeing my truck pull into the lot. Iced Coffee is always great, Coolatas are good too, especially when Oreo is in season. I am a huge fan of the triple chocolate donut, but just about every style is good if that’s what you’re in the mood for. Texas Toast Grilled Cheese is really good too if you don’t feel like making your own at home.

I’m a Dunkin girl all the way. Love dd coffee. I usually visit the one on Gibson and 215 because it’s close to work. This ones by home and I’ve NEVER had a good customer service experience here. I literally just got asked, «what do you expect me to do about it?» When I informed the cashier he charged the wrong amount, the full amount rather than the perks offer amount. Then he got another girl, who said its not her fault and there’s nothing she can do. I was using my perks card on my phone and getting the $ 1.99 espresso drink and 99¢ coffee that are perks offers that I’ve gotten 3 times in last week at another location. I told her I wanted my money refunded and to be charged right amount. She said she refunded my money, but it didn’t go on the dd perks card so I wasn’t refunded. But she still wanted me to pay the $ 1.99 and 99¢ for it on top of the almost $ 7 I’d already paid for it. She said I had to pay again and call perks to have them refund the other?!? This is far from the first time I’ve had problems there. I guess I can only get my dd when I’m at work and forget any near home. This place is horrible. Since I refused to pay AGAIN for the same drinks she took them and threw them away. So I paid $ 7 for drinks I didn’t even get!

I’m from New England and love my Dunks! I was c pleasantly surprised to find this on the same plaza as my new hair salon. I stopped by the drive through on my way home. There was no wait and they got my order right which equals a perfect trip to DD! The lady working wasn’t overly friendly but the service was fine for me. I’d def give this place a try — especially if you’re an unsweetened iced tea lover like myself!

Strolled in here a little before six in the morning. Everything was up and running smoothly. The lady behind the counter was so dang nice, it was a nice preamble to sugary doughnut I was about to devour. I had already purchased a coffee from another location that will not be named. A doughnut from D & D is same same just about everywhere you go. A solid experience.

Only getting 2 stars because of the young lady behind the counter! So thank you darling for being fantastic! I ordered a med. vanilla iced coffee, 2 bagels, and a Arnold Palmer coolatta. I asked to sub creamer for almond milk and when I looked down I saw a sign that said they were now charging for almond milk regardless if it was used as a creamer or as the base of the drink. I asked the young lady if that was company wide or specific to this store… her response was that it was specific to her store, okay.(BTW, she didn’t inform me I would be charged for the almond milk.) She made it up to me by throwing a little extra almond milk in there :) Thanks! She then informs me that they no longer carry Arnold Palmer coolatta’s because they were not selling enough, okay, understandable. My boyfriend then pointed out to me that they had multiple signs advertising the Arnold Palmer flavor, Ii would not have been so disappointed had they removed the advertisement or put a sign stating«SOLDOUT», or something. I was so disappointed by this location and the way the DD customer service(wrote them an email) handled the situation, I will not be returning to this DD. I would rather stop by Starbucks & spend the extra money for coffee and not be charged for almond milk when used as a creamer.

I received the worst customer service ever from this location today(8÷19÷15). First off when I pulled up to the speaker in the drive thru, I was not greeted with a hello, a thank you for choosing our company, or by a name. Instead I was greeted with, «can I help you?» I was thrown off by this but didn’t think to much of it. As I’m waiting I see the customer in front of me doesn’t look happy. But again I don’t pay too much attention to it. I get up to the window and again was not greeted with anything but my total. I hand her my card and she hands it back without a thank you. Then she proceeds to hand me my food and coffee while she’s talking to her coworker. The last thing she hands me is my coffee and then shuts the window without a thank you. I can only tolerate so much rude behavior especially if I’m a paying customer. I will not be returning to this location ever again and I recommend you do the same.

Horrible customer service, probably worse I’ve ever had. The cashier didn’t say thank you, just handed me my receipt without even looking at me. So I made her hold it till she looked at me, that’s when she felt like an idiot.

