Loved it here! They accept TriCare standard which made it even easier. They got me in right away and everyone was very friendly.

LOVE this office! They are always so great. We have been coming here for a little over a year now and really enjoy the service and the friendly staff. It’s also super helpful that they’re open 7-​days a week and later in the day. I never have a problem rescheduling and they’re just a great office. Higher recommend them if you want great service with friendly staff.

unfortunately my review is not good. I had a broken tooth and 2 of the dentists weren’t sure how to fix. During two visits not much was accomplished. I got the feeling they were so unsure of themselves they kept leaving me sitting to go ask the dentist/​owner. I was sent away with an ill-​fitting crown that they said was not permanent so be careful. They knew I was leaving town and promised to refund me part of the payment for the bad crown. Now they don’t remember me. I just couldn’t trust them to be knowledgeable and honest.
The front office staff was great and I appreciate that but the quality of the dentistry is iffy.

November 25, 2015. Enjoying a lovely Thanksgiving holiday in Vegas and… So, I’m in Las Vegas eating my first meal and CRACK! A tooth breaks. The horror. Immediately look to Unilocal for help. The first place that pops up is Comfort Care Dental Group. This place was absolutely amazing. The location was easy to find, the staff reception wonderful and professional, the office was impeccably clean, the dental staff very caring, professional, knowledgeable. The Dr. Brown was amazing, he added some filler and I was on my way. If you are in Vegas and you are looking for an emergency dentist do not look further. This place is beyond 10+ Stars. They are the absolute BEST.

Everyone at Comfort Care truly cares about people and each other. I live downtown and needed to get a check-​up. I haven’t been to the dentist in about 3 years. After I had braces, I was so burnt out on going to the dentist that I decided to go on a dental sabbatical. ;) I’ve always found a hard time finding a dentist that had great service and great staff/​dentist. This place was amazing and made up for every horrible experience I encountered. I was greeted by Shannon at the front desk. She was friendly and courteous. Afterwards, I was treated by Erika who felt like a friend that I could have a cup of coffee with! I was impressed by the level of respect I noticed in the office between the dentist and his staff. Pat, the dental hygienist cleaned my teeth and called the doctor back in the room to suggest a deeper cleaning. I loved the doctors response in trusting his staff and valuing their opinions. It truly shows why this place runs as great as it does.

The staff is great. First experience there after reading the yell reviews and I was amazed just as like everyone else. Everyone that walked thru the door was on a first name base from marti at the front desk. Crystal the assistant was very personable and a great person to have as the first contact to ease the visit. Great office and exp so far. Bringing the whole family back.

After searching for a trustworthy dentist for ten years, I’ve finally found the best! They make me feel confident and I can trust the dentists that have helped me. I used to fear going to the dentist. Please understand, comfort care dental takes away my fears. I don’t mind going to this dentist at all. From the moment you walk in the door, you will really feel like a appreciated client. They will do whatever possible to make your experience enjoyable. I will be visiting again and again. Best of the best, look no further for your dental needs!

I was impressed during my first visit on how attentive and professional Dr. Phan, the hygenist, and the staff were. They explained to me in detail the required treatment and went out of their way to schedule an appointment with an specialist.

Honestly l like Dr Brown he really cares about his patient and did a root canal and crown… I gave them 3stars because they told me my insurance will take care of everything and finally they want me to pay $ 400 out of pocket… really not nice I have signed so many 0.00 recepit and there it was… The bridge was done by my previous doc. so it was just the crown and root canal and the root canal was done for the tooth that was fine and for the sake of attaching the bridge was abused… plus cleaning was supposedly free but was charged 55 $ after going in to their office and telling them the bill was not fair they said I can pay 200 $…for the sake of not ruining my credit I paid it off… There should be some kind of independent office that hears the grievance of patients who are charged unnecessarly… it’s the trend of all dental office… there should be some kind of law against it honestly…

Finally a dentist where I don’t feel like I am being sold a product. The staff here is extremely friendly! They like to talk to patients on a personal level, which shows that they care about patients. They knew my brother by name from his previous appointment. Margarita did my X-​Rays and she was very organized and calm about it. Her hand was gentle as well, and we all know how annoying x-​rays are. I saw Dr. Mitchell, who was very friendly and informative. I was able to see my X-​rays on the TV screen in front of me, so I felt included in the discussions. Other dentists I’ve gone to show no proof and only want our money. Not this place! I will definitely be returning here again.

