Business Owner
Carlitos a South American native immigrated to the United States in 1975 and the following year by showing respect to his country he served in the Marine Corps. He hit American soil with a running start. Every great entrepreneur starts somewhere, right? His humble start started in the entertainment capital of the world, Hollywood. That is where he valeted cars in a hotel. He worked hard and opened 3 jewelry stores in California. Finally, in 1995 he decided to move to the City of Sin. Las Vegas wasn’t ready for what was about to happen. He started with a small 99 cent store, that quickly became Pick More and Save, shortly after he expanded that store and added an adult side and a smoking accessory section. A few years after the expansion a devastating fire wiped out all of the hard work he had done over the past few years. Carlitos decided to come back bigger and better. He simultaneously opened 2 Carlito’s Way Smoke Shops. Today he owns 5 shops.
