Boot Barn

Great experience. Picked up two pairs of little girls’ boots for my 5 and 7 year old. Not the easiest task. Carla helped with plenty of options and infinite patience. I love the Boot Barn.

Western clothing retail is dead in my own city. Its hard to find a good spot to go and buy a western shirt or some real boots. So when I travel I am always looking for a good western wear provider. This place ranks up there with some of the best. Isles of boots, you bet, racks of shirts and shelves of jeans, absolutely. On my way to or from the airport, just a sweet bonus. I pop in here whenever I get the chance, last time I was able to pick up a few things I needed in less than 10 minutes. I wish I could spend more time in this place, it has a great vibe. Also the people who work here go above and beyond, great customer service.

Brady– great name, hence Tom Brady, Go Patriots! My fiancé and my son took me here to get my first pair of cowboy boots, he was awesome! So helpful, personal and really funny. I don’t usually write reviews, but I just had too. Thank you! Great experience! Will be back again soon for #2!

This store has a great selection in work boots and clothes. The staff, especially women seem to be not happy and rude. Their online prices are cheaper then in store and seem to not like that when you mention it. As being a native and seeing this store here for quite a while, I have seen it go south. I’ll stick to American Worker if I need something.

This is a commission store. I understand that everyone has their departments. But when an associate is literally helping three people at once and it is obvious that she is frantic. Maybe she needs to admit she needs help and give a customer to another associate that way they can be helped and give them the service they deserve.
I went to this place because i needed a new pair of boots. I walked in and was greeted by a woman asking me what i needed. She pointed me to the women’s boots and told me Lynn was over there to help me. I went to where Lynn was and she was helping three people at once. That lady was crazy busy very hectic and I decided to try and find my own boots. As I was browsing I asked her if she had any other boot jewelry she said no that’s it and walked off.
I was slightly frustrated and walked to my father and told him I was ready to go they didn’t have what I wanted. An associate named John, that was talking to my father, asked me what I wanted. I showed him a picture and he tried to help me he gave me socks and gave me a couple of choices. I asked him if there was anymore boot jewelry he said no but he could help me find more at another store. I declined but happy that he offered. He left and as he was walking when two ladies asked him for help and all of the sudden an associate said no John that’s lynn ladies and she continued on telling a customer how he steals sales. (BTW the ladies was one of the 3 people she was helping). Lynn came back running to give a costumer their shoes and then literally ran back to the ladies John was helping.
After I was done shopping the register lady asked who helped me I said John (because I did almost leave with nothing if it were not for him) Lynn was also at the register and she smerked at shook her head which I found rude.
I still gave this place 4 stars because I was helped over and beyond. I just wish workers wouldn’t bad mouth each other. And give a man some customers of your too busy.

This place is great they definitely have the best selection of boots anywhere in Las Vegas if you want to come by check out the American flag boots they are the best

Just used this pen. Been at this location many times. Live here in Las Vegas so, shop here a lot. I was given this pen by an associate. Just noticed that it had the notation «Stolen From» Boot Barn! Really? Maybe I should just return the boots I bought for my son from the one in Lake Forest Ca. Not cheap boots. Think Boot Barn could afford giving me the pen? It just went in to my trash can. They have a lot of nerve! Think I paid for the 2 cent pen? Per them not! Bullshit! Last time they see me in one of their stores!

Place is great, killer customer service very helpful. Forgot my boots at home, they laced me right up after a day the boot wasn’t as comfortable as it was in the store and they took it right back no questions gave me new boots that I’m happy with, thanks guys!

I love going to boot barn and getting my work gear here. This was the first and definitely last time I come here. Employees seemed to be bothered by you and didn’t even greet us at the door. There was only one register opened with 4 employees standing around talking to each other while we waited for 15 minutes for them to finally open another register. If you can, save yourself the trouble and go to a different location;best one is the one at the summerlin shops

The staff says hello when you walk in and that’s the last you’ll see of them, they congregate around the front registers and don’t help with sizes or questions or dressing rooms etc. Lots of stock to be sold, just need salespeople that are willing to help. I was ready, willing and able to shell out some dough… sell me something people!!! Put them on commission and I’ll bet they’ll try a little harder

I don’t know about the cowboy boots but almost everyone of the work boots are made in China. I have been wearing Justin work boots from here for 16 years but now they have hardly any Justins at all and it’s the only boot they have that is made in the USA. I am not ready to buy China boots.

