I had such a wonderful experience! Karina helped me find the perfect dress and it fit perfectly (which was a difficult task because I found the dress 3 weeks after I had my baby, and lost 20lbs before my wedding 5 weeks later). She put up with our hectic schedules for fittings, and made sure that everyone was able to work around our change of times and plans. She made sure our wedding went smoothly from start to finish and she was just a wonderful woman to be around! Our wedding was beautiful, the photographer did a great job and our pictures look great, the minister said the sweetest vows and made me cry, and the limo driver was great especially because we decided to upgrade to a much larger limo pretty last minute!

Do not go here or you will regret it. They quote you one price and when you go there they only have like one tuxedo for that price of $ 49.00. It is a brown tuxedo but they do not tell you that when you make the appointment. You think you are getting a deal as their web site states but to get a basic tuxedo is well over $ 100. It is a classic bait and switch. they should just be honest from the beginning.

Karena gave personal attention and the best customer service ever. She accommodated me even though I live out of town. She picked up my dress from my friend’s house. And she hand delivered my HUGE dress at Caesar’s Palace. It was flawless. Not a wrinkle in sight, not a stud missing. Granted, she received the dress straight out of the box. So I know a lot of work went into making it so pretty, fluffy and full.

We traveled from Hawaii and arrived on a Monday without an appointment. Karina made time for us and fitted, adjusted and delivered my tuxedo to my hotel with no problems.
Everything fit perfect and I looked like a million dollars.

My wife and I had our wedding in las vegas on 7÷30÷15 and it was amazing. We couldn’t have do it without Karina from Bridal Elegance. She was amazing, I called her from California a week before the wedding and in 1 email everything was set. The day of the wedding my best man and I showed up for our fittings, my pants needed to be shortened and my best man needed a bigger size shirt. No problem Karina had it cover, knew what she was doing and suggested a vest and suspenders (I’m a big guy). My wife LOVED the look. Thank you again Karina for everything. If you need a tux, suit or wedding gown you need to call bridal elegance first.

We got our bridesmaid dresses from Bridal Elegance for my brothers wedding and I’m so pleased with the dresses. We set up a private appointment with the owner herself Karine and she helped us choose the best dress for the evening. She was so experienced with the fabrics and colors. Her suggestions were perfect. When we got the dresses she also did our alterations. Great service!

I got married a little over a month ago, but only now getting a chance to write my review for this place. First of all, LOVE the owner Carina, (Not sure if I spelt that right.). She was super sweet and accommodating from helping me choose the perfect dress for our big day, to dealing with all the last minute changes and fittings for my last minute wedding where I had almost our whole wedding party arriving only a few days prior. Lots of selection at great prices. Such a great business to have in Vegas where so many people come to Vegas for weddings. No need for toting your super fragile and expensive wedding dress when you travel, when you can just rent a dress just as beautiful. If your from out of town and staying at a hotel she brings your order to you. Which was not the case for me because I’m a local, so I just picked up my order the day before which also got me a little discount. I just think that her bringing the dresses and tuxes to you is super nice and convenient for those out of town guests traveling to Vegas to tie the knot. But all in all I’m so thankful that this place exists. Because I was never one to want to BUY my wedding dress, when the day was to come. Just thinking about having to store it properly seemed like something I didn’t want to worry about on top of so many other things you stress out about during the planning of your wedding.

Our experience with bridal elegance was amazing. If you have a low budget or a high budget karina works with you and she makes sure you get a beautiful dress and that you are happy with the way everything looks and feel for your big day. my fiancé (now husband) love the way the tuxedo and the wedding dress looked on our civil wedding day. karina was amazing so sweet and knew exactly how to make everything fit to our size. We compared prices in 5 other places and i can say this one was the best bang for our buck. i will definitely be recommending karinas store to everyone that I know. I can’t wait to come back to rent my wedding dress and my husbands tuxedo for our big wedding. thanks again karina for everything. you made our special day go smoothly.

