Yikes! Would not stay here nor the Oasis Gold Coast. Scary, smelly, and probably unsafe. Stay away.

Review is solely for the motel, which is in a separate building across the street from the lobby … the lobby building contains weekly/​monthly rental studios, and apparently some cottages are hidden around somewhere?
I appreciate they’ve made an effort to modernize and seem to be keeping the place reasonably clean, but these are some seriously creaky old bones. Especially the floor, which buckled and creaked loudly with even the lightest step anywhere … hope no one was beneath me!
Most of the room outlets were also non-​functional … fortunately the AC and TV ones were working. Had to charge everything in the bathroom. TV channel selection middling on the fine «Hilips» brand set. WiFi code given by the front desk also didn’t work.
Mostly clean but one towel had an old blood stain and some nasty person wiped a chunk of shit off on the middle of the shower curtain that housekeeping apparently missed.
Any kind of «resort fee» for something like this is ridiculous in principle but the grand total after everything was $ 37 through
so I won’t complain. You can get rooms in better shape for that price or just $ 5 more all over town on most weekdays though, so it would really have to be like $ 25-​ish to be a real value. Might check out those longer-​term rentals at some point but I don’t think I’m doing the motel again.

close to everything i needed for this trip. No blanket, remote for the t.v., no in room phone, light burnt out, and no mention of the deposit till I arrived. Never did get the wifi code the black lady said «we dont do that anymore» when mentioned at check out the man was shocked. so i paid a resort fee for a closed pool and wifi that was there but not there.
over all I would stay again I just need to b ring extra pillows and a blanket. A/​C was great. window opened all the way a rare thing in Vegas anymore. the bed was great. you can tell the whole room and building (annex) across the st. has been remolded. I love that a classic hotel is being saved. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. I called before coming and while there an no answer. other than the black lady at check in the staff was great. parking is easy to get in an out of. I will be back see ya soon. Now I know what to expect. oh and the whole property is non smoking so had to go outside no big deal but liked it.

I kept calling the hotel to ask what time we would be able to check in and they did not answer. Once we got there all that they were doing was talking and gossiping. When we asked them what time we were going to be able to check in they told us until 3pm! We were so tired from the 6 hour drive and all that we wanted to do was sleep and we were not able to even do that as soon as we got there.

Forgot to update — I got my deposit back I think within a day or two!

Perfect for the price, the room was clean. The walls are thin. I stayed here for two days, and I believe that when on vacation or a mini getaway there’s no point in spending all day in the hotel room, just need a clean space to sleep, the real fun is outside. Fremont street is within walking distance which is great. My room 153 looked just like the pictures, all rooms are being updated to the red and grey interior, they were doing construction in the room next to us, which was fine bc we were waking up any way. Cheap, clean, hot water, fairly safe. It not fancy smancy but I’d recommend. Sheets were a little itchy and if you want a blanket you have to get it from the desk. Pretty solid place.

I needed a place to sleep, and god dammit they delivered. For three schlubs on a budget trip to Vegas, this place is perfect.

The worst hotel I ever stayed at we checked into our room and the pillow on the bed had blood on it i took the pillowcase off and it was soaked through to the pillow itself so that shows us that the maid did not clean the sheets from the people before us the next day we left the room the linen was not changedthey remade the bed wuth the same sheets the towels that were dirty and placed on the floor to be changed the maids put them back on the towel rack the trash was picked up trash had fallen that they didn’t pick up I had a call down to the front desk for clean linens and towels and the toilet handle is broken toilet ran all night in the maids didn’t even clean the toilet or the sink the people that had stayed in the room before us had left some items in the closet so that shows that the maid did not clean the room I was told to call the manager on Monday morning to tell him what happened I called left a message and I was told that he would call me that same night or the next day have not received a phone call I called back and left another message still have not been called back this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

Decent value for the price. decent accommodations if you get the 2^nd floor. I booked the second night and got the 1^st floor. i heard foot steps and rantings of some weird druggy. other than that my first night on the 2^nd floor was very good… not much noise, or hearing weird druggy foot steps. also special note: Shanika at front desk very cool… Thanks!

Really now room. It was very clean and cozy. Small effect for two people. Favorite part was that we were so close to Fremont street that we could walk there. Only issue I had was there was no blow dryer in our room. Nothing big just wished I knew so I could bring my own

Not bad at all. Basic Motel. Room was recently remodeled and still smelled of fresh paint. Check in was easy, staff was nice. Small room with comfortable bed. Very clean. It’s in downtown near Container Park. One block away from the El Cortez and Fremont st. Booked my room for $ 40 a night compared to the next cheapest room being $ 150 a night I feel it was a bargin. I would definitely stay here again if I needed a cheap room.

I stayed in a remodeled room there was a $ 50 deposit that was never mentioned when it was booked kinda annoying to find out last minute, overall the room was very clean the bed was comfortable the room had a modern look but the shower didn’t work right and the maid woke me up trying to get into the room in the morning (do not disturb sighns haven’t arrived yet) that was traumatizing lol it was very close to the old strip (walking distance) would stay here again
