Horrible experience with the older lady at the front desk (She said her name is Kalena). She argues and she wouldn’t even let the other girls there help once she says something. Maybe its a self esteem issue I don’t know. You would hope that someone that deals with patients with health issue on daily basis would be more understanding and helpful but it doesn’t work that way there. She ruins it for everyone else as she’s the first person you seen when you walk in. Everyone else seems very nice. If I remember correctly the other lady’s name, April, is super friendly. But she’s on the inside and she can’t do anything once Kalena has a say. Physicians seem alright all right also. Even though the previous time Dr. Wojcik was late about an hour (kinda expected from most Dr-​s these days). I would try and find another office or maybe start going to the North Tenaya office because it’s hard to deal with this woman. No exaggeration!
