my order got messed up but appreciated the friendly attitude to fix it and leave me a satisfied customer

This is ridiculous… I walk in and it’s gross the whole dining room is disgusting. We sit down and ask if he can wipe down the table he grabs a rag and walks around all the chairs and tables that are all over the place. Wrappers everywhere and donuts all over the floor. He wipes just our table and ignores the mess in the dining room. Goes back to organizing the coffee Christmas décor(Christmas is over). And ignores the mess while others walk in and managers walks out to run an wrens looks at the mess and doesn’t say anything… it’s by my house but never would I come back here again… disgusting!!!

I will start by saying they have a nice store. They seem to have a better variety of donuts and bagels than any of the other stores in Las Vegas. The coffee is always good and fresh. The reason for the two stars… the employees are rude and surly. This store seems to be very busy and it seems understaffed most times with the people working there are going 100 miles a minute trying to get everyone served. But one person really stands out as being especially rude, and that is a guy named Mikey. He is supposedly a «shift leader» according to his name tag. How he got to be that is anyone’s guess. I have never seen him smile. He acts like it is a chore to wait on customers. I’m glad this location doesn’t have a tip cup, because it would not receive anything from me. This store needs a serious lesson on customer service and an attitude adjustment.

Well. Basically I like Dunkin though, It was a quite bad experience with a guy who took my order up front. I was in need of taking some doughnuts out and placed an order then checked out then was watching the guy picking up from the shelf. OMG he was working with gloves that have touched on the currencies I got from him when checked out. he didn’t change the gloves or use any sort of supplies in clean to do the job. It was such dumb. Sorry I’ll never get here again.

Terrible service. Every time we come here they forget to make our sandwich. This last time was the final time I’ll be going there and if I can keep you from making the same mistake then mission accomplished for this rant. After waiting for 10 to 15 minutes and noticing that no one was even making any food I walked up to the cashier to see what was going on but before I could even say anything he said«oh, we never made your sandwich. You still need to pay for it.». How does the guy forget to place my order but remember that I ordered it? Then he actually had the nerve to tell me I still need to pay for it after waiting there(a second time) for 10mins. No apology at all, he acted as if it was my mistake not his. I told him I wasn’t going to pay anything but that I still wanted him to make my sandwich. He looked at me like I was crazy. He said«but you didn’t pay for it yet.» I told him that was his fuck up and asked why he didn’t say anything while I sat there waiting the whole time. Then I asked him if this is seriously how this place does business. Make me wait for 10 to 15 minutes after he fucked up and then charge me for the sandwich with no apology or acknowledge of putting me through the inconvenience. He had to go and get another worker and ask him to do it and then the guy came moping over moving a half a mile an hour and acting like he hated his life. Look guys I’m not the one that put in the application for you at Dunkin’ Donuts. I get it, you don’t like your job, but regardless you still have to do it. I was already fed up with waiting again but then while the worker was making my sandwich he stopped and stood there staring at the meat. I don’t know if this guy was on pills, partied the night before, or what but he was totally out of it. I might sound a little bit like an asshole but this place has some seriously bad service. I hollered over to the guy with his thumb up his ass staring at the meat and told him, «hey buddy it’s not like I’ve been waiting here for 10 to 15 minutes so go ahead and take your time. He stopped standing there with his thumb up his ass and walk towards me and said«whaaaat?». I repeated myself and then he went back to very slowly putting the sandwich together. I just told him not to worry about it and that I would contact their manager and leave a review. So here it is. Fuck that Dunkin’ Donuts and the tards they hired to not run that place. I won’t be going back that’s for sure.

This location seems to be unorganized and lacking of true leadership. The shift leader who was barking out to customers and employees was a disappointment to friendly and genuine customer service. How could you be nasty working with DONUTS!

