These guys rock ‘n’ roll diem sum please try the mein mein salad, I have been going to Chin Chin’s for over 15 years in Los Angeles, CA try them in the New York New York hotel & casino during your next Las Vegas stop.
They finally have a mein mein salad with peanut sauce and shrimp toast apps which are way fabulous as they have always been in studio city location ! 13.00 on salad is monster salad and super cheap great for 2 to split!

Excellent. Staff warm and friendly. They only put a few items at a time out, so your food is always good quality. Tasty drinks. Made to order omelets in a lovely atmosphere without the cafeteria atmosphere of larger buffets. They offered us coffee to go, made sure we were happy.

My favorite Chinese restaurant in Vegas. The service is super good. Especially Emmanuel. Handsome and nice. Food is awesome! Fried rice is delicious!

We stopped by here while we were in town for CES. Our waitress/​bus-​boy were very friendly and fun, but the food took forever to arrive and it arrived cold. However, the food itself was pretty good — I had the beef and broccoli (the white rice tasted weird though… Uncle Ben’s? LOL) and my husband had soup. Overall a perfectly A-​OK place to get lunch/​dinner!

Hubby and I went to chin chin and it was incredible! We had fantastic sushi rolls and some outstanding cocktails. I drank a dragon fruit mojito that was delicious. Our server was named Dawn. Dawn was outgoing, personable and she was always smiling. She really made the experience 5 stars. This place is great. We will be back

Great sushi! The sushi bar is open later than the restaurant which made this the perfect place to grab a late dinner after our show.
The service was excellent, which is pretty much expected on the strip.
If you’re getting sushi, be sure to order the Philly roll — it was delicious!

Pros: very reasonable price, espeically if you use the Unilocal 2 for 1 deal! Server was quick with drinks. Xmas sweet decorations wete real and very
mac and cheese ever!
Cons: apart from the mac and cheese, quality of food was pretty poor. Edible but not that great. And why have a server at a buffet?!? I suppose its good for employment statistics but we couldve got our own drinsk very easily and not had to tip!

50 $ lunch, no bathroom, 15 $ noodles came out 20 minutes after ordering, the dishes came out sloppy on the plate. Common you can do better than this for the money I paid.

The selection is limited but it is TASTY! The lettuce bowls with minced chicken was very yummy! Also the desserts were really good (cake pops, cookies and mini muffins).
The service was great! Our waiter was very cool and he didn’t hover!
I will return to Chin Chin!

I just had lunch here with 6 other friends on New Years Eve. The Unilocal Check-​In deal was perfect and very well accommodated. We essentially had 50% off our entire bill!
The food was tasty and varied. But most impressive and appreciated of all, the service was fantastic! Our party was constantly checked up on and the staff was extremely polite to us. Thank you very much!

I almost don’t want to write a raving review because I selfishly don’t want it to be packed the next time I go to Vegas. The wait wasn’t long, and I’m still trying to find the words to describe the many food options. There are many options in the egg department, lots of French toast options, their bacon tasted real… Just try it.

We had lunch here and it was delicious! The mooshu pork with lettuce was spot on. It was to our surprise that the head chef was only 21 years old! This Asian/​Chinese food was on par with the ones in LA. I will definitely come here again.

Nice place for a moderately priced meal. Shrimp spring rolls and peanut sauce were really good. Sushi rolls are good. They care a lot about guest perception and check on your satisfaction several times.
Update: chin chin gets another star for a quick response to my review. They care!

Al principio no me pareció buena idea, pero me decidí, ya que era la opción más a la mano antes de instalarme en mi habitación después de un muy madrugado vuelo desde San Antonio-​LA-​Vegas.
Un desayuno buffet muy rico y variado. Excelente servicio y muy buen precio. Tal vez de lo mejor en Las Vegas para desayunar.

