Club Lash

Bought a very expensive groupon from them, and before I could book it the refused to honor it. I got a lousy e-​mail from groupon, the company didn’t even tell me their self. I will never support a company, that does not support me. No service then what the heck is your value!

I wish I could leave negative stars. This company is a joke. I originally purchased a group on and went in for a full set. I also scheduled a fill the same day. A lot of my lashes fell out with in the first week and I was planning on speaking with the tech yesterday during my fill app. I received a reminder the day before my appointment. I showed up and no one was there. It was locked up and lights were off. I have been calling this so called establishment and on there answering machine all the owner talks about is how they are no longer working with group on. I emailed and called the owner to get my deposit which they require you leaving for fills then put towards your service and still have not received a response. I really should of checked Unilocal before purchasing the group on from this establishment. I don’t know how these people are in business. This is the worst customer service I have ever received.

This place has terrible customer service! My wife booked an appt in May then got cancelled. The owner then booked another appt then they cancelled again on us. Then the owner closed the business for a week, never called to inform us, charged our credit card for canceling which we never cancelled. She reopened a week later and acted like nothing. So my wife made another appt then the owner calls us back again and asks if we can change it again. All in all it’s been 2.5 months and still no appt or Eyelasses!!! Never never go to this place even if it’s for FREE!!! Terrible!

Not a good experience at all. Took them 3 weeks to finally book an appointment. The salon was hot and dirty looking. The girl working wanted all my personal information to rebook when I didn’t even know yet how I would like it. It was an uncomfortable 3^rd world type experience. My lashes irritate my eyes and burn. don’t know what kind of product they use. The permanent lower mascara is a joke given by a girl who seriously needed a breath mint. I will never go back or recommend this place ever! Groupon should screen their vendors more carefully.

I only went to this place because they had a Groupon one day and I accidentally slept thru my normal appt at Cherry Lash Lounge (which is great and I am going back to) and I needed my lashes done so bad I was willing to go somewhere else. First off when I called to make an appointment the owner talked my ear off for almost 20 minutes about nothing and sounded like she was drunk or something. Then when I got there the AC had gone out apparently just that day and it was excruciatingly hot and almost unbearable to lay there. Then the woman doing my lashes talked about nothing but how hot she was and how crappy her boss was and asked me inappropriate questions like if I was going to be coming back there or going to Cherry again. You don’t ask a person if they are going to come back while you are doing a service on them that they could purposely mess up because you said you weren’t coming back already. Obviously I am going to lie to you so I don’t walk out missing eyelashes! Then the next annoying thing was I could actually smell the glue she was using and it was kind of burning my nostrils. I have been getting my lashes done since August and I have never smelled the glue before, which can’t mean it is good glue. And finally, I thought it was very odd that she was completely done removing old lashes and putting on new lashes in only 20 min! Yes I liked that it was done so fast to get out of that super hot hell hole, but every other time I have ever gotten lashes done, it took them at least an hour and 10 min. I can’t imagine she can do the same quality work in 20 min as everyone else does in over an hour. They look ok but definitely not up to par as I have had done before. I already moved up my next appt with Cherry because I am assuming these lashes will start falling out a lot sooner than they should.

Not a good experience for me. I went there for a full set and was pressured to join their membership. Luckily I didn’t. I went there a total of 4 times simply because I loved the way Nichole did my eyelashes. My bad experience was with the receptionists. I booked my appointments online and before each appointment I was called to re-​schedule. My schedule is very hectic so that was not easy for me. WHen I went the first time for my full set they could not complete it all in one day as they did not book enough time out for her to do a full set. I had to drive all the way home and come back another day. Thank God that Nichole went to work somewhere else. I had to search for her but it was worth it. She is the best and I have been to many. Needless to say I won’t be going back to Club Lash Spa.

Trust the other reviews! I have now learned my lesson– read Unilocal before purchasing groupons/​living social deals. This place is horrible! Okay, the girls who work here are actually very nice– and I would recommend they go find a job somewhere else. The owner is awful! Had lashes put on for the first time and within two days they had completely fallen out. When I called, she said they would put me in for a free touchup. When I came in she was in disbelief they had all fallen out and said they would have to charge me at least 75 $ to put them back on and accused me of ‘not following proper lash etiquette’ which is listed on their website. I declined the service and said it was not worth it and just to cancel. She kept blabbering about who knows what (she may be highly medicated, I am not sure). She finally agreed to give me a free fix but then tried to get me in her monthly membership which I declined. She really wouldn’t let me cancel. When she walked out of the building I told the receptionist to please just cancel everything… It is not even worth a free service! Stay away! And yes, i will be calling my bank to make sure my card is not charged!

I NEVER write reviews, however, I am SO annoyed at this experience that I feel adamant to actually sit here and write this!

