Love it here!!! Got the sugar reef sugar body scrub and it was amazing along with the castaway add on. Citlaly was an amazing masseuse. I didn’t give the spa 5 stars because the woman’s pool needs to be cleaned and regrouted.

Beautiful spa! Only 10 minutes from Bellagio. Wonderful massage and the place was empty. I will be back!

I have been here multiple times and absolutely love their services and the spa areas. I think this place has the best COUPLES area in Vegas. Very relaxing and private. I would suggest the couples mud/​massages if you like one-​on-​one time in the shower or the couples honey scrub/​massage if you like one-​on-​one time in a giant tub for two. Free water and free juices. I would recommend checking it out. Also, if your a local, you get 20% off all service (don’t forget to tip)!

After working 20 hours a day for two months straight, I was excited to spend my first day off at the spa.
My experience wasn’t exactly what I would call relaxing, though. I always get deep tissue massages, and I expect it to be a little uncomfortable when they work out the knots in my shoulders, but they usually warm up to it rather than immediately start on them when they aren’t even warmed up. It was a very aggressive massage, and while she definitely helped my knots, it wasn’t very enjoyable.
I had an hour break between appointments and decided to eat. I set up camp by the pool and my food was delivered to me. When I started eating it, an attendant walked by and informed me that I needed to move to the lounge area. This meant that I had to pack up everything and then carry my tray of food and drink through two heavy doors on my own, which was awkward. (I’m not a princess, I can do things on my own, but it wasn’t exactly the service I would expect from a spa.)
My facial came next. I informed her that I had been working long days with no breaks and had not been able to keep up my skin care régime. She was very understanding, but as usual, talked me into a more expensive facial. As she started on my treatment, she was very adamant about how bad my skin was, to the point that I was even more embarrassed by the end than I was at the beginning when I warned her that I hadn’t been taking care of it.
The really bad part though, is I discovered I had left my Tiffany’s necklace that I’ve been wearing for ten years in the pocket of my robe when I checked out, and they lost it. They haven’t even made much of an effort to find it, either. I would have much rather kept my necklace than traded it for such a mediocre experience.
All in all, it was a decent experience. The facilities are small but clean, and I appreciated the locals discount, but I doubt I will be going back, unless it’s to try to find who’s wearing my necklace!

I have lived in Vegas for over 50 years and this was THE best spa experience I’ve ever had! I was relaxed for a week after my massage & facial and got to spend the day in the spa and relax… I think I even fell asleep.
Don’t care for the hotel much but the spa belongs in a higher end hotel. Very beautiful.

I booked the Honey Do’s for my boyfriend and I and had the most amazing experience. We soaked in the jacuzzi pre-​treatment, soaked in a coconut milk bath for 30 minutes then did a sugar scrub, then an hour massage. It was awesome. The facility is super clean, very nice and a perfect little oasis in the middle of the desert. I would highly recommend this. We are not locals but will be coming here every time we are in town. Such a relaxing great day together.

I’ve been coming here for several years. This spa is located inside the south point hotel and casino, back near the pool area. You will become instantly relaxed even upon walking into the lobby. Great little boutique inside the lobby as well. Womens area is off to the right and the men’s area is off to the left. We come here for couples massages every couple of months. The woman’s locker room area is well stocked with just about everything you could need and very clean. I usually bypass the women’s lounge area and jacuzzi and head off to the co Ed area. The co Ed area has a large jacuzzi with a beautiful hanging lighting fixture that changes colors. Wet and dry sauna. We do the 80 minute couples massages and I am always relaxed and well taken care of no matter who the therapist is. Valentine’s Day today was even more special as they had chocolate covered strawberries available and a fruit/​cheese and cracker platter complimentary. Always a great experience at the spa.