Probably the first time I have ever been to a Dunkin’ Donuts, and came here twice on the way to Red Rocks for rock climbing. I have to say, that this stop was necessary to fuel us for a day of intense rock scrambling. The first time I had a breakfast croissanwich, where the bread was perfectly toasted, but the sausage was just meh. The second day I had a chicken in a tortilla, which was okay as well. Got a combo the first day here with coffee, and opted for the cream and sugar, but they put a LOT in there I found, so I might have been better adding it myself. Overall, I am thankful for this location for powering my friends I through the day, but probably wouldn’t go here regularly.

Decided to stop by before going to work, ordered a Machiatto, 2 doughnuts, and a breakfast sandwich. Coffee was made perfect just the way I like it got the tailgate sandwich and it was really good and my two favorite donuts course blueberry cake which are always good. Was in and out in less then three minutes always good Service definitely going back

I don’t even care about all the mistakes they make here because, well, it’s Dunkin. Kinda hard to be bad. But it really is inconsistent. I go here 3 – 5 times a week. This morning, they gave me the wrong 2 donuts. When I brought it to their attention, the employee put the donuts(that I had previously walked away from the counter with!!!) back on the rack. Then gave me only one of the right donut and I had to ask for the second one. Then my iced coffee was so full of cream, it didn’t even taste like coffee anymore at all really. That being said, IT’S DUNKIN! I love it, and will be back(and regularly) because this is the most convenient location for me. This location is busy in the morning with all of the cyclists. Make sure you get the app. Lots of perks and specials to be had!

The only dunki’s around that actually fully gets my order correct every time. I spent 12yrs on the east coast & this is the closest around to doing things correctly. The only thing I’m not a fan of is the melting of the granulated sugar(east coast staple). they use hot water here to melt instead of the correct way, hot coffee, like east coast does. Don’t bother with the nasty tasting liquid sugar, you’re teeth & tongue will thank you.

We were driving along the suburbs on a Vegas trip a while back and noticed a Dunkin’ Donut shop. I slammed the breaks and turned the corner just like Knight Rider except in a rental car. It’s been a few years since I’ve been on the East Coast that has ample locations. In general, I’ve heard people talk about Dunkin’s coffee more than their donuts. I didn’t try the coffee but as a donut lover, I wanted to try their donuts. We grabbed a couple donuts: chocolate donut holes, maple bar, lemon filled powdered, blueberry and a seasonal pumpkin filled donut. All were forgettable except for the pumpkin donut. Pretty different and tasty. Other than that this place is a bit more like Starbucks with some decent seating to enjoy coffee and donuts.

#1. Waited in line for 15 minutes while the ONE employee working tried to figure out how to get change for the customer in front of me. The other employee claimed to be in back«cleaning.» #2. The other employee left a stack of cash on the food prep area. Gross. #3. The employee needs to hike his pants up and stop PICKINGHISTEETH while serving food!

We stopped at this Dunkin to recharge on the way back from Red Rock Canyon as most members of our group wanted to use the opportunity to try it out as Dunkin is not easily accessible in LA. At around 3 pm. it was reasonably full with a small line at the counter. I got a hot medium dark roast($ 1.85) without sugar and cream and of-course got a regular iced donut and chocolate iced chocolate cake donut(99c each). I always get coffee in Dunkin without sugar and add that externally as their sweet coffee is way too sweet. I remember most of my friends on the east coast would get it «light and sweet» which is actually dubbed«Indian style» in most Dunkin’s that are run by my fellow countrymen. As expected the service was very fast and I had my coffee almost instantaneously. The coffee was just plain bad. To begin with it was not hot but at room temperature, next it did not have any aroma and finally it tasted bitter due to all the ground coffee sediment floating in it due to lack of proper filtration. The donuts were equally bad. The regular iced donut felt flat and the cake based donut was super dry and crumbly. Forget about Krispy Kreme, mom and pop donut shops would be able to churn out better donuts when compared to the ones I ate here. While sipping my terrible coffee I noticed that they had a special promotion going in which the medium dark roast was 99c between 2 and 4 pm. so as I had been charged full price I trooped back to the counter for a refund. I was offered another free donut instead which I did not want as I had already had two that I was not happy with earlier. Anyway I took them up on the free donut and got another random one which quickly joined the remaining«hot» coffee in the trash can. I feel Dunkin needs to get its act together. I have fond memories of Dunkin from when I was on the east coast but I’ve not had the same experience with the two Dunkin’s that I have visited around Vegas. Their product line and price points are fine(about 5% less than Krispy Kreme and 20% more than mom and pop donut shops) but execution is lacking so I feel that they will not be able to survive long on nostalgia alone.

