DaVinci Vaporizer

Had a bad experience with them. They said they shipped my product from their Vegas location. They charged my credit card. Four days later it still had not really shipped. I was told it had just finally been «picked up». Then I was told an accessory that was supposedly just shipped as part of the order and part of the charges to my account was not available. So apparently, they never shipped, and still do not appear to have shipped five days later. But they have my money. Most of us try and deal with the manufacturers direct so we get better service and more reliable product. Oooops! The units have a good reputation but I have to say their customer service is lame.

Love this unit. Experimenting with different organic herbs such as green tea, peppermint, chamomile; each herb has different health properties. Chamomile is a great chill pill. Use organic for obvious reasons. Love the Ascent because it is all glass & porcelain i.e. no pathway is plastic. I’m no expert, but I know it’s also superior to other vaporizers because of some other stuff that a vape aficionado can tell you better than I. Not cheap but figured if I am going to do it, I should go for the Lamborghini. I’m having fun researching herbs for different health benefits. Ascent is the new peace pipe!
One caution: if getting a custom color, don’t go for colors on the sides. They tend to be dark and metallic, rather than bright and glossy (as they seem to appear on the site). Also don’t get a white center because the white scuffs really easy. I had to send mine back and switch up my Italian colors instead for silver chrome sides and red center. Their customer service is impeccable. 5 stars for the product and 5 stars for the service.