An easily accessible spa and salon at the Southpoint, that I wouldn’t have known existed had I not been lucky enough to receive a gift card. After some internet research to see the services they offer, and that they hook it up with a 20% locals discount, I was stoked to get my free pampering on!
I was contemplating getting a massage, but instead decided to have a mother daughter mani/​pedi date. We were greeted by Ann and Mare. My daughter wanted a gel manicure, and in my past experiences, they take longer, so she chose against a pedicure too. Not this time, she was done in 25 minutes and waiting on me, and they didn’t even offer her more. I went with a «sweet and simple» manicure, and some Moroccan oil pedicure. (NOTE: prices a few bucks higher than stated online) So, first off 5 stars all around for the ladies. They were polite, good at what they did, and I was extremely happy with our nails, especially the massage during the pedi. With that said, why my pedicure was $ 30 more for some oils, I am still very confused about, it only took 30 minutes tops. I was also given a sample of some Moroccan lotion that I could have gotten at any higher end department store, for free. This was $ 75?! Okay, note taken. Now had we been offered the actual spa area as well, maybe I would not mind the price. But for basic manicures and pedicures, not really feeling it.
The pros, the place was immaculate. I was served wine. Large selection of colors. Great service and many options of stuff to make you feel good from facials to hair to massage. My mani lasted almost a week. And of course the discount. (Still with a 20% locals discount, a gel mani, a simple mani, and a special oil pedi: $ 124)
So again, I would have been so down to spend that money could we had a spa day and enjoyed the sauna or other areas I have read about, but we didn’t even so much as see that stuff. I may consider coming back for a massage, and making an afternoon out of it. But as for nails, I will stick to my normal, really for locals, go to places.

This spa is on par with any world-​class spa.
Upon arrival, you get taken to the woman’s area and are provided with a comfortable Terry lined robe and locker.
They have a wonderful shower area with coordinating fragrances on each shower… they’re all different.
The women’s lounge area is comfortable and big with plenty of seating. They have free fruit, teas, and juices. I really want free tea at a spa so that’s my most important thing not food. They do offer food service but I haven’t tried it.
The staff is incredibly professional and you can always get a walk in appointment here so go for it, you’ll love it.
The massage therapists are fantastic and the rooms have the best tables where they can change the height with a foot control mechanically. They use a lot of warmth on areas after they work on an area so they’ll treat your back and cover you with a warm towel. They have the perfect attention to detail that I appreciate.
My favorite though is that you also get what i call the wet room with a Jacuzzi, steam room and the most soothing lounge area to me in all of Vegas. There is also a dry sauna and neck massage gravity pool. It is heaven in this area. I like to steam, then jacuzzi, then steam… then lounge and let the water evaporate off me. It’s clothing optional and it is one place i feel 100% comfortable in the nude. It is very liberating. If you only get a salon service or a service under $ 80 you do not get access to this area.
The only thing they can do better is run the waterfall in the women’s lounge, wet room area please pretty please. It would make my little heaven on earth even more special.

The massage was great! And I loved the jacuzzi area! Very beautiful and relaxing! But I had to take off two stars because the water in the shower was cold, and I even tried two different showers. The hair dryers also blew out cold air. I may give it another chance only because the massages are cheaper than on the strip, but it’s definitely not my favorite Las Vegas spa.

Enjoyed the couple’s amenities. Had it all to ourselves which was awesome! Had a Swedish massage which was relaxing. Was disappointed with the food service. Had to wait for an attendant to ‘sense’ that you wanted something or call the spa to ask for an attendant. I had to do the latter. Then the food took twice as long than what was stated. It was over an hour for hummus, salad, and crackers! We ended up returning it because we were moving to our services. We were told that we would have to pay for food separately. Meaning, I would have to leave my relaxation to get my payment out of my locker, really?
Overall, good experience. Just missing some key customer service to truly cater to rest and relaxation.

My husband treated me to a facial and massage at the Costa Del Sur Spa for my birthday this year. While I have stayed at the South Point in the past this was my first experience with the spa and I must say my expectations were exceeded.
My appointments were scheduled for fairly early in the day, so I did not get to take advantage of the facilities as long as I would have liked. Although my time was limited, I really enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi and eucalyptus steam room.
My massage was by Laly and it was amazing. Truly one of the better massages I have had in my life, the pressure was just perfect and Laly really focused on my problems areas which resulted in a lot of stress relief.
Dana was my aesthetician. After accessing my skin she recommended a facial that was slightly different from the one my husband had scheduled. Dana was very gentle with the extractions, and I was so pleased with the results, my face both looked and felt amazing for days.

There are many spas to choose from in Las Vegas. For me, Costa Del Sur is one worth returning to for both the spa facilities as well as the treatments provided.

