Budget Dental

So, I started having some significant pain on the right side of my mouth. My fiancé urged me to call a dentist. A few days and a bit of research later I called Budget Dental.
I explained the pain, explained it may or may not need a root canal. No idea. Called Wednesday and got an appointment for Saturday at 1:30. Woot.
After I got off the phone they sent me a little text with all the info to confirm. Sweet. Friday they called to confirm the appointment still. I missed the call but called back and confirmed it.
The place is reallly easy to find as their sign is HUGE. It is next to a foot spa place. As you can see from my pics, the waiting room is pretty darn nice! The entire experience to this point absolutely does NOT scream «budget.»
I’ve gone back here several times since my first visit and even made sure my new insurance would be A-​OK here — doesn’t help to get it cheaper, right?
Will definitely return.

Most people are scared of the dentist and I was one of those skeptics but ever since being a patient of budget dental back in 2008 I am not in that club anymore! Yay me! Dr. Cutter is of the few rare breed of dentists because she makes sure that you’re comfortable in any procedure that you’re in. The office also offers several sedation options and tries really hard to work with your budget. Care credit and lending club is offered! They care about whatever situation you are in. Treatments are never forced upon you. It’s solely your choice and I don’t know about you but I choose to have nice teeth please! The office will give you several available options whether to fill it, root canal it or extract it and they don’t stop there because they want to make sure that you still have teeth to chew with so they will also give you the option to do implants or bridges or partial dentures! I’m so happy to have found budget dental! I’ve learned to look forward to getting my teeth fixed or cleaned. It feels sooo good having nice clean pearly whites! But at the moment I’m a braces patient and I am soo excited to getting my teeth straight! I want to be one of those smile models! Lol.

I went to budget dental about a year ago for a simple cavity, I was satisfied with their services. recently the tooth started hurting so I went back to have them look at it .i was told I now needed a root canal and a crown, estimated price around two thousand dollars .one of the people working there not knowing I had had the work done there previously told me the cavity was so big I should have had a crown in the first place instead of a filling, this was the reason the tooth was rotting… I asked the dentist if this was true, she left the room and never came back I asked them if they would give me a break on the price I was told no… I have gone to two other dentists… I paid for exams and was told by both of them that budget should have capped the tooth instead of filling it, had this been done I would not have to pay to have this fixed out of my own pocket…

Budget Dental provides free wifi, which you will need due to the extremely long waits. I have had the displeasure of going to Budget Dental two times, both times I waiting over an hour and a half after my appointment time.
Today I had a 3:00 p.m. appointment for 3 fillings. After arriving 15 minutes early, because I have respect for prompt service and meeting appointment on time! I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes after my appointment time, making a total of 1 hour sitting in the waiting room.
I was then called back to the operation room where I witnessed dust clods hanging from the operation light. This is a health hazard, as it could have fallen while the dentist has my mouth open, and not to mention how disgusting it is to have dust bunnies as they are made up of past patients sluffed off skin cells, which were delicately hanging over the operation area. When I pointed the left over bodily excretions of past patients, the nurse, or receptionist replied «oh sorry» I managed to get the dust bunny off the light onto the floor, which is when the receptionist giggled and again said «sorry»
I was left in the room for another 45 minutes. By this time I had made two trips to the restroom, my phone battery had completely died, multiple people entered and opened drawers, but never once acknowledged my presence in the room. After waiting a total of 1 hour and 45 minutes to see a dentist to fill my 3 cavities, I finally got up after I heard the receptionist on her cell phone at 4:30 p.m. informing her significant other that they would be out by 5:00 p.m. because the doctor has something after work, so that means they are all leaving on time. She continued on about how she was excited to get out of work on time. This was when I got up and walked out. I realized there was no way the doctor was going to be able to see me and complete my fillings in less than 30 minutes, since everyone has pretty much ignored my presence since arrival.
I not only had to take time off work to be able to make my scheduled appointment, of which I lost 1.5 hours of pay while I waited for nothing, because the doctor never showed up! I still have 3 cavities!
The funny thing is Budget Dental has a no show policy and charges $ 50 for being late or not showing or canceling 24 hours prior. They require you to sign the policy when scheduling. This creates a contract between you and the doctor, that you will show up on time and that they will also show up on time. I will be sending a bill to Budget Dental for my time, as I believe all men are created equal, and thus my time is just as valuable as the dentists time. If Budget Dental can not meet the schedule and see patients at their scheduled appointment time, how do you expect to charge people for not showing up, or being late? I suggest a scheduling overhaul so you can accommodate the daily large patient load.
I will be seeking another dentist, one which respects their patients and upholds their contracts.

