Sales women calls names to customers such as «rude bastard» ect… other language not allowed in the review
after 7pm: Delivered dented broken bed and told me it wasn’t broken, he was fixing it;
faux leather furniture, not what i paid for, all dye came off on skin, clothes, damaged rental apartment walls
10am: called and told them to come pick this crap up
Manager picked up furniture, damaged the front door on the way out. Then refused to refund the $$, arguing that it was special order, all sales are final
So he’s keeping the furniture AND the money. Somehow this is ok to them. And my new apartment is messed up, i’ll be losing my security deposit for sure. Buyer beware.