Ive been coming to this place for years yet i never gave it a review. I always leave relaxed and extremely satisfied. This is a great secret getaway for locals as they give you awesome deals without compromising the service or experience. The size of the spas on each genders size is substantial. Ive never been when it was packed. Thats why i like it so much and most likely why i never gave it a review as I want to keep it for myself.

I wanted to get a hot stone massage for my birthday yesterday so I made can RSVP a day ahead of time for one the next day. I arrived to the spa 20 – 30 Mins early and the check in process was quite easy.
The receptionist them let me to the back where I changed into my role was able to lounge and the beautiful lounging area accommodated with quite a few selection of beverages and fruit.
One 4 o’clock reached my masseuse came to greet me and let me in the back in another room where right then received my hot stone massage. I have to say my masseuse was excellent she had the softest hands ((Aleidis Cid)) was her name and she was the sweetest.
That have to honestly say if I ever need a massage again I would definitely Book my appointment with her again!!!

Best spa in Vegas !! Cannot give enough praise to all the staff. We live in Vegas and sneak away every 4 weeks for our spa day, we stay 2 days at the South Point with Tuesday being all about us, 80 min. Massages in the morning and 80 min. Facials in the afternoon. Highly recommend !! I’ve checked price range as moderate because we are locals so we get a discount. But also because years ago we visited other local spas and the pricing is comparable.

Let’s start with the bad: Way overpriced. But honestly, you’re going to get overpriced no matter which spa you go to in Vegas. Also, lack of food options in the lounges. Only apples, really? No brushes in vanity area.
The ok: Not quite as overpriced as many of the other spas. Kind of weird that you have to ask an attendant to get a razor; they should just be out for the taking like the combs, cotton pads, etc.
And finally, the good: The facilities are very nice. Don’t let the fact that this hotel isn’t one of the swankier, newer ones in the middle of the Strip fool you. They have separate men’s, women’s, and co-​ed (swimsuit required) facilities that each have a sauna, steam room, hot tub, and lounge. The separate gender facilities also have cold plunge pools and cascading waterfall mini-​pools. Many showers, each with a different scent that’s indicated on the outside of the door. The provided robes were nice and soft and not those weird waffle-​weave ones that some spas use. Lots of hair products in the vanity area, and you can obtain curling irons and hair straighteners from the attendant on duty. My masseuse was also very good; one of the best massages I’ve ever had. And they have a plethora of services tailored for couples.
All in all, great spa, but I just wish it was more reasonably priced.

Overall Impression: Very nice, spacious facility, which is a good thing considering how isolated South Point is from the rest of the hotels. If you’re staying at the hotel, no need to venture north to the strip to get a quality spa getaway.

Beautiful facilities, friendly staff… best massage ever. We got the honey do package, and it was great. We got to enjoy the spa following the treatment. We stayed for hours. I loved it.

I took my boyfriend here for a mini-​vacation. We were staying at the South Point for the weekend. I booked us the Honey Do Package. We were able to check in early and hang out in the couple’s area.
The women’s lounge looks nice and roomy. Lots of showers and a hot tub. I didn’t spend much time there. My boyfriend had good things to say about the men’s lounge as well.
The couple’s area had a steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and showers. The area required bathing suits as it is co-​ed. We were able to enjoy the area for a couple hours before our treatment.
The private tub was so relaxing and wonderful. Ben and Lolly were our massage therapists and they were GREAT. We got 25 minutes in tub and then a 50 minute massage. Which was wonderful.
They also offer 10% off for military and 20% off for locals. It was a bit pricey but you pay for the ambiance and access to the spa.
Overall, absolutely wonderful. Would definitely go back.

I chose this spa for a recent Vegas trip because of the coed facilities and the couples treatments.
Let me preface this by saying I’m an esthetician, I know spas. The experience was A+ from beginning to end. I was surprised at how pristine the spa was for how old it is, it was clean & relaxing.
I loved my massage therapist Lauren. She was perfect! I get massages weekly & it was the first massage that felt relaxing & therapeutic. (Sometimes I feel it’s one or the other, meaning relaxing OR having a therapist shredding out your knots as you cringe)
Best bang for your buck! Monthly special treatments and a discount for locals. Yay!
