Bui Son, DO

First time seeing him was about a month ago. He was really understanding and he made eye contact with me while I spoke, unlike some doctors that are too busy writing down whatever. He wrote me a prescription for what I needed and also sent in lab requests and wrote me a referral. Will definitely go back. It was only about an hour to get in and out.

Have been going to Rainbow Medical Center for a year now. Front desk staff are always nice. I’ve never had a bad issue with reception yet once or twice they seemed a little distant. Could be because they take on MANY Pima Medical School externship students and things can get a little hectic. My wait times have never been longer then about 10 mins, if that.
Their MA staff are phenomenal. Quick, open, and understanding.
Currently see Dr. Bui Son as my PCP. From day one he has always been straight forward and to the point. From the time the MA does their underlining check and walks out to the time Dr. Bui walks in is always less than 3 mins. And we all know this is important because many doctors offices will having you waiting in your room for upwards of 30 mins. My visits never seem long. He’s a doctor that knows what patients need and want. I’ve never left feeling disappointed, rushed, or unheard.
He’s such and awesome doctor that I’ve referred 8 people (insurance and cash pay) to him. Including my cash pay hubby.

AMAZING!!! That sums up my experience with Dr. Bui AND his staff! It felt nice to be validated instead of disregarded. To have someone listen to my concerns and address them is priceless. I highly recommend him and his office.

Dr. Bui has been my doctor for many years, and he is the best most caring doctor I’ve ever had. He gives you time, TLC, and remembers details, but he has been very accurate in his diagnosis and very concerned about the treatment details.

I just started to see Dr. Bui and he is the best Dr. I have ever had! He makes sure that all my questions are answered and is very thorough with everything. He makes sure that I am taken care of and is genuinely concerned. Most doctors ask what you are there for and then treat and leave the room. he asks if you have any questions and will answer them !!

Dr. Bui has been my personal physician for several years. As a patient, I know I can rely on Dr. Bui to be there when I need him. He is always attentive and caring to my needs. Highly recommended.
