Excellent customer service and standard of practice by both Dr. Carr and his staff. My appointment as bright and early, so initially I expected no waiting and did not. Whew! So nice, my pet peeve is waiting for medical services. Actually, I always thought, if I wait more than 15 minutes they should pay me! But… notta here, wait free! My health history was immediately reviewed and entered into the computer. I did not even have to fill out anything except my contact information and HIPAA forms! YAY! How nice! My examination was performed in a timely manner with no «puffs of air» or feeling as if my eye was being stabbed. OH! and let me say I HATE having my eyes touched or messed with! The techs here, no problem! They went slow and even were patient when they had to hold my lids open for parts of the exam. I didn’t even have to use the tooth picks I brought! HA! Just kidding! After all the measurements were checked by Dr. Carr I got the dilation drops… ewe, I hate those too! Soon I was on my way to the internal optical office to find my glasses and that was easy too, but that’s another story :)
