When the Apple Store couldn’t replace my 2010 MacBook Pro battery without replacing the whole inside part (apparently there was old liquid residue inside) they referred me here. I called, put a battery on hold, came in the next day and had my computer battery replaced within 10 minutes and at the same price they quoted me over the phone. They even vacuumed the dust out, and the «liquid» inside was just a tiny splotch on the plastic. As a broke college student I’m glad I came here instead of purchasing a whole new computer like the guys at the Apple Store suggested.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience here! I called ahead to see if they would be able to replace my battery for my macbook pro, and Ron told me they had the battery in stock and gave me the price and timeframe to change out the battery. He was incredibly congenial and polite, which is awesome for a tech repair company! I went in and they had me in and out within 15 minutes. Ron had noticed that my laptop was missing one of the rubber feet and replaced it at a super low cost. My laptop works wonderfully and the customer service was out of this world. If you’re looking for a friendly, professional, and top notch repair place for your Apple products, do yourself a favor and see these guys. They blow the Apple tech support out of the water. So grateful for the guys at Century 23 for reviving my laptop. Being in Las Vegas for work I wasn’t sure if I would be able to find a place that could fix my issue within the hour. I definitely got lucky!

I’m visiting Vegas from out of town and had to have a new hard drive installed in my Mac laptop today. The Apple Store no longer supports my («vintage») laptop and recommended I go to Century 23 to have them re-​install the operating system onto the new hard drive.
The guys at Century 23 were fast, courteous, and very friendly… by the time I went and grabbed lunch and came back my laptop was up and running.
The BEST part is that I was charged EXACTLY what they quoted me on the phone! Fair price! I would definitely return if I needed more work done on my laptop in the future.

Theese guys are honest, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. Whether you are a computer pro or novice you will feel welcomed here.

Took my iMac in on July 13, 2015 to have new drive installed. Got a call from them a week later to confirm what needed to be done. Left voice mail on July 28 and Aug 4 requesting update and call back, but never received. Went to facility today and was told my computer was lost and they didn’t know where it was. Within five seconds another tech at the store was able to locate it. Nothing had been done at all during this period of time. Total incompetence. I would not recommend using this place.

I cannot be more grateful for their work on my 2009 MacBook Pro.
I took it to Apple originally and they unfortunately couldn’t but recommended me to Century 23.
My main concern was getting 6 years of pictures recovered! I couldn’t believe it. They also replaced my hard drive and the cost was extremely reasonable for the data recovery and a new hard drive !
I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place.

After wasting four hours of my life at a Genius Bar where I was chastised for adding memory to my MacBook Air and told that I had basically corrupted my laptop beyond repair and that Apple wouldn’t touch it, in a last desperate attempt to resurrect it, I was guided to Century 23.
Ron was cheerful, helpful and hopeful, assessed the situation and laughed when I told him what the Geniuses at Apple had advised. He had it working in no time, and didn’t even charge me the full hourly rate as a minimum!
He and the owner both explained exactly what had happened, why it happened, and what I need to do in the future to prevent it from happening again, as well as recommending new ways to back up data and to call if I have any questions or problems with it later.
It is so refreshing and encouraging to know there are still professionals out there who actually take pride in their work and aren’t there to gouge you when you’re at your lowest, most desperate moment.
These guys are techie Gods among mere mortals, working on Macs before most Geniuses were born… there’s no comparison, and even though I’m from out of town, I’ll gladly ship my laptop to them before I’ll hand it over to a Genius at any Apple Store, no matter what city I’m in…
They saved my computer, which in the business of traveling for a living is my lifeblood, and for that, I am eternally grateful. Century 23 ROCKS! :)

Yes, ‘As good as it gets’. Truly.
I was in Vegas on business and my brand new MacBook Pro hard drive inexplicably crashed with crucial work info on it. Jessica answered the phone was highly efficient, intelligent and helpful, and told me to bring it in that afternoon. She and Ron saved all the info on the hard drive, backed it up, replaced the drive, reinstalled lost info and then couriered it back to me out of state in record time (despite massive snowstorms elsewhere).
I am computer savvy myself and have dealt with computer outfits for over 40 years (early adopter, indeed) and have rarely come across a team as outstanding and professional as this. It is a family business, headed up by the very capable and affable Nick with his daughter, Jessica and his son in law Ron.
I only hope that you’re in Vegas if your computer goes down.
All I know is, next time I have one that does I shall actually go to the trouble of sending it across to Century 23 in Vegas knowing they’ll do the very best job in the whole US of A.