My spouse went here on a co-worker’s recommendation and while the staff and office are pleasant, the actual dental work (filling) was not up to standard and continues to give problems in spite of two additional attempts by the Dentist to fix it. BTW, the actual work was done by Dr. Etman in this practice and not Dr. Brown who is the owner. The co-​worker who originally recommended has also stopped going here after some bad experiences. Patients beware is all I can say.
Update: Thanks for the offer Dr. Brown but I don’t think my spouse wants to risk it again for the 4^th time with your practice on a routine filling. One other thing, your office actually charged and got paid by our insurance company for the two additional attempts to fix the filling even though we were told it was «no charge» and being taken care of.

Best dental office in town, all Doctors, assistants and front personal are excellent, very nice environment, they make you feel like you are family

I was in Las Vegas with family members who had flown from the East Coast when the unthinkable happened. The unthinkable quickly became an emergency situation.
My sister was on the Casino floor when she bit down on something so simple and cracked her front tooth which is a porcelain crown. My sister is one of the toughest people I know, she went back to her room with crazy glue, a q-​tip to fix it herself. As my sister debated how to go about applying poison onto her tooth inside of her mouth I arrived at the room to find distressed family members not really sure what to do.
I quickly calmed my sister down, advised her I had my car in the parking garage and that I was going to take her to the dentist ASAP. I pulled out my Iphone, accessed my handy dandy ‘Yelp’ application and began the search for ‘Cosmetic Dentistry’ based on my current location which was the ‘Golden Nugget.‘
I quickly found Dr. Brown @ Comfort Care Dental Group (which is open 7 days a week) only 0.8 miles away. I called the office and explained the situation, how my sister was due to fly back to East Coast the following morning to the staff and they were beyond helpful. The staff advised they did not have any available appointments for a few hours but would take my sister in as soon as humanly possible.
Within minutes we were at the Dental Office. This dentist office is located right off of Las Vegas Blvd in the Downtown corridor with its own dedicated parking lot. We walked into the Office and were assisted right away. The staff quickly verified my sister’s insurance information and quickly took her back to an exam room.
As I waited for my sister to be finished with her emergency appointment I looked around the office which was quite nice. I noticed a ‘2015 Dentist award of the year’ on the wall for Dr. Brown in both fields of Cosmetic & General Dentistry. There was a golden horseshoe over the door for luck (we were in Vegas) but most importantly there was a picture of a ‘Dragonfly’ on the wall which has significant meaning to both my sister and I.
While in the waiting area/​lobby I was able to watch TV, charge my sisters Iphone and sit in some pretty comfortable chairs. The reception staff with whom I had spoken to on the telephone and who made all of this happen in a timely manner offered me ‘cold’ bottled water which was fantastic because an hour or so prior I was in a Bikram Yoga class. Before I knew it my sister was finished with her emergency appointment. I was called back into the exam rooms by staff and met up with my sister who was closing out her deductible with the insurance care specialist.
My sister had a temporary crown placed over the damaged tooth until she could arrive back on the East Coast and she her regular Dentist. My sister whose standards especially for Dentists is quite high described the Dentist, staff & Dental assistants as professional, nice, caring, clean and extremely knowledgeable.
From the moment the ‘incident’ happened we were walking out of the door of the Dentist within 2 hours. There is no question that Dr. Brown and his staff at Comfort Care Dental Group saved the day. They literally saved the trip to Las Vegas from being a disaster and literally saved the trip as well as our families sanity.
Immediately following the Dental visit any pain and/​or discomfort regarding the damaged tooth was gone. Later that evening our family including my sister were at a sit down meal at Vic & Anthony’s Steakhouse. My sister kept her food order pretty ‘soft’ as in soup and oysters but was still able to enjoy herself on her last night in Las Vegas which would of not happened without the extreme professionalism and quick service provided by Comfort Care Dental Group.
There is no question if a Dental emergency situation ever arose again while in Las Vegas I would without question come back here. If you are a local a resident and don’t already have Comfort Care Dental Group as your primary care provided you might want to change that up.
That day in particular I had been seeing ‘signs’ everywhere including that ‘Dragonfly’ on the wall of the Dentist. Later that evening I hit a penny slot machine for a pretty significant jackpot, just thought I would add that in this review because we were «SO LUCKY» to find this place. Top notch service start to finish, could not be more grateful for the help we received as a family from this group of professional strangers=)

