Dr. Hermansen graduated with honors (Summa Cum Laude) from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, in 1991. He was awarded as a member of the Dean’s List and Presidential Scholar. He became Board Certified in Nevada in 1992 and started working in private practice in Las Vegas in 1993. He is a member of «Who’s Who among American Professionals» and a member of «Pi Tau Delta» (National Honor Society). He is a Certified Independent Chiropractic Examiner (CICE) with the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners (ABIME). He is a Designated Impairment Rating Phsyician with the Nevada Division of Industrial Relations, performing Permanent Partial Disability (PPD) Ratings on injured workers of Nevada. He has extensive experience in the evaluation and treatment of various conditions, ranging from simple aches and pains, to traumatic motor vehicle injuries.
