My arm Been aching since the incident, I tried to ignore thinking that I can just rub some minty oil or essential oils but still the same after few weeks of pain it went away, then it came back again and more worse than before, I can’t even pick things up or even open a jar of jelly, I have so much pain and end up buying this little massager that chiropractor use.
I made an appointment with the doctor at handsfootankle clinic with Dr Hanna and see what’s going on with my left arms. I am very dis appointed with that nurse who injected me that needle because at that time she has an attitude.
Now, sometimes I can’t even sleep sometimes because of the pain of my left arm it feels like when they blow it up during the procedure.
I hope there’s nothing wrong with my arm that causing so much pain.

I wish I could give this place a better review. Every time I call, the wait time is HORRID. For example, it’s Monday morning at 9:50am and have been on hold for 10 minutes waiting to speak to someone. Just *now* the queue told me I will be waiting another 8 minutes. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I don’t think even the worst call center has this wait time-​even on a Monday morning. Horrible. I’m recommending my doctor to switch referring me here. This is the second time this has occurred.
When I had to call back and verify insurance and speak to someone, they gave me the main line again, and another 10+ minute wait. Is anyone monitoring this at your company?

Came in for MRI and chatted with Marlene. She was cool and fun to chat with. The. Waited about 5 mins and Constantino asked if I wanna do the MRI now since I was early. He was pleasant and polite. I am glad we did it early because the other person canceled on us. Lol. Thanks for making my MRI appointment smooth.

Terrible billing department. I’ll never use this company again for that reason alone. Been trying to get copies of a bill for over three months and they cannot fax, mail or email me a copy. Even though they claim they will «in 24 hours sir». I’d advise anyone to never use this company.

Came in for a MRI everything went quick I was in and out of the waiting room and in a MRI bed in less than 15 minute, but a mri takes about 30 minute, but at least everyone was nice hopefully the only time I have to return is only to pick up

Gave up. They never answer their phones or emails. So much for customer service. You are better off going to another place. 2 weeks 3 emails and still no answer form anyone.

So I had to have the annual mammogram but I really love coming to this location of Desert Rad! It is super close to work and the staff here are awesome! They have changed the check in process so it is speedy and easy. Once I was inside and prepping for my scan, the tech was really friendly, funny and made this sometimes uncomfortable scan bearable. She talked about her love of old movie musicals and we laughed as she repositioned me a couple different times. She was always checking with me to make sure that I was ok and breathing… My appt was at 9:15am and I was done with my scan by 9:30am. I have been coming here for years and would not go anywhere else! You rock Desert Radiologists! Best place I know to come and get your boobs squished!

My first experience May 28, 2015 was a hearable three hours waste of my time thanks to Rachel, who asked me to have a seat and they shall fit me in this was at eight. I sat there until Barbara her supervisor called me at eleven and said we want be able to see you today. I heard Rachel say to the person on the other end that they would not be able to see me and she still told me to have a seat then three hours later you ask me to reschedule.
We’ll things happens for a reason I’m glad I got reschedule I encounter two ladies who welcome everyone that came threw the door they had smiles on there face. They was polite, fast, and professional KAREN and EVELYN thank you on a job we’ll done. Please keep up the great work. Today May 30, 2015 Woohoo! five stars

The staff is very sweet here. I was already nervous going in and they explained everything and the steps that they needed to do. The wait was a bit long but they are super busy.

The general reservation number is the worst. It takes «forever» for someone to take the phone. I was transferred to different people. However, I have to say that when I finally went there for my test, the staff was very pleasant and competent.

This was a service provided while I was in the ER. At the tone of service things were great it’s the after that’s a problem. I made numerous attempts to pay my co-​pay with the AE. Their web page says they accept it. Their phone service says they accept it. When I finally paid with my Visa it went through.

I went in not too long ago and I expected the worst… however, the staff was awesome! I like the system that they have implemented to service patients. Right when I entered, there is a sign to wait in line to check-​in. Upon check-​in, I took a seat and waited to be called upon by another staff that sits in front of a desk, where I had to show my ID and insurance. Co-​Pay was made and off I went to wait in the waiting area. Not long after, I was called upon by the sweetest ultrasound tech ever! She was very informative and so friendly. She prepped me on my procedure, explained everything so that I can expect what happens.
The doctor was very Eeyore-​like, but it’s ok. My procedure was painless, well, not painless, since the first poke of the needle was actually painful, but my sweet ultrasound tech grabbed my hand so that I can squeeze to forget my pain.
Overall, the procedure could be a lot worse, but because of the wonderful staff, I did not mind.

