Cyclone Las Vegas

I love Cyclone! It has a great vibe, and Gabi & Julie are amazing instructors! Their fun and intense Spin classes will leave you wanting to come back for more!!! Bravo!

What a great find for a vacationer like myself and an avid spinner. Gabi and Julie and both great instructors and gave me a chance to guest teach in a class… what a blast! I will definitely be back next time I am in Vegas! I’ll miss you guys!

Best cycling class I’ve ever been to in Las Vegas. I haven’t attended Soul Cycle in other cities, but my friend says this is very similar.
Gabby is a great instructor and leads a terrific workout for 45 intense minutes.

It was my first time and I didn’t know what to expect. The studio was non intimidating and I was a little nervous since I had never done a spin class but the dark lighting actually put me at ease.
Gabi is just as obsessed with music as she is about fitness and nutrition! From Tiesto to Ludacris and U2 if her continuous energy and motivating words don’t keep you going the music definitely will. Have you ever heard a song during a class and wanted to know what it was so you could download it later? Don’t worry in this class because She will announce it before or during. My favorite part is that she uses the beat to keep the pace… You really ride with the music. Right when I thought my legs were about to give out, I couldn’t resist hopping up to the beat! Morillo Morillo Morillo… Perfect song! And a cool down with U2? Amazing and just when you thought it couldn’t get any better cool down ended with some inspiring words and a short meditation. She’s psycho which makes me psycho for cyclone!!! Thank you Gabi

I heard about the whole «boutique spinning» trend coming around and how David Beckham, Harry Styles, Bradley Cooper, [insert name of any celebrity ever] etc are ALWAYS doing this thing called SoulCycle. In a nutshell, it was 45 minutes of spinning but really focused on the beat. Think of it as synchronized dance club bike riding.
I’ve been a member with Inferno Hot Pilates for forever now and one of the things I love so much about Gabi and studio is that they grow with the needs and interests of their fit fam. Awhile back, the studio expanded next door and added non-​Pilates classes. Not only did they add bootcamp classes, but lo-​and-​behold, boutique spinning had arrived in Las Vegas!
Cyclone is AMAZING and AMAZING for you. I hate cardio. Show me someone that says they love cardio and I’ll show you a liar. These classes beautifully disguise that dreaded cardio sesh into 45 minutes of what feels like a big sweaty dance party. I love that it’s both guy and gal friendly (spin with your boyfriends and husbands, ladies!) and really newbie friendly. It can be really intimidating walking into a fitness studio that you’re new at, but I think the staff here does a great job and making everyone feel comfortable.
Everyone should try at least one class here. Truuuuust me.

I’ll start with: I don’t like the Soulcycle style of riding. However, it wouldn’t be fair of me to give Cyclone a 1-​star rating on the basis of that alone, but there were some other things I experienced that make me say, «Nope, absolutely not». I hated my first class, but tried to be fair and try a different instructor for a second class. Second experience was as bad as the first.
– I thought the instructions given were dangerous. As an example, the instructor gave the direction to put hands into position 4. In 13 years of cycling, I’ve never heard of position 4 — i.e., hold onto the metal bar that connects the handle-​bar to the bike, not the part of the bike designed for you to safely hold during a ride.
– I thought the instructors had bad form. During one class, there 2 instructors riding and they seemed more focused on doing push-​ups in sync and quickly than on demonstrating good form. Riding really fast with with no resistance makes no sense, and you can always tell it’s happening, because the rider will bounce. Expect to see students bounce, shocked when I see instructors doing it.
– I didn’t feel like any of the 3 instructors I had classes with during multiple visits were friendly or welcoming (to me or anyone else). Seemed to be a bit of favoritism.
– I don’t expect instructors to be trained doctors, but should have some understanding of how to accommodate common injuries. I had a «did she really just say that moment» in response to one piece of modification advice I was given.

Looking for amazing Spin Classes Las Vegas can be quite difficult. But once you attend a Cyclone Indoor Cycling class, you need to look no further. Gabi and Julie are amazing instructors who give that energy, inspiration, and motivation needed to walk out of the room wanting for more while dripping in sweat. One word of advice, the classes get quite full, especially on the weekends, and if you do not use their advance reservation system, the class may not have a open bike. Bravo Gabi! The best indoor cycling class in Las Vegas!

Julie is great but its so fast paced. If you love sprints and double time then you will love her. Really liked the heavy resistance slower paced songs. Crossing my fingers for a 7 am cyclone class during the week with Gabby. She is great all around and is perfect for a beginner like me with a great combination. The boot camp class is great too. 30 minutes on the bike is doable with Julie and then you get an all around great workout with 15 minutes of TRX and kettlebells. Make sure you sign up by phone or online. Bikes are limited and they turned away two of my girlfriends this morning.

Great for the Mind, Body, and Soul. Cycle classes are motivating, inspiring, and fun. Great music, great instructors, and everyone taking the class is full of love and energy.

Gabi is so motivating! Go check out Cyclone Las Vegas! You’ll never regret it! It’s like working out in a nightclub! Low lights and loud amazing music!

I have been going to Inferno for years now and this class is amazing!!! It’s upbeat, fun and the music is freaking awesome. They never cease to amaze me here, they make working out fun, and it shows amazing results. Highly recommend this class, and it flys by!!! Love it– another success for inferno. Thank you!

I have been to a number of different spin classes at various gyms in Las Vegas and Cyclone is definitely unique from the others and also one of my favorite classes! Gabi has amazing energy to keep you going through the class. She is constantly switching positions so you don’t get bored on the bike and she incorporates a lot of arm movements for a great total body workout. She choreographs the spinning with the music and dims the lights, creating a fun atmosphere. The 45 minutes goes by very quickly! I highly recommend!

Amazing! Lots of exercises on the bike, variety of speeds & resistance, wonderful energy. The music is awesome, plus black lights… so fun & a great workout.

Gabi is seriously the best instructor in the world! I love her spin cyclone classes it’s a killer workout! Love her and love everyone here!

I’ve been searching for a great spin class in vegas for years, and cyclone delivers! Finally! Gabi and Julie are amazing instructors. Great music black lights and a club like setting, I don’t want the class to end! Def recommend this to any seasoned spinners, and new people as well ! Love it!

Can’t say enough good things about this class! I don’t usually stray from my hot Pilates and I’m not a cardio lover but I’m addicted to cyclone!!! Love it! I really love the cyclone boot camp. I’ve seen incredible changes in by body. This class is a must try. You won’t be disappointed! It’s so fun!!!

Love this class! The music is AMAZING! Black lights, loud bass and motivating instructors. Sooo much fun! Makes spinning 20X more exciting than a traditional class! Different every time and a great workout.

I never thought I would like cycling, but this class gives me the energy & positive attitude to take on my day!!! Great music, upbeat instructors, and I knock out a solid 45 mins of high cardio! I’m addicted and highly recommend giving this class a try!

I have been going to Inferno Hot Pilates for almost 1year. I was having a hard time loosing that stubborn 10 – 15 lbs & the cyclone spin 45 min class really helped bump up that extra burn I needed. It’s a fun class if you like to jam to music, glow in the black lights and get a good sweat. I do 2 classes a week of cyclone spin for (cardio with heavy resistance) alternating hot Pilates, bikini bottom, & lifting on my own.
The cyclone mix class is equally amazing, as you work hard on the bike for 30 minutes then move to bootcamp work!!! It’s tough, but awesome!
I love the friend like atmosphere with Gabi and all the inferno peeps always pushing each other to be better everyday! It’s inspiring and keeps me coming back for more!!! :-)
