Doctor Carpet Las Vegas

I wish they had a ZERO star for this company! I asked him to treat pet stains and do stairs instead of two rooms. His first quote was for $ 65, when he came to the house his number changed to $ 165. I told him I didn’t want his service and he said he had driven over 45 minutes. He said I will do it for $ 100. I’m a sucker and said yes because I felt guilty for him driving so far. BIG MISTAKE!!! Carpets were soaked, not cleaned, and the pet stains were not treated. From his set up to finish was only 15 minutes. This company and this guy is a complete rip off. Save yourself time and money by going with someone else. He was completley rude on the phone and said good luck on getting any money back. I was fuming that a business could get away with that. He says he is licensed, but double check because I didn’t see it. I hope this helps and please stay away from this company.

having a baby with a dog and a cat in the house require a cleaning carpet all the time.
i have used many different carpet cleaning companies in the past and all the time it looks great when they clean and only after a few days all the spots coming up again.
i have decided to use Dr Carpet just to try and the owner Ty came and iv’e told him that it is very important for me to make sure that all the stains are gone, he said that he have to use some chemical and he said that it is safe chemical because i was worried for my baby crawling there and for my pats.
he did the job and now after a week all the stains really gone, i love it.
defiantly recommend their service to my friends and i will use them again.

Doctor Carpet helped us out so much! Last week we had a small get together in our rental home and someone spilled red wine on our cream colored carpet. After panicking And trying every home remedy possible, I called Doctor Carpet and they made it look like new!!! They even cleaned all of our tile grout and now our floors look amazing!!! Great company and extremely reasonable.

I’ve written plenty of Unilocal reviews but I have never before reviewed a service provider. Quite simply, that’s because in my opinion service is a term that gets thrown around a lot and has little meaning behind it anymore. I am pleased to say that Doctor Carpet Las Vegas has swayed my opinion.
Every interaction I had with this company was easy and professional. I have an extremely busy and changing schedule and even after having to reschedule twice, they were extremely nice and accommodating. I needed Doctor Carpet Las Vegas’ services after the management company for my rental hired some cut rate, fly by night crew that not only did a terrible job, they left behind a wake of destruction. The team at Doctor Carpet Las Vegas was able to clean my carpets, work some magic on the grout & tile areas and even make repairs to the sections of carpet that had been destroyed by the previous company.
Throughout the entire process, they were extremely professional & polite. The gentleman I dealt with took great pride in his work and really made some extra efforts to fix the mess that the previous company left behind. True customer service at its finest!
This will be the only carpet cleaning service I will ever use again. I have recommended them to several friends already and would recommend them to anyone looking for professional cleaning services.

I called the carpet doctor after having some tough times with friends. Itay came over on short notice was a very pleasant and nice guy to deal with. Cheap prices 3 full size rooms for under a $ 199 professional I’m glad I used there service recommend all friends and family.

Last week we got back home after a couple of weeks we were not in it. Our friend watched our dogs at our house while we were away but unfortunately the carpet had stains all over it!
We called «Dr Carpet» and scheduled an appointment for the next day.
The guy arrived on time, made some spot tests and started working.
Currently our carpet looks so much better! They even got rid off the smell.
Our experience overall was pretty great, I’d definitely recommend Dr Carpet to everyone who needs a deep and thorough cleaning.

Hired Doctor Carpet for a move out cleaning a few weeks ago, not only was he fast (hello people why would you want to stand around for hours?! If he does a sufficient job quickly then he’s doing it right!) but he did an amazing job in our 1,700 square foot house in less than 2 hours. I was in and out, the carpet looked better than it did when I moved in AND it was affordable. I’ll be hiring him again to do our new home in a few months!

Owner (Ty) was accommodating, friendly, and even waited for me to arrive at my house when I was slightly late. As I was having my old rental place cleaned out for the Realtors, I also had a bunch of boxes and miscellaneous items laying around and Ty was patient enough to wait for me to move the stuff out of the way (also helped here and there). Overall great experience, would recommend

This company is completely unprofessional. They were contracted out by a cleaning company I used. Upon completion, the carpets looked fine. Then I noticed a huge mark on my door that was not there prior to the cleaning. When I contacted them, the owner stated I was trying to pull one over on him and was completely rude and unprofessional. Two days later, my carpets are worse than they were prior to them cleaning it. I asked for a refund so I could have them recleaned and the owner said he was «tired of my crap lady.» I cannot believe a business owner would begin to speak to a customer like this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I will be reporting to BBB and Angie’s list. I am completely appalled by this behavior.

So this company looks like a company but its actually one guy. One guy answers the scheduling line and the customer service line. The same man comes and cleans the carpets. I used him to shampoo the carpets in my rental. Only $ 60 for 4 rooms and the hallway. i should have known it was too cheap. When he arrived he immediately tried to charge me double. He must have used a dirty brush because after the carpets dried there was white hairs all over the carpets, looked like from a dog. There was no dog living in the house previously. I even suggested to him to vacuum before he shampooed. Fifteen minutes later he emptied out the dirty gross water from his hose right in front of the house!!! I had to ask him to hose it down the street. I called him and asked if he could go back and at least vacuum up the mess since his website clearly states 100% satisfaction guarantee. Well there was no satisfaction here and my tenants were not happy. What a rip off.
Very little care taken in this mans job.
He told me «if I didn’t like the job he did, do not call him again» and that was a direct quote from him!

Please do not use this company.
Real bad service.
And wast your money!!!