(I was at first a little taken aback for the prices of donuts these days!) They only are getting two stars though because of the customer service. I went on a Friday morning and the lady who helped me rushed through every answer as if she had something else she thought was more important. I asked first for maple bars to be included in my dozen donuts and she said they were 40 cents extra. I said that was fine and she took the rest of my order. When she repeated my order back she repeated 2 sprinkles rather than 6. That’s quite a difference in sounds for the numbers. Then rather than giving me my total she said pull up to the window. I had a short wait before I was helped at the window. The lady gave me my box and told me the total, which was the exact price for 12 donuts, not including added maple bars. So I open my box to check and see round donuts. I ask the lady why I didn’t get maple bars like I ordered and she replied«We’re out». And then she took my payment and that was it. I was none too pleased with the service I received here. I don’t think I’ll go back when I’m home in Vegas visiting. I will drive farther for other Dunkin’ Donuts or for a Krispy Kreme. The donuts themselves were OK in taste. They weren’t amazing, but didn’t seem super fresh.

Their donuts tasted stale! I will never go back again. Granted I was there at 7:30pm but I’ve been to other donut shops in the evening and the donuts always taste fresh… not here!

We’ve been here twice and we won’t be back. Horrible service(sorry we the customers didn’t force you to get a job at dunkin doughnuts) and horrible coffee! Don’t get me wrong I LOVE my at home dunkin doughnuts coffee but this place burns their coffee. ¾ milk and ¼ coffee in my iced coffee? Really? Completely over this place

The coffee is fantastic here. Generally the customer service is very good. Wether you buy a single donut or coffee they don’t try to upsell you. There is a drive thru which is convenient if you don’t want to exit your car. Located in a strip mall it’s my second favorite place to go besides 711 for coffee.

They need to go back to making only donuts!!! Ordered the wake up wrap with bacon and egg the bacon was inside the tortilla wrap and the egg was on the inside of the paper wrapper it came in, like it was an afterthought that they forgot to add the egg so they just threw it in the wrapper, the sausage and cheese croissant was like someone had run over it with a truck and again the cheese was melted to the inside of the wrapper and not in the sandwich itself. We will NEVER return to this place again! Our order came to $ 12.40, as we also had coffee. Store #3456435861 W. Craig Rd. Las Vegas, NV89130. Trans Seq. No. 775961

This DD was exactly what I expected: competent staff, consistent doughnut quality(apple fritters — yum!), and cramped interior. Nothing was offensive and nothing was stellar on our visit. We did notice that the décor could definitely use a facelift and a few tables could have been cleaner, but the doughnuts themselves were great, as they should be, given the type of establishment DD is!

The girl who helped us was rude and obviously didn’t want to be there. The donuts were dry and hard, not even edible. We ended up throwing them away, what a waste of money. Never again!!!

This store is on my way to work and it is the only one so I am forced to stop here to get my favorite coffee. Their employees are very rude. I am moving on Saturday and I cannot wait to not have to come back to this location. My experience today was the last straw. No one was in line to order in the drive thru so I went right up to the menu and waited a good minute before anyone said anything. I order, and a man repeats the order back to me completely wrong. So I go to correct him and a girl cuts him off over the speaker«yeah. okay. we got It. pull forward» Okay…rude. I get to the window and a man rang me up. In the process of doing this a girl comes up to him and asked him«since you’re doing that, can I clock out now» I’ve never had a good experience here as far as the customer service. I go there everyday and not one person has ever asked me my name. I worked at Starbucks before and that’s why I’m being so critical. Today was my last day going to this location. The stars are for the coffee. It’s great!

The lady at the window was short & rude. 3⁄6 donuts were incorrect, she had already walked away & would not come back after handing me my ‘latte’ which was mostly foam. What a way to start your morning.

The stars are for the fritters we got this Sunday morning. Actually, they were really tasty. I prefer mine a bit thin and crispy while these were puffy and soft. But again, that is just me. Amazing flavor though, and really hit the spot. The problem was with our cashier, Summer. Maybe she was just in a bad mood, I don’t know. She just stared at us when we got to the counter. I ordered first, and as she turned to get my fritter my husband said that he would also like one. She turned back and rudely said ‘What?’. Re-stated his request, she turned and got another. Never smiled, not even sure she thanked us for the business. Honestly do not remember because we were so taken aback about her lack of pleasantness. I love DD, so will definitely come back. Hopefully next time she will actually be nice.

On Labor Day Weekend, one of my friends stopped in at this location only to find it closed. He really wanted to grab some of those«K» cups as he and his wife are coffee drinkers. I’m not so this review is mainly for the donuts. I ordered an assortment of a dozen donuts to share with my family when I was there this past weekend. Anyway — I grabed six pairs of different flavors and I was able to sample one of each over the weekend. They didn’t seem to be anything extraordinary but they weren’t awful either. I still prefer other«places» but in a bind, Dunkin’ will do.
