Brilliant Bridal

Brilliant Bridal is by far one of the most amazing Bridal shops in town with a very attentive, but not overbearing, staff! I felt like as though it was truly my special day from the time I stepped foot into the store to the moment I walked out. The entire staff is attentive and accommodating. Denise was my consultant and I could not have asked for anyone kinder, honest, open-​minded and just a genuine person! I was with my mom, but felt as though I had another mom by my side! The entire process was stress-​free, fun and yes, I bought the first dress I put on! The options are great and the shop is very nice! It was a great experience and I highly recommend Brilliant Bridal as the place to shop for the best dress for the best day ever! Thanks ladies!!! Skye

After a not so great experience at David’s Bridal and trying to find a dress from BHLDN, I put the dress search on hold. My mom did a search for consignment shops on Craigslist after a friend of ours found her dream dress this way in another state. Brilliant Bridal popped up and I made an appointment for the next week. It was really easy to make an appointment online. Rachel was a very welcome change from the consultant I had at David’s Bridal. My family/​bridesmaids live out of town and she helped me Facetime with my sister (a feature they advertise on their website). After trying on 5 dresses, thought I had found the dress, but it was hard to make that decision by myself. I decided to put the dress on hold and return 4 days later. My sister surprised me with a visit and made an appointment for 2 days sooner. Rachel pulled my favorites from the first appointment and my sister and I pulled a few more to compare. I never felt rushed to make a decision and the Rachel listened to me and addressed my questions (unlike at DB). I wish I had known about this place when we first went to look for a dress back in November. This is a great option for brides with shorter engagements. I was able to take my dress home with me that day and choose my own alteration shop.

Fiancé went to a ton of places and she said this place had the lowest prices, friendliest staff and best selection. I know we ended up being way under our budget and she still got the Alfred Angelo gown she wanted. I never actually was in the store personally but my fiancé asked I write a review because she was so impressed and she doesn’t have Unilocal

Fantastic time here! I was so on the fence about my dress until I found one that I loved and happened to be one of Rachel’s favorites, too. She gave great service, was incredibly helpful, very clear on my options for altering the dress, and was amazing with suggestions while taking my venue and overall style into consideration.

Came to brilliant bridal today with my friend who is the bride. The service was wonderful! Rachel was attentive but not overbearing, she gave her opinion on dresses and let us know what our options were in regards to alterations. She as well as the other ladies that were there made for a great experience!

Brilliant Bridal is amazing! I’m writing this on behalf of my friend; the bride, her bridesmaid & family. We loved every bit of this store. The dresses are designer dresses that are 30−80% off of original price! There were gorgeous dresses for about $ 300! My friends dress was originally $ 1300+ and bought it for $ 900. The dresses being so cheap is not the best part, the best part is the service! The women who work here are so genuine and truly care about you specifically and do not just see you as «another bride», like the store down the street does. Laurie was our stylist, and my friend was so blessed by having her as her stylist. We all loved her! She was so patient & fun with us. She knew just what my friend was going for and always added some creative ideas to the dresses she tried on. Laurie was even the one to pick the dress my friend said yes to! We really enjoyed that we did not feel rushed or pushed to buy something the bride didn’t love! They’ve only been open here since Nov. 2015, so save yourself a trip anywhere else and come here!

The women at Brilliant Bridal are amazing! They helped me with my specific needs, and found me an unbelievable dress! Alice and Denise are great, and took the time I needed to be sure my dress was the right choice!

I should clarify that we had a scheduled appointment that we made based of reviews of other Brilliant locations. In my daughter’s size they only showed us two mid tier «upscale» dresses, one Pronovia and a Nicole Miller. The Pronovia was in terrible shape. There were no Ramona Kreveza, no Monique L’huillier, Maggie Sottero or Lazaros, etc.
I gave this review 2 stars because the service was great but if I had to rate the quality of the stock I would have given it only one star. I liked the store and I hope that they can update their collection, clean and repair the dresses before putting them on the sales floor, and tell the customers that these gowns are not «overstock», that they are old and worn samples.

Went to four bridal salons and this one had the cleanest sample dresses of all. Not only is the store chic & stylish but it is also clean & welcoming. Spacious, private try on rooms with walls & doors (no curtains here) & comfortable place for family to wait and see the dresses. On top of everything else, the staff is AMAZING. Ultimately I bought my dress elsewhere but came back to buy accessories here because all of the ladies are so sweet & knowledgable. Staff includes former bridal salon owners who know the business inside and out. They complimented photos of the dress I bought & were nothing but helpful and supportive! For wonderful gown selection, a warm and welcoming environment & friendly and educated staff, be certain to add Brilliant Bridal to your gown shopping list.

I can’t say enough great things about this place. Gorgeous dresses and amazing prices but that wasn’t even the best part. Best part was the people! So warm and helpful and genuine and made me feel so special! So happy to have said yes to the dress here! My stunning dress was $ 475! I didn’t think I would be able to find a beautiful designer dress for that price. When I told them my budget of $ 500 or less, they were so great with only showing me dresses with those prices. A lot of the bridal stores I went to kept trying to show me more expensive dresses, in hopes I would fall in love with them. They would tell me «it’s your wedding day, price shouldn’t matter, you have to feel beautiful, etc!» When I told Brilliant Bridal my budget, they didn’t question it or make me feel like I couldn’t find a dress in that price. I just loved this place and I’m telling all my engaged friends to check it out!
