Bree Buckles – State Farm Insurance Agent

I’m not sure what it is about me that makes insurance companies want to charge me insane amounts of money. I’m 35. You could eat off my driving record. No tickets, no accidents, I’m good to go. But for some reason, I find myself with these companies that apparently think I’m a 16 year old bumper car speed demon in a 6-​digit car (Justin Bieber?) and keep slowly raising my rates. So when I called the company I had been with since 2008 (I won’t name them, but they rhyme with schmo-​gressive) to tell them I had moved and was hit with yet another increase, bringing my insurance to more than my car payment and more than doubling my renters insurance, I had had enough.
A good friend recommended Bree’s office and I called the next morning. I explained my situation and that I was looking to switch my auto and renters, and possibly add life. Ashley called me back about 10 minutes later with the best news ever: they could get me everything I wanted for almost half of what I was paying. I made an appointment and was in the office ASAP.
The entire staff was incredible. Friendly, funny, helpful, informative, everything I could possibly want. I left about an hour later, beyond happy with my service, and with all three policies for the same price as just the auto policy pre-​move with the company-​that-​must-​not-​be-​named. I feel like I can’t say enough nice things about this staff. I really could not be happier.

I was lucky enough to find out about this state farm through a generic insurance quote engine and I could not be happier. The staff here are so nice and extremely helpful and I have always felt like I am priority no matter what the issue. I switched by renters insurance, auto insurance, and re-​financed my to auto loans with this locations assistance and not only saved money but was able to consolidate everything in one locations. I love my agent Jodi Fisher and she is always checking in on us and maintaining contact to be sure my family is happy. I recently was in a car accident and I could not believe how fast they took care of me and handled the situation. I was rear-​ended at 0745 am, on the phone with my agent at 0930 am and had a call from a collision specialist by 1000 am. My care was seen and appraised that same day. i could not ask for faster service or a more caring team than I have at state farm. I would recommend to everyone, you wont be disappointed.