I hadn’t been to DD in awhile and was craving something different than my usual morning fare. The staff here is great. Courteous and smiling, helpful and accommodating. I admit I was disappointed they don’t offer fountain drinks: you can buy a bottled soda and they’ll give you a cup of ice. But I prefer fountain, so I had to make a separate stop. I ordered an everything bagel, toasted with cream cheese. It was edible, but nothing to write home about. I could have had the same quality bagel and cream cheese from the grocery store and eaten at home. I’ll stick to the big bagel chain for future bagel cravings. I also allowed myself two donuts. I figured a snack for later would be welcome. Fun Fact About Me: I love colorful foods. So for me, a sprinkled donut is magical! I ordered a Vanilla Sprinkled and a Dunkin Delight. I must admit that I was disappointed in the overall appearance: minimal icing that was not put on with care. As for the taste: meh, again, a grocery store donut would have sufficed just as well. Overall, not impressed with Dunkin Donuts. However I will try another location before I judge the company as a whole. In the meantime, I’ll also get my sprinkled donuts from another well loved chain that’s name begins with W.

Being an original eastcoaster, I had to try the DD here. The coffee was good, doughnuts was alright. One thing I HAVE to mention: the girl who took my order didnt know an item that was on her own menu!!! It is one of their staple drinks. New or not, this DD needs to work on their staff! I’ve been to other ones around town and this was the only one with clueless/rude staff.

Dunkin is as Dunkin does. Same quality as another one would visit. There was an interesting group of people some going west and some going east. Normally this would be an automatic four star experience(given some variables), but on this visit I am deducting… My partner who was behind me after placing his order did not get his order in a timely fashion. As a matter of fact, his order was snatched up by the ghost in the machine and was never heard from again until he said something. While sipping on my iced coffee and eating my bagel, mu heart was filled with sadness as he had none. To say the establishment was overwhelmed would be an understatement. There was nothing going on. His order simply disappeared after paying for it. Looking at his sad face while having discussion’s about how to evaluate the experience, I was sad for him. I would only visit if he wanted to while being forced to heat west.

I met some co-workers early in the morning for coffee, donuts and bagels prior to a work function. We arrived about 6:45 and waited in line briefly. That’s about where the pleasant visit ended. My order was simple. Black dark roast coffee and and a plain bagel, toasted with butter. They didn’t have any dark roast ready to go and had to brew some up after I ordered. How can a donut shop not have coffee ready to go at six forty-five in the morning? After a lengthy delay, the coffee was finally done. However, the bagel was not. Not only was the bagel not ready, they apparently had forgotten about it. After a quick, and less than complete toasting job, me and my bagel were on our way. I only stopped here because it was conveniently located on the way to the work function. That would be the only reason I would be back.

This is the only Dunkin Donuts location that I’ve been to so far and overall I enjoy coming here! My roommate and I love to to visit for the .99 cent iced coffee Unilocal check in offer! We get soy milk which is a great option for many people. The .99 cent iced coffee is good but it honestly has tasted different each time I have ordered. The hash browns are a good deal! .80 cents for 6 of them! Worth a try. The donuts were delicious the one time I had them! They happened to bring out fresh ones of the flavors I wanted right before I ordered. I was lucky that time! Haha I’m sure I will keep coming back for now! I like how they have rewards now and an app to make it easy to pay for everything. They also have a free donut coupon when you fill out a survey :)