Business must be booming at Century23. I was referred here by Apple for a screen replacement. The part was not in stock so they claimed they would research getting the part in or the very least keep me posted about its status. No call back so I called them; still nothing. I then sent an email asking for an update, twice; to which there was no reply. I guess they don’t need my money… which I explained I would part with, without questioning the cost.
At this point I’ll just assume, since they lack proper communication skills expected from a legitimate business, that they are not interested in anything other than simple hard drive and memory swaps that anyone can handle. Or maybe business has been so good that they have gone into early retirement.

In Depth: Spilled a small splash of Ginger Ale on my track-​pad of my 2013 Macbook Pro Retna Display. The liquid barely touched the track-​pad and within 10 minutes it was no longer working. Then the computer would no longer load and went into some strange safe mode. Essentially it was DOA. I brought the laptop into the Apple store in Town Square as soon as they opened on a Sunday. I was rudely chastised for showing up to the Apple store w/​o an appointment. Waited 20 minutes and a «genius» came over and never even looked at my Macbook and said: «it got wet, the warranty is voided and the cost of repair is $ 755. We also cannot guarantee your info will be saved. We will just get the laptop working again.» The guy was not sympathetic and seemed dismissive. These doofuses, I mean geniuses are trained to say this. They are useless.
Century 23 came on recommendation by several people on my FB page. I brought the laptop over on a Monday. Met the repairman who would be working on it named Ron. He was sympathetic and assured me they would save my info, take a look and give me a proper evaluation. By the EOD on that Monday Ron called to let me know that they had saved and backed up all my files from the laptop. On Tuesday morning Ron called to let me know that he had cleaned the small amount of Ginger Ale from inside and ordered a new track-​pad. He hoped it would be in by the next day. He called on Wednesday, two days after bringing it in to say your laptop is fixed and you can pick it up. Total cost (including taxes) was $ 169. I was shocked and very happy with how quick they fixed my laptop and how affordable the cost was!
The Macbook has been working like new. I have been using it daily for weeks and it’s running perfect. Ron at Century 23 really saved me and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received there. If you have a Mac computer, be careful as they are designed to break (easily). If you happen to make a boo-​boo, DO NOT take it to Apple for repair. They will give you a high quote in hopes that you buy a new machine. Century 23 is a certified Apple repair center and they will save you time and $$$. They will give you an honest quote at best.

Amazing! They saved me when my Mac mini hard drive quit… Of course while I was working on a presentation I had to give the next day! I had no back up, and even worse, all of my wedding photos were on the computer with no other copies! I was in tears after frantically running to the Apple Store where they told me my hard drive was shot and there was nothing I could do except pay a data recovery company a min of $ 1300! The guys at century 23 got me in on the spot and started trying to extract files just before their shop was closing. They even said they wouldn’t charge me if they weren’t successful recovering my data. The next morning, success! I got all of my documents and photos back :) and their prices are so reasonable! Friendly, knowledgable, and fair.

Sadly, I cracked my screen on our 27″ iMac attempting to open it. I found these guys listed under authorized repair facilities on Apple’s website. Located at Oakey and Decatur, I’d much rather deal with this company than the mob at a typical Apple Store.
John quoted me a fair price over the phone, and my computer was repaired in about three days. Thanks, guys!

Great advice and great work at a good price

I’ve been doing business with Century 23 since they opened in the 1980s and I continue to use them. Nick and his staff have always been helpful, knowledgable and friendly. I go there rather than the Apple Store for everything. A 25 year customer thinks they are GREAT.

Century 23 was on a recommended list that the Genius Bar folks passed along to me when it was clear that this Apple Store couldn’t help me and my nearly 6-​year old laptop.
I showed up yesterday morning to Century 23 ready to learn that my computer had passed the veil, but the man there was able to replace the part I had broken (he had it in stock) and he had the whole thing back and running in less than 30 minutes.
I’d recommend them to friends.

The team at Century 23 are awesome. I bought a MacBook off Craigslist. They upgraded my memory first, then gave me advise on upgrading my hard drive also. A bit reluctant at first but the guys there told me to shop around, find a hard drive cheaper and bring it in and they will do the rest. They even gave the specs of the hard drive to get and suggested the brand to buy. A few days later I bought a larger hard drive came in and in a matter of minutes had it installed and ready for me to load my information on to it. It is fantastic to see that type of service. Keep up the good work guys!!!

I have been coming here for years. First was a harddrive upgrade for my macbook. Had part in stock, changed it while I waited, ported all info over to new drive, and then put a usb on my old hard drive so I could access content.
You have a mac with a problem? They will fix it right the first time! The ONLY apple/​mac solution in Vegas worth going to. Smart, efficient, and cost effective.
BTW, just got another upgrade to a mac laptop, and Ron stayed 3 hours over to help me! WOW!