And have to give a five stars review because their professionalism. I call the night before and got my appointment for the next day at 9am. After some years without insurance finally I’m able to care about my teeth again. People here is so welcoming and proffesional they had the patience to walk me through all this process with a sincere smile. Even because my mistake I brought the wrong insurance card they take me and give me a nice teeth cleaning, X-​ray and verbal exam by the Dr. attached to some gift samples and the best nice fun friendly service ! :)
With the fair prices they got if I knew before I could not interrupted my dental care all these years…
Of course I found my right new insurance card and now of course I have all my future dental appointments here. So glad I found it! Not looking anywhere else Thank you very much!. 100% recommend it

Dr. Etman and all the staff are amazing! They go above and beyond. I have only been here a few times but I feel like everyone knows me already. This is definitely going to be my life long dentist office!
My wife referred me to them a couple years ago, I just wish I would of switched sooner! She raves above the office staff as well. :)

When I first visited Dr. Browns office was back in 2005. I needed lots of work done, but Dr. Brown fixed my teeth in two visits. I used to hate going to the dentist as I am sure many people out there, but after my experience at Comfort Dental Care I have to say going to the dentist isn’t as dreadful as it used to be. I have never had a smile at the dentist office until them. Now I am there on regular visits for cleaning with Path and for check up with Dr. Brown. They are both amazing as the rest off the staff. A great team from the front door to the exit door.

Dr Brown and his staff are some of the best in the business. I truly wish I had discovered them years ago. I had to have a dreaded root canal done and not only were they able to see me on a Saturday, they were able to get me in the next day after I called them about five minutes before closing the night prior!
The crown looks and feels like a normal tooth and they were continually asking if I was okay. I don’t mind going to the dentist and now, even more so. They’re fantastic!

Call Las Vegas Metro police cause these guys are the bomb!
Broke a crown in half on my honeymoon and called these guys who were open on a Saturday. They scheduled me in within 3 hrs, did a great job and were real professionals. Everyone I encountered were nice and friendly. A must go to if you’re traveling and away from your normal dentist.

I’ve been coming here for about 3 years and I really like this place. They are always nice to me and I haven’t had any of my dental work break/​mess up so I guess Dr. Braun does a good job. I go in every 6 months for a cleaning. I started coming here because my friend does and also because they offer nitrous. I’m a total weenie when it comes to dental work.

I was referred to Comfort Care by co-​workers who love them. From the time I scheduled my appointment to being seen first by Doug who was incredible when I shared my fear of dentists and that it had been several years to Dr. Edelson (think I have the wrong name, sorry) who was equally as incredible and a New Yorker-​woohoo, to Laurie the hygienist who did my cleaning and continue to check if I was in any discomfort. Amber that I believe is new but you wouldn’t know it to Dr Brown who opened the door for me as I was getting ready to leave – who does that? I work for a company that prides itself in Customer Service and Comfort Care blew me away. I will NEVER go anywhere else and I would recommend no one else does either. The first dentist office where I was treated with dignity and like an adult without being chastised.
