Cesar is great I have been coming here for over 2 years never have I had a bad haircut I always get complimented on my haircuts, will never go anywhere else I don’t understand why these people have an issue with him all you have to do is call an and make an appointment and you are set to go he’s a busy man

My husband comes here for his weekly fade. We’ve gone to other barber shops in town and I can honestly say Cesar is one of the best. He’s got true talent. You should call in advance and make an appointment as he is typically busy all day. If you don’t have an appointment you may be in for a long wait.
The shop is clean and comfortable. There is a soda machine and a pool table to make the time go by. He’s got pictures on the wall if you need help deciding how you want your hair to look. Remember this is a true barber shop. His razor fade is amazing!
Located off Sahara and Lindell in the strip mall near the huge asian restaurant. Prices are extremely reasonable. If you have a mustache he even trims that up nicely.
Any of the complaints listed on here are simply because these people don’t plan ahead. Make an appointment. And yes, it’s a Spanish shop but they do speak English too. If you’re lucky (like I was) you will be at the shop when his wife is making Cuban coffee. YUM!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Don’t go here if you are not Cuban and you don’t speak Spanish, you’ll most likely not be taken care of. I went here with my dad to get his haircut and waited for 2 hours and still had no service. At that point, we walked out and never returned. I do not recommend this place and I suggest you don’t go here either. The guys who got their haircut here hardly had any hair left.

I originally came from NYC where fades, shape-​ups, and blends were common. When I came to Vegas it was beyond difficult to find someone that uses a razor and can give a good cut until I met Cesar, haven’t had my hair cut this good in years. He does razor fades and shape ups like its no ones business, and he does it in a half hour! If your from back east and miss getting a good cut or a good fade definitely come here. Make an appointment otherwise you’ll be playing their pool table for a while.

I’m not sure what people expect when you go to a barber shop. This is no doubt a Cuban barber shop, and a solid one at that. I’ve sat with angel a couple times and I will continue to go back. Yeah sometimes they get backed up, but the most I’ve had to wait is 15 min.
For those that are in a hurry, all you have to do is say that upfront. There’s nothing quick about going to a barber, they like to chat with you and those waiting, it’s part of the experience. I am Latin, but as I waited those excruciating 15 min, I was completely engaged with the conversation at hand… and the guy driving the conversation was white (gasp).
Bottom line, this place is solid. Know what you want, say it upfront, and leave happy.

My husband has been coming to Cesars for his haircuts since we moved here from the East Coast. He’s always satisfied with his cut from Cesar and Cesar always accommodates my husbands schedule by appointment.

I’m not sure if the other people that reviewed this shop just had a bad experience, but I’ve been going to Cesar since he worked at another barbershop prior to opening his own. I’ve watched him open his own business and grow which has been pretty awesome. Contrary to the other reviews, Cesar has always been able to accommodate my schedule as long as YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. He is good at time management and runs a smooth operation. Oh, and I’m not Cuban nor do I speak Spanish so they don’t pick and choose here.
I’ve been to many different barbers in many different states. While many barbers can give a pretty good cut, a lot of them think they are just way too friggin’ cool, and that’s what I appreciate about Cesar. He’s always in a good mood and is very patient. He’s willing to work with you until you are happy. Unlike other barbers, he doesn’t get annoyed and start treating you like you’re asking for too much. Go check him out!

Cesar seems to «pick and choose» his clients. So if you’re not Cuban, this is probably not a place you’d wanna go. Gets distracted by the tv and «side business» he does while cutting your hair. Seems to get annoyed if you ask for a hairstyle that isn’t common and easy for him to do.

Negative stars NEEDED.
This is the second time we came here after my son made an appointment w/​Angel and he’s made us wait. Today, this Angel character made my son wait from 11:00 (his scheduled appointment time) said to come back at 12, 12:30 rolls around and my son isn’t in a chair. He also tells my son that he doesn’t have him in the books when My son made the appointment in front of me on the phone. I immediately Unilocaled another Barber Shop and GQ Cuts popped up w/​4.5 stars, SOLD.
If you’re looking for superior, even mediocre customer service, shoot, you’re lucky if you get a look of acknowledgment when you walk into their shop. Unless you speak the same language as these guys, you won’t be taken care of. I liked my son’s cut the first time we came here and is the reason why I let the first time the «appointment mix-​up» go, this is ridiculous. Not only the above, but he also constantly talks on the phone (via douchebag device: Bluetooth) and he cannot say that he’s talking to customers bc he’s constantly on the phone for at least 30 mins at a time w/​one person not even looking at his «books».
Cesar is the owner and he’s the other guy in the shop. He too, caters to those who speak his language and his regular customers. I watched him cut an elderly man’s hair, talk on the phone, deal w/​the cable guy and with other customers… The old man’s haircut took 1 hour and 30mins, the heck?! He doesn’t have much hair!!!
I don’t recommend this place, I won’t ever return.