Ok, I had a little emergency. I needed a tooth filled that had a filling fall out. They got me in within the week. I have a few more fillings and when quoted the price, they were not so «budget» friendly. The staff isn’t too friendly and the location is in not so great of a neighborhood.

I would definitely recommend this dentist. Friendly doctor and staff. I was a cash patient and prices were unbeatable. Made my appt same day. Had an extraction done for only $ 150

I did not want to go to the dentist that my sister goes to because the people there are really rude, so my mom made a few calls and found this place.
Let me just say how much better Dr. Cutter and her staff is than my sister’s dentist. Although the process of getting a cleaning kind of hurts, she gave me all the attention that I needed. Not all dentists do this, but she put vaseline on my lips which is great because I hate it when my lips get all chapped after getting something done. She also gave me a filling on the same day so I didn’t have to come in again! While most dentist office do not take most insurance, they took mine! I would definitely recommend coming here!
Also, the dentist office has a place where kids can watch Netflix or play games or whatever and computers! Great for those who have multiple children to keep them busy!

I have been looking for a low price cleaning place for awhile. FOUND IT! I don’t have dental insurance anymore and just want to pay an affordable cash price every time for my annual cleaning/​checkup. Not first time customer $ 40 then $ 100 other times. Love these people! Lowest rates in town every time! Great dentist and normal rates. Yeah!

The service was great. I don’t always get to the dentist as much as id like. They all made me comfortable. The services were affordable and it didn’t take long to be seen on short notice. I would highly advise this as your dentist or emergency dental procedures. I couldn’t be happier.

I tried to call, and got an error message that the users voicemail was not setup, so I requested an appointment online, and never got a call back, called again in the afternoon, and got a message that the number is not in service, this is the number on their website, and the number I called for my last appointment, thankfully this isn’t an emergency, however this is disappointing customer service none the less.

It took a long time to be seen, but when I was they were informative and fast. They all were very nice. I recommend bringing a book or something entertaining to do while you wait. I went for my first tooth extraction and I was pretty nervous about it. They showed me a video on what to expect while I waited. All in all it was an pretty good experience. My one complaint is the new way of xraying hurts like hell. The computer thing dug in under my tongue and left sores… But I guess that’s how it’s done now. Oh yea the prices are excellent! I paid 189 for X-​ray and tooth extraction.

I really recommend Dr. Cutter and her entire team. She is incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, caring, gentle, reasonably priced, hardworking, and accessible. I have known her for her entire dentistry career. She is a fellow of the American General Dentistry board, something a lot of docs arent. She is constantly learning about how to be a better doctor, not like some docs that let their techniques and experience get outdated. I am so lucky to have her as my dentist. I hope you give her office a try, and do the treatment she advises, because she really does have your best interest at heart. You gained a patient for life, doc! you are stuck with me!!! Thank you Dr. Cutter!!!

After not seeing a dentist for a few years, I had numerous cavities that needed to be fixed. I went to several dentists and got incredible high prices for the services I needed. A quick google search later and I found Dr. Cutter’s Budget Dental. She list the price of her services on the net. I thought it was too good to be true but she and her team did excellent work on my teeth. 5 stars in my book.