I could go on and on but bottom line is this… I have been going here for a few months, I have NEVER liked the owner Irma she is very unstable and over all just completely exhausting, I loved that I could book appts online so I didn’t have to spend a half and hour just to book it, she is that difficult to deal with even on a 5 minute level. This individual has ZERO business etiquette and is unethical, how she is even functioning as a operational employee is beyond my comprehension.
I was a good client, always on time, big spender and tipper. I was unable to make ONE appt and she charged me a fee of $ 35. Fine. That I can deal with. However when I see my statement and I have no receipt for TWO ADDITIONAL charges on my account totaling $ 200+ dollars (more than the service I missed) I was infuriated, I have tons of money. This is about principal.
This woman is the only thing wrong with this place, her techs were always great but never happy, and always leave, which says allot. As well as reading these other reviews I see that I am not alone in my anger, I have contacted BBB and LVCoC… I look forward to the day this salon is no loner operational.

I originally gave this business 5 stars just to give a new business owner a break, but I can’t defend her anymore. The business owner is a hot mess. Keep an eye on your bank account because she will charge you for services you have not gotten. I got my lashes put on by Jill who was amazing. I tolerated the owner as long as I had Jill. When I booked my last appt I made it clear that I had to have Jill. When I arrived I learned that Jill was not there. The owner stated that Jill was on vacation, but she could not state when Jill would be back. Basically, it sounds like Jill got smart and quit. I asked the owner why she didn’t tell me that Jill was not there when I clearly asked for her. I was told that I needed to give the new lady a chance.
The owner appears to be mentally unstable. She can barely get a sentence out and her comments are all over the lace. To make matters worse, she has an identical twin now helping her run the business and they act the same.
This business will shut down… just a matter of time. I feel that it is my duty as a citizen and a good samaritan to contact the BBB and maybe even the FDA.

Club lash spa was a horrible, excruciating, traumatic experience for me. I ended up losing all of my lashes, leaving me completely bare-​eyed for weeks and I’m truly lucky I was not blinded. Honestly, I should have gone to the emergency room immediately after realizing ACETONE was used on my eyes: The owner had instructed her aesthetician to use straight acetone instead of a safe glue remover after my lashes were all glued together by accident!!!
On top of that, the owner was not only extremely rude & dishonest, but very obviously unstable. From the beginning, she lied and said they carried REAL mink lashes and she tried to pressure me to join her «lash membership club.» I was very specific when I explained I already had minks and only needed a fill because my regular girl was moving that week. She swore they carried real mink but they turned out to be cheap spikey synthetics that ended up all sticking together in a lump on one of my eyes. I told them to please just take everything off so I could catch my flight that evening. The owner freaked out– she said it would take too long and that she had to go home. I was stunned. I told her I couldn’t imagine her wanting to let a client leave with their lashes all glued together and she became extremely rude. I had to eventually ask her to please leave the room and let the aesthetician remove the lashes.
For the next 3 hours, the owner, Irma, came in and out of the room going on rants & telling me it was too late in the evening to fix my lashes– that she needed to go home and that I would have to come back the following week if I wanted my lashes fixed. She actually told me to «just use mascara» and «from far away, you can hardly tell.» I refused to leave without my lashes fixed so the girl started using «remover.» It burned so bad, my head started hurting and I couldn’t stop crying– Once I realized she was using acetone, the girl apologized like crazy and said the owner had told her this was all she could use, that they’d had a problem with their supplier and couldn’t get any proper lash glue remover. I grabbed my purse and bolted– I couldn’t get out of there fast enough.
That night, I flushed my eyes for hours & in hindsight, should have gone to the emergency room as all acetone bottles say «if product comes in contact with eyes, go to the emergency room immediately.» My eyes were swollen & bright red & the acetone had given me a horrid headache that continued to wake me throughout the night. My lashes were burnt and all ended up falling out leaving my eyes bare for weeks.
The final slap in the face– the owner still charged me and acted like she had done me a huge favor by giving me 10% off. A few weeks after, they actually called me to ask why I had not been back in!!! I reminded them of my experience and told them to please take me off of their contact list. A few weeks after that, I’m getting spam texts from Club Lash Spa on my cell– unbelievable!
I usually go to Theresa at Axiom Spa in Henderson. Please read my review on her lash extensions– she’s amazing, she’s very honest and she’s an absolute lash artist that really cares about her clients.

Little update. It has been over a week since I went to that horrid excuse of a business owner, and today my card had a $ 99 charge… I NEVER even got a service done and that woman still charged for full amount. She has now been reported as making fraudulent unauthorized charges for services not performed to wells Fargo. Better business bureau is next. I suggest ppl make a report on this company to the bbb as well.

First, let me start off by saying that I have never written a Unilocal review about a salon service here in town. There is definitely not a shortage of people or places to go to for whatever you’re having done. Sometimes you just don’t have the same idea, sometimes you just get what you paid for. So what? Go somewhere else.
This «salon» however deserves my time and effort to write a review so people know what they’re getting into. I… like the other reviewers bought the Living Social deal to try this place out because I knew it was a new salon in town. Don’t waste your time or money. My eyelashes actually looked good and the girl who did them was sweet but everything else about my experiences here were so bad I can’t even give the place 2 stars. The owner (who is also the receptionist) has no common sense about running a business. She is very unprofessional and if you have a complaint (and she claims all the work is guaranteed) she will make excuse after excuse somehow making the complaint your fault. She will take a photo copy of your credit card and have you sign a membership (which you can of course cancel at anytime, ha!) After being jerked around on the phone by her and then waiting 30 minutes for my appointment I decided to leave and told her I was very unhappy with the service I was NOT receiving and left. I called to cancel my membership before the «30-​day trial» was up and she was very rude over the phone and actually hung up on me. Three days later… my bank account was charged for yet another month. At the pace she’s going she will most likely (and hopefully) be out of business soon so maybe that $ 30 will help her along her way.