Worst experience ever!!! We will be looking to pursuit putting this business out of business. They way over book themselves. The staff is terribly rude and treat there already dying patience like crap, they don’t care, and absolutely don’t know ANYTHING! How could they treat my son and our family this way! Unbelievable! We will be visiting the news media about our experience. You have a choice (despite what DR says) you don’t have to use this business. I wouldn’t recommend this medical center to my worse enemy! Shame on this business. Worst business I have ever seen in my entire life! But they will take your money, and provide terrible potentially lethal service!

I’ve been unfortunate enough lately to need the services of DRAD and since I started getting xrays and CT scans — I’m choosing to always go here so if I need records, they are all in one place. My DRAD of choice is on Horizon Ridge in Henderson, by Coronado High School but if you need to schedule an appt. for CT this location is always 10 days out :(and if you’re sick or not feeling good you need the CT quicker so you’re going to end up going to the one on Palamino St. near Rancho and Charleston which is good to. I have never had a bad experience with DRAD they are professional and I get in and out.

Had an appointment for 8am with 745am checkin. Upon arrival, signed in and less than five minutes was called up front to register and get my ID band, color coded for the type of diagnostic test being done, less than five minutes and I’m called back for the procedure.
This visit I was in and out rather quickly and out to run errands with an early start thanks to their swiftness this morning!

I found staff very professional. I was seen on time. Everyone was pleasant and efficient. The mammogram was almost painless and quick!

If Unilocal had negative star option this place would deserve it. My child was sent here for a MRI, I got a call that the Auth was received and that I had a appointment for Friday at
10pm. I got not one but 2 calls to confirm
the appointment. I showed up for the appointment to be told that my appointment was not for this day but that it was schedule for Monday. I try to explain to the receptionist that I had been called 2 times to confirm but she refuse to listen and rather told me «look I can’t do nothing so are you coming Monday or not?»
Soo Monday I show up around 9:40 pm to be greeted by the same rude receptionist. She hands me a clipboard with paperwork and tells me to fill out. There was not one patient only me my child her and the «security» the front waiting area is divided into two areas each with a TV so I asked if she could please change one to Spanish channel. She responds no I can’t the «security» said its disrespectful for our English speaking clients?! I would understand this stamens of there was other clients or if there was only one T. V so I asked to speak to a supervisor. No surprise with her answer «my supervisor is at home sleeping» finally we get called back by one of the tech assistant. Very nice young lady I explain to her what had happened she took me back to a diff waiting room changed the tv for me and apologize for the front desk behavior.
I’m guessing nothing will be done because base on the behavior of the «security» the front desk and the cleaning lady they sure don’t care about customer service because there isn’t a supervisor to control the disrespect that goes on and yes the cleaning lady because she was on her Bluetooth chatting in Spanish about how she want to go get a massage Wednesday. If they are concerned people being offended by Spanish TV they should also be offended by the staff speaking Spanish on their cell phone while working.

Staff went above and beyond, from Barbara in the Front… to Kristi in Nuclear medicine and Miguel in radiology. They were so many issues leading up to this intensive test for my mom that I was beginning to lose my mind. They were exceptional in the attention they gave to straightening out communications between medical offices and showed great patience to my mother … And me… when after I had been through 4 months of screwups and referrals to other radiologists that had not been able to perform this test. So, well done and thank you again. ! You three are amazing!

My wife went for a scheduled appointment and was told to report to the wrong location, so we were late for her procedure to begin with. They asked for payment up front before services were rendered, and then she was called back and placed in a room with dirty floors and missing ceiling tile used to storing office supplies– this was supposed to be a sterile procedure. They were supposed to do the procedure guided by CT Scan but the medical assistant in the doctor’s office called the request in wrong, so they proceeded to do an ultrasound. My wife questioned this and requested that they call the doctor to confirm. This was not done, and we paid for an unnecessary test. As it turns out, Desert Radiologist cannot perform the required test and we will have to go to a surgeon. I complained to the office manager, stating that I would not pay for an unnecessary test, but because of the mistake with the medical assistant at the doctor’s office, I was forced to pay for the uninsured portion of the ultrasound. I was refunded the remainder of my money. In reality, they should have LISTENED to the patient and at least attempted to call the doctor, and I probably should have not paid for the ultrasound based on that. But they were too busy pushing people through their office to stop and make sure that they were doing the right thing and that the customer’s needs come first. We will never return to Desert Radiologists based on the cleanliness of the facility alone. A one-​star rating is generous. Now I will deal with the doctor and his medical assistant.

The entire staff was great on the day i had to go. It was a Saturday and i had many test to be done. 2 MRI, 1 ultrasound and a mammogram. I was going to be there a long time. But they made everything as pleasant as possible. Not too much of a wait and the mammogram was a new experience for me all together, uncomfortable but necessary. Just listen to the instructions and it will be over, i was a good patient lol i was told. Overall today the staff did great for me.
