We had a difficult problem to diagnose with our tankless hot water heater for our 2013 motorhome. Sometimes it worked and other times not. We would get hot water in the morning then it would stop working, only to start working again in a few hours or the next day. We had it looked at by other RV repair companies and they could never find a problem; it always seemed to work when a so called expert looked at it.
Desert Mobil RV Repair found a couple issues, including a dangerous propane leak. Then they worked with our warranty company and all we had to pay was a low deductible. We highly recommend this company. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. And now we have hot water with no more problems. Thanks DMRVR.