I only went to this place because of the LivingSocial deal for the «Lash Xplore» for $ 39 or whatever the price was. I thought it was a great deal, and I always wanted to try it. Two of my girlfriends purchased the deal as well, and we all wanted to go together to get it done. We saw their website and were instantly impressed because it looks so nice and professional. Their website highly encourages booking an appointment online, so that’s exactly what we did. Our appointments were made a little over a week in advance. One of my friends recieved a call from the Lash Spa saying that they needed to reschedule her appointment because they were overbooked. Ok, fine, it happens. My other girlfriend and I show up 15 minutes early for appointment. We were the only two customers in the «spa,» yet we were not greeted and were ignored by the receptionist (IRMA, who I later learned is the OWNER). After about 10 minutes, we finally walked 5 feet over to the desk and told her that we had appointments for 1 pm. She took our names down and told us that she had a reservation for one of us, but that mine should have been rescheduled for 3pm. I live about 40 minutes from this place, so I wasn’t happy about the thought of turning around and going home, only to come back a little while later. I made it clear that I was very unhappy with this situation. She then gave me excuses that the receptionist no longer worked there and she was having to do appointments herself. I understand, but this is a business, and a key to a successful business is HAPPY CUSTOMERS. I was not a happy customer. The receptionist goes back into one of the rooms and talk to the «lashionist» (person who affixes the individual lashes) and they decide that they can fit both my friend and I in a 1 hour appointment. The lashionist was really nice and she did a great job. She apologized for the whole situation (even though it wasn’t her fault) and made the experience a lot better. The lashes themselves looked GREAT. When we were ready to leave the Lash Spa, the receptionist was telling us that as part of the LivingSocial deal, we had to sign up for their «membership» which cost $ 29.95/month but includes a free re-​fill and discounted refills there after. I regretably signed up for this, knowing that I was never going to go back. I figured that I would use my free re-​fill and then cancel the membership. I left the Lash Spa, unhappy but looking nice. In the following days, my eyelids began to swell. I mean REALLY swell. As it turns out, they use surgical grade adhesive, and I was allergic to it, or at least sensetive to it. I called them and the new receptionist told me that there was nothing they could do short of PLUCKING my natural eyelashes out (well, the ones that had the extensions affixed to them). So my choices were to either pluck my eyelashes out or wait until the natural life cycle was up and the lash falls out. I had to pluck out half of my eye lashes on each eye. Not my idea of a good time. And to top everything off, I called to cancel my membership (completely in accordance with with the contract) 10 days prior to the day when I was supposed to be billed. The new receptionist, Megan, seemed helpful… at the time. I told her that I wanted to cancel my membership, she asked for my name (didn’t check the spelling or anything. or even take down my phone number), and said that she would pass the message along. I also told her that I would like to either have someone call me or email me to confirm that the membership was cancelled. She said no problem, and that was that. Well, today is the day that I was supposed to be billed for the membership I tried to cancel. Guess what? I was billed. On top of that, I’ve called THREE times to inquire about why I was billed. I left two voice mails, and spoke with Irma once during business hours. I asked her why I was being billed, and she told me that she took care of it. I told her that I haven’t recieved a refund, a phone call, e-​mail, nothing confirming that this is actually taken care of. She told me that she would return my call «shortly,» but never did. So I called for a third time, and left a third voicemail (during her business hours) requesting a call back. Unbelievable.

This place is also known as Club Lashspa. I’ve never had such bad, frustrating service in my life… from the owner. I got a living social deal, maybe that’s why the service was so bad? Not only did they reschedule my 2pm appointment, but when I walked in at 3pm, they told me they had forgotten about me. So they canceled another appointment to fit me in at 4pm. Except that, they needed my credit card number for a service I already had paid for; but I didn’t trust their security, since I walked into an unattended office with client files left out. SO, the owner told me I was the most difficult client she has ever had, that I should be grateful I had received such a great deal, and to basically not worry about anything. She was a scatterbrain who told me about her lawsuit with Living Social, how they haven’t paid her, so she was collecting credit numbers for security. When I asked her if she would charge my credit card if Living Social didn’t pay, she said, «that’s a good question», and told me not to freak her out. Cuz she was the customer in this scenario. I almost walked out several times.

Apparently the owner saw my review the next day because she called me asking me to come in to take a look at my lashes because they «guarantee» their work. For some reason, beyond me, she failed to mention this to me in the beginning. Why tell me after the fact? Especially when i’ve already decided that I was done doing business with your establishment. Then she started yelling at me about how she was a busy, busy woman with a busy agenda and that i shouldn’t be bad mouthing her company. Yea, whatever. she brought that upon herself.