It was a well welcomed find after being disappointed around the area for breakfast almost every morning. For the price that SB’s was charging for a large coffee and a bagel, you can go to Chin Chin and get a fantastic breakfast buffet.
If you make sure to grab a ticket, you can get one free bloody mary or mimosa when you get the buffet.
The breakfast selection did not disappoint. Well, except for the fact that I wish I would have found it a few days earlier.
Fresh fruit, oatmeal, eggs, made to order omelet, baked goods galore, and then very nice helpings of sausage, bacon, and ham.
Bottomless coffee and juice… it was well worth it, after being treated to the normal craziness that Las Vegas had to offer by nickel and diming you everywhere you go.
I will be back next year!

Came in for breakfast buffet and left with lunch and a very happy heart.
The American breakfast selection was sufficient. Made to order omelets with shrimp and crab was delicious. Coffee and juices included for $ 18.
But the best thing about this place is the synergy amongst the team members. We were serviced with endless smiles and happy attitudes from start to finish. A shout out to Oscar and Angel for an outstanding service.

Came here for the breakfast buffet. Was pretty crowded that morning, but it was easy to get to what you wanted.
Many choices of things to eat. All the go to breakfast foods. Bacon, sausage, pancakes, cereal, etc. They also had more specialty breakfast items like red velvet pancakes. I will say one thing not good was that the eggs with steak inside of them… Didn’t have any steak. The best thing was the omelette. Tell your server what you want, and they will do it. You can even get shrimp in it! Try it, it’s very good and the omelette was cooked perfect.
The price for the buffet was outstanding for Vegas. You can that along with a drink like orange juice for under $ 20. I was shocked when my bill came to see that. Can’t go wrong with the place.

The average of three stars for Chin Chin seems about right, as we had a party of four here and we were split with two of us loving our meals, and the other two a bit unimpressed, so your experience here might be a little bit of a roulette that depends on what you go for. (Those that didn’t love it complained their selections were over-​salty and pretty greasy.)
We all found the staff really friendly and on top of their game though, and loved that (like most anywhere in Vegas) we could bring in outside booze we were consuming at the time and finish it with our dinner. Food came out quick too, which was great as we were time sensitive about to shoot off to see a show.

Breakfast and Lunch buffets are awesome! Staff is great and shoutout to Anita as she made our final meal at NYNY amazing! The $ 19 per person is DEF worth it folks!

We had a late start so were able to enjoy breakfast and lunch for the same price as we happened to dine during shift change! We will definitely return if and when in Vegas! Enjoy folks.

We came here because it was in the hotel we were staying at, and I was in the mood for noodles.
We started off with an awesome server, who took our drinks order. We got a bottle of sake and perused the menu for what we wanted. About 6 mins later a guy appears and said he would be our server because her shift had ended.
I ordered the Pad Tai and was pretty disappointed– the flavors were to citrusy which is not what I am used to, it’s generally a more savory or spicy kind of dish. The dish also lacked shrimp. However, there was an abundance of chicken which I could have done without.
When I explained to my server that I was not happy he seemed very nonchalant about it then told me if I wanted more shrimp it would be extra. I did not add more shrimp since I felt a bit turned off by his attitude.
When he came back and saw me taking the chicken off my plate, moving things around on the dish to try to make it better he offered to take the chicken away. I ended up giving my chicken to my boyfriend. I barely finished my Pad Tai; it was too intense for my palate.
Normally, I hate writing a review like this, but this was one of those situations where my server could have changed things around by rectifying the situation. Plus a better attitude could have gone a long way.
Maybe this isn’t the norm for these guys as far as food and service, my boyfriend enjoyed his dish, but I don’t think we will return. At least I enjoyed the sake!

Oh boy… When it’s a late night and you are desperate for food just prior to bedtime then you find yourself here! Bad idea… Should have read Unilocaler reviews…
Ordered sushi staple of California Roll, standard fried egg roll, Chinese Chicken salad and Mongolian beef adding the brown rice for $ 2.
Service was great, manager kept checking on us.
Food on the hand… yikes meh… CA Roll was mushy, fell apart… Egg roll was burnt yet not cooked so not sure how that happened. Chicken salad was disastrous, looked like it was thrown together with a scant of ginger dressing! There was chicken breast which bumped this up to 2 stars… Hubbie enjoyed his beef thus the star again! I can’t say anymore or else I’ll drop it another star…
