Slum… Run don’t walk away from this place. The pool is closes/​broken almost always. The security gate breaks weekly. You car will get vandalized. Mine only got the antenna stolen (who steals an antenna?) but I have seen cars get smashed up pretty bad. I’ve seen prostitutes coming and going on several occasions. They do not fix things (even the stuff I listed was broken when I moved in) and will charge you for them when you leave. You will get approached by the homeless and drug addicts for money every time you leave the front door. The head managers are complete a$$holes slum lords. There are no redeeming things about this place. Find somewhere else to live… Trust me!

Regret moving in this place since the first month. Bed bugs I had to throw the bed and the same happened to 3 more people Our bed was in the trash can. They bring the pest control company they took care of the problem Today going to pay the rent they give me a closed envelope they said I had to read it It was a bill for 350 that I have to pay for the bed bugs spray Nobody ever told me that Is going to be out of my pocket Today they said I brought the bed bugs and I have to pay for the treatment No explanation Why I wasn’t told anything She said even the court give them the right I asked proof that shows I am responsible for it she said she is going to try to find it I asked for the number of the corporate office and she said they don’t give it I said I am very unhappy and she said Okay Very rude and demanding Not trying to show any compassion Didn’t try to put me at ease Please find another place Don’t come here to live

Current resident for almost two years, will not renew lease. This is absolutely the worst apartment complex I have lived at and I have lived in a few. The leasing and management here is rude, incompetent and harrashing. Maintenance here goes on forever at all hours of the day, water is constantly being shut off, bugs everywhere, not very pet friendly even though they claim to be. Yes the photos and décor looks nice but for the high rent prices they charge in a terrible neighborhood and worse management possible, it’s better to rent at the Siegel Suites around the corner.

OK, here’s my review. I don’t like giving negative reviews, because I don’t like focusing on negative things. Here it goes:
* Relentlessness cockroaches. All species, including ones that I can’t even identify… German, Mexican, American, Indo-​European, and yes, the flying ones too.
* The pool is filthy, and has probably only been officially open 5 weeks out of the year that I’ve lived here.
* Incredulous management. Absolute indifference to any problem you might have. I have to say, it’s kind of cool though cause it can take months to get repairs done, most of which is deductible through NRS 118.
* There is one security guard. He is cool as hell. but, I’ve actually had the battery stolen out of my car here. A battery. It’s $ 35 tops at autozone.

Due to the lack of lighting at this apartment complex, please make sure you get ADT, security bars and an AK47 upon moving in if you don’t want your place broken into multiple times. In spite of complaints, the owner is too cheap to put in decent lighting or hire security to patrol the property. Cheapskate owner doesn’t have a problem raising the rent and then charging for renter’s Ins, water, sewer & trash. Ignore my check-​in, hit the wrong button. Don’t check-​in !

This building is ran down & full of roaches, mold n mildew the new management sucks & the new manager is racist she walks around the building cussing tenants out the rent is to high for the area its baby La then the maintenance takes along time to fix anything riverstone residential group the area is horrible police is always in out the building don’t walk to da store I’ve seen two dead bodies in one month on dis block don’t move here is 1500 to break lease is not worth the problems n dats all their is in this facility

If I could leave no stars I would. Yes they have a little better of a property then the one across the street but they have switched owners plus their management has changed 3 times in 5months. The new management cant seem to handle the properties request In a timely matter. Almost a month ago I requested they fix my front door so the ac doesnt go right out it and I request the light in my second room to be fixed. Neither has been done. When I first moved in back at the end of march it took them almost two months to fix my ac unit. Now after a big rain storm I had a leak that I reported as soon as I noticed it. I called later on that same day and told them they are going to need to replace the carpet because its going to stink and get moldy. Now a few days later I come into the house and it reaks. No one has bothered to do anything and only excuses are made as to why they didnt schedule an appointment for the carpet the day I told them it was getting water damage. So now I have to wait for maintenance to come up again and then because management doesnt know how to schedule an appointment based on a tenants word that the carpet is damaged, I have to wait once again and be stuck in a place where they obviously dont car to fix things in a timely manner.
Believe me this place is worth avoiding. I have one major thought of just telling them I am moving out and dealing with what ever fees I inquire for breaking my lease. Thats how bad this place is.
Oh and to add to the matter, the who property is crawling with bugs and forget asking them to take care of it.
They basically repainted the old property and threw new carpet down and painted the walls. They didnt bother puting insulation in the walls to help with noise control, I have to tip toe up my stairs so my neighbors downstairs wont hear us. And if I walk through my kitchen at night, forget it I will have a noise complaint in the morning to hear about.
Sad thing is when I moved in rent was 749 in march, now for the same apartment they are charging 949. Onlything that is good about the townhouse is that its large. Besides that, everything is bad. And out of all the people in the office, leanna is the only one that will tell you the truth and not waste your time. The manager will create bullshit stories and not bother to try to help.