Got to Vegas on Friday November 7^th 2014, I had just sprung a surprise Vegas renewal of vows on my wife of 35 years. We had less than 24 hours to find something suitable. Now my wife is very, very fussy. Unilocal pointed us to Bridal Elegance. Karina was absolutely fantastic. We got a dress my wife was happy with (this is no mean feat, I can tell you!) Karina had to nip and tuck it to fit, came back at just after noon on Saturday for the final fit and it was ready. Karina gave us 3 packages which included a full tux and shoes for the best man. We didn’t even check the contents before we left! Everything was perfect. thanks so much Karina. (and she’s such a lovely lady to deal with, what more can you ask?)

Beyond impressed and pleased with our experience here! Karina really does know what she is doing! She was so helpful, gave us a great deal, and was a pleasure to work with.
I was nervous to «rent» my wedding gown– afraid it wouldn’t look very nice or would have strange stains or smells… however, Karina’s dresses were beautiful. I rented one of her designer gowns and felt like a million bucks. I truly LOVED my gown! My husband rented a tux and she really worked fast to have his alterations done by the following morning.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone renting a gown or tux in the area. Karina was fabulous!

Tuxedo Rental. Very nice people. Karina knows her shit. And to top it all, when the taxi they called for us to get back to hotel, was cancelled for some reason, Karina and her husband/​shop owner gave us a ride back to the hotel. Thank you!

I really have to disagree with many of the posts here!
My experience recently was amazing! First of all, Karina greeted me right away with a very friendly gesture and she assured me that she would take care of me. And she did!
She fitted me with SOOO many dresses and was still happy to help me find the one I needed! We finally found the dress I wanted (I actually was purchasing not renting) and the veil and garter and gloves and everything! She helped in every way possible and she even added a strap to my dress!
I honestly don’t know what I would do without her!
My husband also got the tuxedos from her shop as well as my ushers.
AND… i also purchased my bridesmaids dresses from her with such an affordable and convenient price! I was amazed to have such a quality for the price.
Where ever else I had been, the prices were SOOO high, and Bridal Elegance had the best prices I had come across.
Karina had so much information about every thing needed for a wedding! She gave me a few numbers to call for different things I needed.
I was really satisfied! I believe some of the others on here were just upset they didn’t find a dress because honestly it feels like we visited different stores.
Anyways, I really had a good experience and plan on going there for evening dresses whenever I have an occasion.

This review is for the wedding packages that Bridal Elegance offers. The one my husband and I chose is called «red rock romance».
The day after Christmas, my then-​fiancé and I decide that since we’re going to Vegas, we might as well get married. I call and Karina answers and I ask if she can do a wedding package on Saturday (that’s right folks, 3 days notice!) She is polite and efficient and tells me she will make some calls and to call her back the evening or that she will call me back.
After a few hours (while I’m at work as well) we finalize the arrangements, change the date to Sunday and agree to meet at the store on Saturday morning to pick out a dress and do paperwork. This entire time, Karina is sweet and very accomodating to my needs. I pick and choose what I want from the package and she drops the price since I decide I don’t want certain things.
Saturday morning, Karina sends a car to pick my husband and I up from the hotel and bring us to her store. The selection of wedding dresses is adequate, I wouldn’t say there are TONS there, but this is a rental, so if you’re trying to find THE PERFECT DRESS, then maybe it is not the store for you. She is patient as I pick out different dresses, helps me lace the dress up and even suggests other styles for me to try. I pick my dress and point out a dirty spot on the dress and Karina sews some beads on the dress to cover it. She also sews on cups for my *ahem* flatter chest.
My husband picks out a fine looking tux, vest and tie. Karina sizes it for him and has it steam cleaned on the spot. Karina also makes my bouquet with the colors I request.
She has arranged the limo, the photographer and even buys a box of champagne for us to leave in the limo. She also has the minister waiting at the Red Rock Canyons for us. (The photographer, Karina and the minister are all friends outside of the business, they are all chatting about having their kids meet up for a playdate as we arrive).
I pick out my dress but am worried about getting it laced up correctly, Karina says no problem and tells me to meet at her store the morning of the wedding. She also finds me a hair stylist and makeup artist to do my hair and makeup for the wedding. They will all meet me at the store, she says.
Come Sunday, I arrive to find them waiting for me, they do an amazing job on my hair and makeup, the limo arrives on time, the photographer is PHENOMENAL and the minister is friendly, patient, professional and made both my husband and I tear up during our vow exchange. Did I mention we exchanged vows to the gorgeous backdrop of the Red Rock canyon? It was amazing. Afterwards, the photographer came with us to the strip to take some pictures on the strip as well.
My wedding was perfect, done completely my way, and not once did I have to stress about it all coming together. I’m sorry the others had such a bad experience, but my experience was 100% perfect and amazing. If you are looking to have a romantic ceremony with just the two of you and something that is out of the ordinary, I recommend using Bridal Elegance’s wedding service package.