Terrible experience today with rude employee named «Flo»! She was patronizing and insulting to the level that we decided to take our business elsewhere. Previous reviews here by others on 1÷15÷14 and 6÷6÷14 reflect similar issues. As local Las Vegans we are appalled that someone could be so rude here in a town that is based on customer service and customer relations.
Who trained her, how is she still mixed in with customers? Who is in charge?
She was so rude, I wrote a full page letter to corporate customer service.

Staff are friendly and the supply is plenty. Disappointed with the large prices tags. :-(
They will honor military discounts and their rewards system is very comparable.

I have not been back to this location but appreciate that the district manager contacted me hear what happened

So we went in with only 30 minutes to shop. A gentleman by the name is Miguel assisted us was very helpful. They stayed open about 45 minutes after closing to help us for event that we have to do for work. Thanks for all the help I really appreciate it. O and gave us free Rodeo tickets

Stopped here on our recent Vegas trip. Diane bought a pair of cool black boots with just a bit of detailing on the toes. I found a new leather wallet and a new pair of pushing gloves. They are wheelchair accessible and service was friendly and helpful without being intrusive.

I walked in with the intent of buying the same pair of boots that I always buy, instead I ended up buying Dingo’s Bailey boot. This boot, which I bought in black, is very sleek and narrow. It has a small heel, about 2 inches or so, and the top slouches down just a little bit. It also comes equipped with a boot chain on it which has little silver circles with stars on them. Dingo is one of my favorite brands out there when it comes to buying cowgirl boots, but this Bailey boot is by far my favorite. Unlike another one of my favorites, which would be Dingo’s Gayle boot, this one is made of authentic pig leather, and the material is of great quality.
I really liked how the heel is perfect for dancing. Its not too high, and is very comfortable for you to walk around on. And unlike other shoes, where you have to break them in to make them fit perfectly on your foot, this boot feels broken in as soon as you put them on, as long you buy the right size, and I would suggest going about a half size bigger than normal, but the associates, although not gladly, can have you fitted for the perfect size. The chain fits perfectly on the boot at first, but after a while, it does start to stretch out and sit a little lower than I would like, but that can be easily fixed by buying another boot chain. It is also a bit narrow, so if you have wide feet like I do, I would suggest buying the shoe in a size wide if you don’t have the time to get fitted, or like in some previous experiences of mine, the staff doesn’t feel the urgency to assist you. The leather is also of great quality, and you can definitely tell that it is authentic pig leather, for mine had spots in some places, although not large enough to spot from far away.
I would definitely recommend this product for anyone in search of cowgirl boots that you can walk around in and dance in comfortably. Its also a great pair to show off to friends, for I received an ample amount of compliments my first time wearing them. I’ve always been a fan of Dingo’s brand of cowgirl boots, but never have I fell in love with a pair so instantaneously. This is a must have, and is not something you should just browse over. The only reason this review isn’t rated «As Good As It Gets» is due to their service.
The Boot Barn is a great place to go to when looking for this, or any other, boot, as long as you aren’t expecting exceptional customer service to go along with it. The boot is definitely a must have, too bad the staff doesn’t have the same enthusiasm about their products as I do.

We pulled up to this store 15 minutes before they opened at 9am. To our surprise one of the employees let us in since it was cold out. My friend had to be fitted for boots she had won at work. Grandpa Mike took the time to explain everything about the style of boots.

Yeehaw. I needed me some boots (or so I thought).
I went to Boot Barn with the intention of seeing if they had a certain pair of boots I had seen online and they did — plus so much more! The amount of boots and styles they have here (particularly the ladies section) is stellar! I had been looking online at boots and thinking I may wear a pair under my wedding dress. I thought maybe I could pull of a little country flair, after all… in reality, no one would actually see the boots unless I purposefully showed them!
Well I went here with the intention of just looking and I fell in shopping love with a pair of boots. They are all easily marked and you can try them on by just pulling them off the shelves. I ended up buying a pair of really lovely boots. However, I had second, third, fourth thoughts about them the next day. Being the fickle bride-​to-​be I am, I actually ended up returning the boots.
Throughout the whole process the staff was very nice and understanding of why I was returning the boots. The return on my card has already been processed!
I will return here someday and buy some nice boots, I swear! I can’t keep wearing my Mom’s old vintage ones for too much longer.
