We went in to get a plaque engraved for a very sentimental item. Chris, the guy helping us, was beyond friendly and helpful. The service we received was so incredible that I will use this business for everything I can. I was proud just to have met someone so nice. I wanted to make a shadowbox for my father’s service in the Navy. I went to Desert Wind Engraving and described what I wanted. I gave Chris my father’s medals, insignia, ribbons, and challenge coins and he definitely delivered. The frame was back ordered which caused a slight delay, but once he got the frame in, it only took Chris a day or two to finish it. I could not be happier about the results and my father loves it.
