I wish I can give this office 0 stars they are horrible take some two weeks to get your refills ready. If there is a holiday the doctor takes off for 3 weeks and does not have a doctor to cover for an emergency number. He does not have the resources to be a primary doctor two thumbs down his staff are Idiots and don’t know what they’re doing. This guy does not deserve to have his own practice I warn you do not go to this doctor he hasn’t a clue what he’s doing nor does his sdaff. Steer clear of dr muthia

Just visited this facility today. I should have known something was up when the examination room was empty of anything but an examination table, no cabinets, no sink, not even a trash can. Then I overheard him berating his staff out in the hallway. Though I’d indicated as well as several other issues, anxiety, IMMEDIATELY he was prepared to prescribe Zoloft which I would never take and then he refused to let me speak as I attempted to explain my needs. After I shushed him, because I couldn’t get a word in edgewise, we BOTH decided this wasn’t the place for me. Would NEVER return to this guy!

terrible service! plz do not waste your time or money. I made an appointment for 11am, and sat there for 45 minutes watching them take numerous people who walked in after me.

Horrible doctor. Keeps giving me antidepressants for my anxiety disorder even though I’ve told him several times they make my suicidal/​homicidal. Asked for blood work to see if I had an underlining health issue causing my panic attacks. He refused. He told me to stop reading the side effects of my medication and googling symptoms, basically telling me it’s all in my head and told me to find a shrink. He doesn’t make eye contact, rushes you and he even answered his cell phone once and had a full blown conversation during my app. Going back to my old doctor even though I’ll have to pay out of pocket cause he doesn’t take my insurance. Worth it though, atleast I can get the proper treatment and tests I deserve.

This «Medical Center» isn’t a medical center at all but one sickly Doctor that tries to run a whole office and way over books himself. He had a massive heart attack when I first was assigned to him and wasn’t able to even be seen for my medical conditions nor was I told by the girls that he was close to death himself. He was off for a month that time then took himself on vacation leaving all of his patients hanging again. Had we been told he had a massive heart attack? We would of been understanding and just found another doctor. But then he goes on vacation with pretty much the same MO and left us all hanging again. With my health I saw him every month for a year and a half. One patient I talked to in the waiting room said he didn’t know what he was doing ordering her blood tests for something that she didn’t even have. When she asked he got angry. This place has very nice girls working for a very rude, mysogonist. He thinks women shouldn’t be allowed to speak and he dismissed me as a patient when I questioned if I could switch to a newer medicine that had just come out. He isn’t very knowledgeable about current treatments and his bedside manner sux. If his accent wasn’t so thick you might be able to discern that he wants completely the boob he portrays himself to be. Don’t go!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. DO NOT GO HERE! To start, they have 2 different signs for their hours of operation, 8:00 am and 9:00 am. My boyfriend and I arrived at 8:45 and waited till 5 past 9:00 until someone finally came to open the office. This is a place of business, shouldn’t they at least arrive on time for their patients? On top of that, the woman looked like she had just rolled out of the bed and into the shower. Who comes to work with dripping wet hair? I mean really, get yourself together! You get paid good money and you can’t even show up to work on time or make yourself look presentable? So after waiting nearly 2 hours, we eventually got called for my boyfriend to be seen. I had gone to my doctors a week ago for an upper respitory infection and given meds, and he caught what I had and needed medicine as well. The doctor told him to take Tylenol for the aches and fever and over the counter robotussin. We specifically told him he had been taking over the counter medicine that was not helping and he has missed work. After arguing with the doctor, he said he would give him a cold pill, which turned out to be some useless medicine. This doctor will not prescribe what you need, and just waste your time. Oh and did I mention the woman at the front desk with the wet hair didn’t even know if their was a co pay under his insurance?! Isn’t that your job? Now I have to make an appointment for him to see my doctor that’s half way across town. But hey, at least there he’ll get the care he deserves.

Since I have stopped going here, I saw a real doctor. A doctor who is phenomenal at what he does. This pathetic excuse for a practitioner known as «Dr.“Ramanathan, had put me, a 120 pound 19(at the time) year old on 600mg of effexor. A lethal dose for someone my size and with my state of depression. He had tried to up it again at my last visit, but I shot him down before I put anything more in my system. Because of this, so called, doctor, I was almost put in the hospital for one medication he put me on I hadn’t needed, and had ended up in a mental hospital because of the dose he put me on of antidepressants. The psychiatrist I had seen told me that the only other time he had seen a dose that high was in a man four times my size that had served three tours in Iraq and had such severe ptsd that he could not even function at home in a safe environment. I hope this idiot has his licence revoked. He deserves jail time.

Update: Apparently the Dr. saw this and called me to threaten me to take it down or he would sue me. After that coincidentally all these positive reviews on his clinic popped up written all at the same time addressing the concerns I had. Phoney.

Fast service. Clean. friendly staff. Great bed side manner for doctor.

Dr Muthaya is personable, straight to the point and has all kinds of digital imaging gadgets. You won’t have to go elsewhere to have an xray done or what not.
The girls can be a bit more friendly, but overall wasn’t too bad. If you call ahead and give them your info they can check it for you so you won’t have to wait to be called in for your appointment and wait in the lobby.

It’s in the same plaza as the old Theater across Santa Fe Station.