Don’t take your business here! I completely agree with Xantha’s review– Karina is VERY RUDE! I scheduled an appointment for 10am, when I arrived she seemed nice. Karina pulled a few dresses for me to try, nothing like I was looking for. When I pointed out two dresses in the front that I wanted to try, she said she didn’t have any more time to let me try them on, and rushed me to the door. It was 10:30am. Not to mention one of the dresses started to fall apart when I was simply trying it on! I wasn’t even doing the Macarena! I guess Karina didn’t have time to make a sale, not that I would think of wearing one of those poorly constructed things on my Big Day.

Do NOT rent your gown from here… you will be sorry. The gowns are OK but the customer service and organization STINKS!!! First of all there is only one lady working there, Karina, she’s the clerk AND the manager, and she is VERY unprofessional. The store owner is nowhere to be in reach, not even a telephone number or email address. She was out of the country supposedly, says Karina.

5. Only one person running the store, Karina who is unprofessional and rude. She is the clerk and manager so you can’t make a complaint. The owner is nowhere to be found.
First its a very small store with barely any rental gown selections. There is nothing on their website with the prices, and the only reason I came into this place was because my Mom got it mixed up with Bridal Elegant, which had good reviews online.
I admit I was last minute bridal gown shopping and there was a week to go before my wedding (NEVER do that :-S) and I had a million other things to take care of. So my mom and I decided we’d find a gown here.
Well, first we walk into the store and we aren’t even greeted and the store was completely empty. Then we walk up to the counter and let Karina know we are renting a gown and she takes us back to the rental area and leaves us to scavenge for ourselves. This is the first time I’ve tried on a wedding dress, so I go back and ask her if she can measure me because I didn’t know my size. She rolled her eyes and took me to the section she thought was my size and picked out a dress for me.
The dress was decent and one of the more expensive dresses ($ 700/​day). I tried it on, and my Mom liked it so we decided to put down a deposit and send my fiancé in to find a tux there. The next day my fiancé came in and was treated the same, with little care or acknowledgment. Karina gave him shirts that didn’t fit him right, didn’t measure him, and didn’t even consider what his preferences where. He was WISE and decided AGAINST renting his tux from there and told me about his bad experience.
I called that same day to cancel my dress and asked for a refund on my deposit. First Karina argues with me about how I had «loved the dress» and that I should change my mind, I was nice about it but still refused to pay so much for a dress and not receive good service. Then she says there is no refund because she held the dress for me, and that is the store policy.
I chose my dress the DAY BEFORE, No Refund!!! I couldn’t believe it, there was nothing on their website that stated that, and Karina downright LIED and told me it was posted in the store. I came in the next day and NOTHING was posted in the store about their Rental Policy. She was helping a customer so I waited patiently and she seemed to be annoyed by my presence.
Finally when she was done I went up to her with my contract and asked her nicely where it stated that there was no refund on the deposit. She was EXTREMELY RUDE and said that that was the policy and there was nothing she could do about it. I asked to speak to her manager and she said she was the manager, and that the owner was in Europe.
I told her I canceled the dress reservation the very next day so why would it be difficult to give me a refund on the deposit, it’s not like I waited a week to cancel. She said it was policy and that the dress will be held till the day of my rental regardless. WHAT??? Seriously who does that?! Karina said that they were fixing it up for me and were going to get it cleaned, I asked her why she would do that since I CANCELLED the reservation, and she said it was POLICY.
I think this shop is a JOKE and the owner needs to POST the Rental Policy AT LEAST on the contract, even if it’s tiny print. Also hire more people so there’s a chain of command. Karina was also the delivery person, so you had to call her personal cell phone to ask her if you can come in, or the shop will be locked up even during business hours. I would rather go WITHOUT a dress than rent from these Hustlers.
