History

Established in 1995.

Dimension Building & Development L.L.C. is a Las Vegas locally owned and operated General Contractor. Founded in 1995, Dimension Building & Development was created by two brothers, Mike & Neil Graham and Rick Stephenson.

They began their residential construction careers in the early 80s managing various prominent home builders in the Las Vegas valley. In 1994 they decided to form their own construction company, a company that incorporated a team approach to the construction industry.

I am a long term resident of Las Vegas. Created Dimension Building & Development 1995 with my brother. Have been in the construction industry for over 25 years. Began my career as a Project Superintendent for a few prominent homebuilders here in Las Vegas, before we decided to branch out on our own.
